Type:

I had no idea about that. I thought we were just going to PM 1 Poke. If thats the case, I would like to post up my other 2 and send out Volcarona. I would have sent Volcarona out once I saw your team anyway. Especially since you sent out Kitsunoh first.

can we just go with what I already did since it takes a while to type up a ref round?

Also Hydro Pump should have hit because of the Acc boost 80+21=101. He would have 100% Acc with Hydro Pump

Also I think my Outrage would do 12+3+3.5+9-4.5=23 Damage

no fay because BAP 12, Garchomp gets STAB, so +3, no crit, garchomp has rank 6 atk so that means 8.5 attack rank bonus, no field or arena effects, starmie has base 3 def, so -4.5. Garchomp has +2 Atk, so...

Your calcs are fine, but FYI, Blizzard has 100% Acc because of Spe Acc boost 21% and Illuminate 10%. Also, you don't round damage until damage until end of round. But your calc is much better.
