Only one set that doesn't fully take advantage of Electrode leading capabilities. I admittedly used this around 2 months ago, but I see no reason it shouldn't be just as effective now.

[SET COMMENTS]

Electrode has the highest Speed among all the UU Pokemon, and call utilize Taunt, Screech and Explosion, making it an ideal lead in the UU metagame. With Focus Sash, Electrode can Screech first turn, and land a OHKO with Explosion on nearly every non resisted UU Pokemon in the game.

Thunderbolt is thrown on the set simply because it is a reliable STAB, and occasionally Electrode won't be forced to Explode right away. It can also land a Super Effective hit on Kabutops, Scyther, Mantine, Pelipper and the like. Hidden Power Ground vs. Taunt is simply how significant a threat Aggron is. Thunderbolt + Hidden Power Ground will be able to KO a standard Aggron every time. Taunt is chosen due its utility for a lead Pokemon; it can stop Stealth Rock or Thunder Wave from irritating the user's team, or it can stop the opponent from aiding his team through Reflect and Light Screen.

This set has no Special Attack EVs because Electrode's last priority is Thunderbolt. It will almost always Screech first turn, and then Explode the following turn. Hasty and 252 Speed are chosen because Electrode absolutely has to go first for this strategy to work effectively.

HP Ground hits everything that Fighting hits for SE except more when it comes to the UU Metagame.

Occasionally, Electrode doesn't need to explode instantly, thus Thunderbolt was added to this set as a reliable STAB and to hit Kabutops, Scyther, Mantine, Pelipper and friends.
It sounded awkward so I rephrased it to make it sound better. States the exact same thing in a better structure imho.
