There is so far no backing to this theory. L has this strange obsession with mascara, which is strange since she has no eyelashes to apply it to. Everyday she just paints it on to her eyelids (she's found the Kingdra's Ink brand is the most water-resistant) and at the end of the day, she can usually just rinse it off with a special saltwater solution (that's why L only swims in freshwater).
