Notice that that spells "Eviolite Arena" backwards. Well, that's what the arena is! All NFEs have an Eviolite effect applied to their Atk and SpA instead of their Def and SpD. No other effects/restrictions.

Pretty even round, Necturine took a bit more direct damage, but got those statuses effects in that could help her later on down the road. Still anyone's battle for sure. This is obviously a battle of two skilled players

With that burn and poison slowly taking effect, and the NVE attacks that Lotad continues to use on Necturine, you would think it'd be much more in Necturine's favor. But someone Lotad continues to fight with everything it's got. Torment limits Lotad for now, but that should wear off soon enough.

Wow! After that display of great power, Lotad is down for the count! But Necturine isn't too far behind, surviving just barely! Still not much of a lead between these two, although those toxic spikes are still up on the field to poison Dummy's next pokemon!

HOLD IT!

I remember discussing Metal Burst's mechanics once on IRC with LouisCyphre, and we concluded that Metal Burst uses damage TAKEN for energy calcs (like Counter and Mirror Coat do), not damage GIVEN (like Bide does; this was, according to Lou, done purely to shaft Bide). Therefore, the combo should have used up 50.3125 energy, not 90-whatever.
