On reflection...

Yes

After this we can simply do nice things like remove obnoxious decimals. ^_^

I was dead center on this issue the whole way so as the deciding vote I took plenty of time to see if something would strike me as particularly important.

No.

19:14 Texas i think if its truly a problem it'll be revisited but i cant see it being so broken as to require a cap at this point

I don't feel compelled that a cap is the solution to Endeavor's problems at the moment so my vote lies with the status quo. I expect to see this issue handled through less obstructive methods such as a energy cost alteration before stepping to the more extreme pedestal of a damage cap.

Well, that's a fast majority. To be honest, the only problem involved in an Endeavour combo is that there's half a dozen ways to calculate EN cost, which is a terrible deterrent.

Almost done then. Next one uses IRV voting, so figure it out.

What damage formula should Endeavour use?
Fixed Damage Formula: (EN / 100) x (Target HP - User HP) / 1.75
Fixed Damage Formula: (Target HP - User HP) / 2
Keep it the same

I was thinking about voting the EN multiplier but that formula is like learning calculus lol, especially with the EN cost. Also I like round numbers as it makes calculating a lot more user friendly. It also works as a minor nerf I guess?

Hooray for round numbers!

Last one now:

What EN Cost should Endeavour use?
Energy Cost Formula: 6 + (Calculated Damage)
Keep it the same

Bah I don't like this option because while it balances endeavour at high damages it makes it really shitty at low damages.

Abstain

Too large a nerf. 6 + EN/1.5 is probably a superior option nerf wise, but it was not brought up...
