    Type:

Ghost STAB; brief intangibility that nullifies Normal and Fighting-type attacks. Can move through walls for a brief period of time but must remain in motion. Superior senses in low light and inside dark buildings. Have no vision reduction in hazes.
Fire STAB; immune to burn, 50% reduction in freeze chance, emit a low glow in dark places, takes additional damage if active open flames are exposed to a water attack. Superior senses in volcanic or brushfire areas.

    Abilities:

Flash Fire: (Innate) This Pokemon thrives in high temperatures, and takes the energy of any opposing fire attack, nullifies the damage, and uses the additional power to boost its own fire attack’s Base Attack Power by two (2). Self-targeted attacks do not give the boost.
Flame Body: (Innate) This Pokemon’s external temperature is kept at such a high level that any contact attack used on this Pokemon has a 30% chance of burning the opponent.
Shadow Tag (DW): (Innate) Upon entry into battle, this Pokemon’s Shadow expands across the arena and dissipates, forcing opposing Pokemon to stay within 10 meters of this Pokemon. The Shadow entirely negates the ability to switch for every Pokemon except those who also have Shadow Tag.

Nature: Brave: Adds (*) to attack, divides Base Speed by 1.15 and gives a flat 10 point decrease in evasion, effectively adding 10 accuracy (e.g. 85 becomes 95) to opponent's attacks directed at this Pokemon.

    Type:

Steel: Steel STAB; Immune to Sandstorm, highly insusceptible to toxic attacks, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, can be magnetized. Superior senses in high-metal environments like construction sites or factories.
Rock: Rock STAB; Reduce damage from all special attacks by two (2) Base Attack Power during Sandstorm. Able to use Sand Tomb without losing focus.

    Abilities:

Sturdy: (Innate) This Pokemon’s body is solidly constructed, reducing the Base Attack Power from an opponents incoming attacks by one (1). The effect is amplified on OHKO Moves, which are reduced by ten (10) Base Attack Power.
Rock Head: (Innate) This Pokemon’s hard body prevents it from taking recoil damage from moves such as Double-Edge, Flare Blitz, and Head Smash.
Heavy Metal (DW): (Innate, Locked) The Pokemon's body structure is immensely dense, doubling its actual weight. Additionally, when the Pokemon uses Giga Impact, Gyro Ball, Heat Crash, Heavy Slam, Tackle, recoil and uncontrollable attacks [Full list: Double-Edge, Giga Impact, Gyro Ball, Head Charge, Head Smash, Heat Crash, Heavy Slam, Hi Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Outrage, Petal Dance, Submission, Tackle, Take Down, Thrash, Volt Tackle, Wood Hammer, and Wild Charge] it will calculate using a Weight Class that adds a value equal to the Pokemon's Weight Class divided by their Size Class, minus (-) one (1). Abilities:

Rivalry: (Innate) This Pokemon has a primal response to competition and mating, increasing the Base Attack Power of all its attacks by two (2) when it attacks an opponent of the same gender in the same Egg Group, and decreasing the power of all its attacks by two (2) when it faces an opponent of the opposite gender in the same Egg Group
Intimidate: (Can be Activated) When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as an Action, and will affect all opponents.
Guts: (DW): (Innate, Locked) This Pokemon is tenacious and will work ever harder when under a status condition, raising the Base Attack Power of all its physical attacks by two (2). Pokemon with Guts ignore the attack drop from burn.

    Mind (open)

    Mind (Mine Jr.) (F)
    Nature: Timid
    Type: Psychic
Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
    *
    Abilities:
    Soundproof:Type: Innate
Pokemon with this ability emit their own powerful electrostatic or sound-dampening field, making them immune to sound-based moves other than an ally's or their own Heal Bell. (Known sound moves: Bug Buzz, Chatter, Echoed Voice, Grasswhistle, Growl, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Metal Sound, Perish Song, Relic Song, Roar, Round, Screech, Sing, Snarl, Snore, Supersonic, Uproar.
    Filter:Type: Innate
This Pokemon has a special energy barrier that reduces the Base Attack Power of any opponent’s super-effective attack by two (2).
    Technician (DW):Type: Innate
This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2). Because Technician is a multiplier on single hit moves, its effect is applied to Base Attack Power before any additive effects.

    Thick Fat:
    Type: Innate

    *
    Pick Up:
    Type: Innate
This Pokemon has a natural habit of collecting items. It can also grab dropped or naturally occuring hold items in arenas.

    Type: Trait
This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading Ground moves like Bulldoze, Dig, Earthquake, and Magnitude. Other Ground moves can still hit. Levitate Pokemon will retain the Levitate trait when they use Skill Swap on an enemy, and will steal the opponent's ability (the user can specify if they want a foe or ally to gain Levitate from a Skill Swap.) Nommy takes it like a man and unleashes a vicious Counter that sends poor Galahad reeling. Tired from his last attack, the lairon uses an even weaker Struggle. Nommy barely feels it and hits Galahad with a CRITICAL EARTHQUAKE!!! Galahad takes it and is barely able to stand up after that one. what will happen next round? Stay tuned.

Hate to shoot myself in the foot, but...

On the first Earthquake, you forgot Sturdy. (-1 BAP) and type effectiveness.
It should be (10-1+(4-5)*1.5)*2.25=16.87, or 17 damage.

The second Earthquake needs Sturdy too.
In addition, Galahad's negative defense drop applies to Stage differences, not base ranks.
    (10-1+(4-4)*1.5+3)*2.25+(-1*1.75)=25.25, or 25 damage.

    With this, Galahad now has:
90-25-17-35=13 hp. WOOT FIVE MORE HP.
WE TOTALLY GOT THIS NOW, GALAHAD!

EDIT: Also, Struggle deals neutral damage.
The first time, it shouldn't have been doubly-super-effective.
    5+(3-2)*1.5=6.5, or 7 damage.

The second time needs the negative attack drop too:
    5+(3-2)*1.5+(-1*1.75)=4.75, or 5 damage.

With this, Munchlax has 85 health, still depressingly high.
    120-7-5-23=85

Alright, Lairon, if we can't win, at least we can give it our best shot.

    Magnet Rise + Protect combo
, to simultaneously rise into the air while protecting against Munchlax's Focus-Punch.
Cooldown, levitating harmlessly above the Earthquake.
Mimic the Focus Punch, and hit it hard while it fruitlessly tries to Earthquake again.

    Let's go!

Easy round, to calc :) To start things off, Galahad uses a nifty MAGNET RISE/ PROTECT Combo to avoid future Earthquakes and the FOCUS PUNCH aimed at him by Nommy. While Galahad just chills there recovering from his combo, Nommy forgets the lairon is floating and launches and EARTHQUAKE to pass underneath him. Galahad then uses MIMIC to copy Nommy's focus punch and store it in his memory until he is knocked out. Nommy, still ignorant that Lairon is floating, launches another Earthquake that fails (again).

Wario and friends dont like this however and sap 30 hp from Nommy. Nommy just grabs a nice can of coke and Chills for the rest of the round.

    Fattiness. Also, screw levitate.

    toxic-Rock Slide-Rock Slide
If taunt is used on A1, replace that action with uh, rock slide.

    Spook doesn't have Levitate. ;)

The Lampent looks down nervously, but remains as grounded as ever.

ROUND FOUR START! Spook doesnt waste any time and uses a weak confuse ray that makes Nommy want to punch it self in the face. Spook then unleashes a flamethrower that Nommy endures because of his thick fat. Nommy manages to focus and lands a super effective rock slide. Spook uses another reduced flamethrower that lands a critical hit. Nommy replies again with a rock slide.
