Fakemon Requests Here!

I've been meaning to create a fakemon dex for a while now. Problem is, I'm sort of out of ideas... so I created this thread!

The title pretty much says it all, actually. If anyone here has any ideas which you think will make great fakemon, then please post them in this thread (sketches and detailed descriptions would be much appreciated), and I'll try and draw them out as soon as possible. Posted below are some examples of my art (from the CAP 9 art threads), so you'll get an idea of what the finished works would look like. Also, I will make sure the design is 100% credited to you, so don't worry about me trying to steal it.

Of course, this doesn't mean I won't come up with ANY ideas myself. I'll periodically post up some of my designs whenever I feel more inspired (than at the current moment).

Igor, may I ask what's that white-coloured thing on the side of your sketch? And cantab, I don't think I can just take that one sentence and run with it... do you have a rough idea in mind? It'll help A LOT with you could provide a sketch or something to help me out.

How bout a male evolution to misdreavus? Similar to the way kirlia can evolve into both gardevoir and gallade. You could go and make it more offensively physical looking, doing a more bladeish look, or you could make it more like an ancient wizard.
I really wish I was a better artist, but I will try my best to do some sort of drawing. At least I finally got around to downloading paint for mac and getting photo bucket.

This is one concept I've had; It's Spectanium, a Ghost/Steel type pokemon. As you can probably tell despite the simplicity of my drawing, it's basically a ghost which has possessed some sort of metallic armour and claws.
FUN FACT: It's based on something I drew out of boredom in a maths class...

Ooookay, quick update here: I'll be aiming for a one-fakemon-a-day update schedule, in the order they appear in this thread. I've worked out a pose for Igor's second request, and it should be done by tomorrow.

I'm thinking an evolution to Steelix. You could make the rocks slightly wider, and much smoother. You could also smoothen the face, and make it even longer, like the difference between Onix and Steelix's heads.

A couple of concepts I've got, one being an evolution of the other.

Transhertz, an electric type based on ham radio transceivers, like these:

Try and avoid making it look like a Rotom Forme. I'm thinking maybe base the face on the front panel of these sort of radios, perhaps a somewhat boxy body, and a tail like a coaxial cable, with something resembling this sort of plug on the end

The evolution, Yagihertz, is an electric/steel type, and rather different. The body is like a lattice tower, like these

With a couple of oversize antennas like these

for its arms.

Yagihertz is in some ways like a metal version of an Ent from LOTR, so you might use that for some inspiration.

(Other info not too relevant to artwork: Yagihertz would be the tallest Pokemon by some margin, probably 60-100 feet. It probably wouldn't be all that good stats-wise, since it's weak defensively but not quick. It would have the signature move Collapse, a Steel-type priority variant on Selfdestruct, and presumably have the ability Lightningrod.)

That is astounding. Mr.dreavus is what I would have called it, but mistermagius is just as good.

For Igor. Next up: Transhertz. Lord Jesseus, Caladbolg~ already drew something quite similar (it's in his thread, go check it out), so I'm not sure if you want me to go ahead with your current sketch or if you want to edit it a bit. Also, sorry Nik, but I really don't feel like drawing a Steelix evo, or anything remotely snake-like at the moment. :(

Can I make a couple of requests?
3 to be exact, of an evolution line.

The first should be a Grass/bug type. a bit like a small bird, but perhaps smaller with translucent wings or 6 legs. Dark green with a thin turquoise stripe down it's back (Aromite)

The second should be similar to tailow in terms of proportion, with a light green colour. Grass flying though, so lose the insect like features from Aromite. Also, havins eyepyows which are actually shaped similar to a white rose would be brilliant, or the wings being made of leaves (Graseet)

Finally, a toucan, which is a Grass/Flying type.Should have a black beak with navy blue stripes, large leafy wings and a rainbow coloured flower (6/7 petals) on both sides of it's beak. The body itself in a tone lighter than graseets, with a couple of very dark green spots. The name for all those bothered is pronounced Floo-Kan (Floucan)

Sorry for lack of sketches. I may request other starter lines upon seeing the first set of images.

I request an extremophile pokemon, fire and ice typed w/levitate, so it's only weakness is fighting. Extremophiles are plankton-like bacteria-like creatures that live in hot springs like in yellowstone. These are what make the pretty rainbowy colors of hot springs.

Wikipedia definition: An extremophile is an organism that thrives in and even may require physically or geochemically extreme conditions that are detrimental to the majority of life on Earth.

You may want to google extremophile to get a better idea about them.

I was thinking if you more making a fakemon dex that in the new region there would maybe be hot springs, becuae there aren't any in the other regions. Also, you could have it like gastrodon where there's one that looks like it would be more ice oriented(and lives in some freezing cold cave or something) and one more fire oriented(lives in the hot springs)
