Fake Out & Quick Guard Speed Tiers

Hey everyone.

Lately I've been theorymonning a lot with Quick Guard users and how much speed I'd need to protect my partner from Fake Out users, so I took the time to make a full blown speed tiers for every Fake Out and Quick Guard users.

Note: I made the whole speed tier in excel and didn't know of a way to export it to bbcode, so I exported it to HTML and dumped it on a Wordpress site.

Just a note, Prankster affects Quick Guard. So Prankster Meowstic ALWAYS gets Quick Guard off versus opposing Fake Out users, unless a faster opponent uses Snatch (Weavile and Liepard can conceivably outspeed Meowstic and do this). Even then I'm not sure Snatch can affect Quick Guard (I haven't tested).
