It's a splendid day outside, but we wouldn't know that inside what has to be the best damn water park in the world. No matter, and the pokemon feel the same way; except, they just feel ready to beat the shit out of each other. Oh, today will be good day.

Snover begins with its ability, Snow warning, causing some Hail to fall all around the aquarium. Eevee begins the actual fighting with a Helping Hand, boosting the power of Scraggy's Fire Punch. He slams this flaming fist into Snover, landing a burn on the poor ice tree. This knocks Snover back onto the patio. Snover tries to respond with an Icy Wind on the little g, but fails to freeze them due to the residual heat of the fire. However, it still chills Scraggy tot he bone, causing damage. Numel then uses a Yawn on the vulnerable Eevee, making it quite drowsy.

The pokemon then split up, and go at it one on one. Scraggy engages Snover by smacking it with an Drain Punch while leaping over Snover, while Snover responds with an Blizzard. This blast of cold air knocks Scraggy into the water. It tries to get up and out of the water (using up an action), but Snover freezes Scraggy and the water around it with another Icy Wind, locking one of Scraggy's hands in place on the ice. Scraggy heats this hand up using Fire punch, but its torso is still stuck in the ice.

Meanwhile, Eevee and Numel are brawling it out inside the pagoda. Eevee hits the fire camel with a Quick Attack, but fails to move the sturdy pokemon. Numel uses an Earthquake, shaking everything on the rock island. The pagoda is stable enough, and can survive at least a few more shakes of that magnitude. Eevee tries to finish the round up with a well placed toxic, but misses because Numel charges out of the way, using flames to boost its speed. Eevee then falls asleep at the end of the round, the yawn finally taking effect.

I think that that is everything, but its just a lot of numbers. If you think I did something wrong, just say something and I'll fix it. Scraggy is stuck in the ice over the water about 4 feet from the patio. Snover is on the edge of said patio. Eevee is near the exit of the pagoda on the opposite side of the pagoda that snover is on, and Numel is in the center of the pagoda. Tortferngatr is up next.

"Good job guys!"

"Frostbite, see if you can't keep Scraggy locked in a Blizzard! Icy Wind again once you've finished the blizzard, then launch another Blizzard! Hail heals burns on Ice-types, logic will prevail eventually!

I've seen Scraggy use some unconventional tactics-if he Swaggers at you, ignore it!

Frostbite's actions:
-Blizzard-Icy Wind-Blizzard-
-If Scraggy pulls out its shades and starts to breakdance out of nowhere I.E. Swagger, ignore it.-

"Flare, use Rock Slide to give it a light knock, Flame Charge again to keep up your speed, then Rock Slide again to keep up the barrage!"

Flare's actions:
-Rock Slide-Flame Charge-Rock Slide

(also, remember simple when considering Numel's speed.)

FFFFFFFFF....

WAKE UP WYLIE!!!!!!!

Yell at Eevee Profusely to wake it up.

Rex: Break a Dance (i.e. Swagga) on Flare and to keep your body heat up (reducing Cold damage).
Faint Attack to dodge the Icy Wind and
Fire Punch in the back of Frostbite.

Before we start this round, Eevee's sleep counter will be lowered to three in accordance with the new rule changes in the state of the game thread.

A new day, a new round. All the pokemon are pumped to fight, but poor eevee is asleep and that little gangster is stuck in the ice. Let's see how this goes.

Scraggy starts with some awesome break dancing, but the ice is restricting his potentially awesome moves. Its no matter though, as snover chooses to forgo his ice attack by instead turning his back to Scraggy. Meanwhile, over in the pagoda, Numel tries to use rock slide on the sleeping eevee, but fails to get up a lot of rocks due to being stranded on a pagoda (but the rocks from around the water give it a little ammunition), and hits it for only a quarter of its potential damage. Eevee is still sleeping soundly.

Scraggy tries to faint attack through the ice, and can't get anywhere. Snover, who is not close to scraggy, avoids any damage. It then tries to keep up Scraggy's flailing by freezing it in ice with an Icy Wind, which also lowers its speed again. The cold from the hail and from snover's icy wind also heal its burn at this time. Numel then uses a Flame charge on the Eevee, again raising its speed. While the little fox stays asleep, it still begins to stir.

Snover uses it momentary speed advantage to get the jump on Scraggy, hitting it hard with a Blizzard. Scraggy responds with a Fire Punch, but realizes that it is too far away from Snover to hit it directly. So instead, it uses Fire Punch on the ice, melting the ice around itself. It drops in the water, out of sight from Snover. Numel finishes up its set of actions with another Rock Slide, again doing abysmal damage, but sending Eevee outside of the pagoda. At the end, though, Eevee wakes up.

Eevee is on the patio, while Numel is inside the pagoda, 8 feet from Eevee. Scraggy is under the water, with a sheet of ice on top of it. Scraggy can hold its breath for 2 actions; after that, it must make its way to the surface of the water. If Scraggy is not breathing air by then end of its second action, it will sacrifice its third action to get to the surface. Snover is on the patio, 6 feet from where Scraggy dropped into the pool. Finn is up next.

Wylie: Use Wish and Detect to give yourself much needed health. Follow up with Quick Attack on Snover.

Rex: Swagger on Snover again and Fire Punch it. Finish with Faint Attack

"Scraggy's going to take a while to get out of that pool thanks to Icy Wind-use your OWN Swaggah' while he's waiting, then if he succeeds in Fire Punching his way out of the ice, Wood Hammer him back in. If he can't get out, use Leech Seed on the patio-that stone's bound to have some nutrients. Finish by concentrating Mist around where he surfaces-that way he won't be able to rage hit you due to being outdanced by a bush. Try to avoid letting the mist reach Flare!

"Flare, dash to the patio with Flame Charge, jump with your jetpack-like speed and intercept the light from the Wish! Stockpile as Eevee tries to detect an assault, then use Heat Wave against Eevee! Try to avoid Frostbite's side of the battle!"

(BTW, Simple doesn't seem to be in Flare's descriptions. Could you please be willing to fix that?)

Eevee begins with a Wish, sending the light form inside itself into the air, and sending it off into the future. Numel then uses a Flame Charge, smashing Eevee for good damage and sending it into the water! Sonic then comes by from the track and yells, "YOU'RE TOO SLOW!!!!!!!' at eevee, and splashes some water at it just to be an ass. Sonic is soo dead. Meanwhile, Scraggy is trying to get out of the water, and leaps up onto the ice, and starts to show of some of his gangster skills with some Swaggering. Snover was one step ahead of the little g, and shows off some of its moves as well. In the end, both pokemon realize just how stupid they look, and both become both confused and enraged at this. Both pokemon are now slightly confused.

Eevee takes the initiative on Numel and uses a detect to protect itself and recover HP from the Wish. Numel, aka Nostradamus reincarnated, uses a Stockpile on the free moments, boosting its defenses. Snover leaps onto the ice and Wood Hammers Scraggy, getting it near the opening in the ice. Scraggy, not deterred, uses a Fire Punch on the pine tree, and even scores a critical hit!

Eevee finishes up with a quick attack, bypassing Numel's 4 stage speed boost with simple. No matter, as Numel uses a heat wave on eevee, but the damage is minimize by the recent soaking eevee received. Snover uses Mist to hopefully dodge the next attacks of Scraggy, but its aim is true and Scraggy lands a critically damaging Faint Attack on Snover, knocking it into the water this time.

Snover is underwater, and can stay there for two actions. Scraggy is surrounded by mist which will fade in one action. Scraggy is 5 feet from where Snover fell in the water. Eevee is on the patio, and is 4 feet from Numel. If Scraggy chooses to attack Numel, it must use up an action to get to the other side of the pagoda (they're like 35 feet apart). Sorry for the delay, Tort is up next.

...Dangit, I confused the effects of Haze and Mist. Ah well, that's my fault.

(BTW, didn't I order Numel to intercept the Wish? Given with Simple a +1 Numel has 60 base speed, it should have gone first.)

"I knew I should have invested in Ice Shard...Frostbite, use Leech Seed from beneath the water at Scraggy-if you faint, it will still benefit Flare. After that, swim to the surface and use Blizzard again."

"Flare, Flame Charge again at Eevee. If Eevee is knocked into the water or it Protects itself, use Stockpile again, otherwise use Heat Wave. Finally, use Rock Slide to try and flinch Eevee-if Eevee protects itself, jump on top of it with Flame Charge. That should allow you to intercept Eevee's Wish."

Scraggy: Fire Punch the Leech Seed. Then use Faint Attack when it gets up to the surface. Finish by heading to the middle of the arena away from the attacks.

Wylie: Detect, Retaliation, Quick Attack to dodge and get the wish.

Sorry these reffings have been taking such a long time, I just got super busy :( Also tort, you can't "intercept a wish." You can't steal another pokemon's thoughts and healing, sorry. Snatch would work though!

Snover, on the brink of fainting, uses a leech seed from under the water, but they get deflected and burnt up by a timely fire punch by Scraggy. As it swims to the surface, Scraggy uses a Faint attack to faint some stuff, and knocks out snover as it reaches the surface again. Taking his time, Scraggy strolls over to his partner and re-lives his awesome break-dancing moments.

Meanwhile, Eevee and Numel are still brawling it out. Eevee detects itself from an attack, and dodges a speedy flame charge with ease. Both pokemon then strike each other with strong attacks, Numel using a Heat Wave and Eevee a Retaliation. Numel, however, is knocked into the water (which damages it 5 points due tot he weakness), and spends its next action getting out with a flame charge. Eevee dodges this with a Quick Attack, and rejoins its partner in the pagoda. It then receives a nice Wish, healing some of its injuries.

Alright, Tort, I need your next pokemon. After that, Finn can declare actions, and Tort can follower suit. Finn's pokemon are just outside the pagoda, while numel in on the patio on the other side. Tort's new pokemon will start off in the pagoda. It is also still hailing inside of the pagoda, but only in the pagoda.

Out-of-Character: You can intercept large balls of healing light, though.

Wish: The Pokemon funnels its energy into a small white sphere that is released into the sky. At the end of the next round, a large, energized sphere plummets from the sky onto the Pokemon, restoring 20 HP. If the Pokemon is KO'd or switched, its replacement receives the boon.

Scraggy:

Eevee:

Swagger the Scylar to distract it, then quick attack on scylar. Finish with another quick attack on numel.

If Scraggy is KO'd, switch all moves to Retaliation and direct them at the respective targets. (i.e. the 3rd move still targets numel, the 2nd scylar)

"Flare-use an Earthquake to hit the entire field. After that, use Flame Charge to hit Eevee, then use another Stockpile to take the Retaliation/QA.

Freeze-you might not have those convenient CompoundEyes for this match, but you have several new tricks under your wings. Before Scraggy can hit you and Eevee can hit you, use U-Turn on Scraggy and get away from Eevee's Swaggah'. You're significantly faster than the entire field, so once Scraggy unleashes its Faint Attack, use a point-blank Blizzard to KO him. Eevee should take too long to cross over to where you've turned if it tries to use Retaliation against you, and if it Quick Attacks, it'll take it too long to reach Flare."

Finally, use Bug Buzz against Eevee.

Scylar, our new arrival, starts out with a U-Turn, damaging Scraggy. However, Scraggy nabs Scylar with a Faint attack on the retreat, scoring some damage. Eevee uses Swagger on Scylar, but misses because of the constantly moving Scylar. Numel uses its Earthquake, and this damages everyone. However, the Earthquake dealt critical damage to the pokemon, and the extra shaking caused the pagoda to collapse. Eevee and Scylar are able to escape the falling debris, but Scraggy and Numel can not. Scraggy gets KO by the falling pagoda, while numel gets damaged.

Numel spends the next actions getting itself out of the mess it created, avoiding the fight for the remainder of the round, and spending 5 energy to do so. Scylar uses a Blizzard, but its damage is cut by 25% due to the distance between itself and Eevee. Eevee, blinded by rage over its fallen comrade, launches a reckless retaliation at the ice bug, easily leaping the distance of the rubble.

In response, Scylar uses a Bug Buzz to devastating effect, scoring a critical hit! Eevee keeps up its relentless pursuit and hits Scylar again with Retaliation, this time scoring a critical hit. At this time, numel pops its head out of the rubble, and prepares for the next round.

Finn, I need your next pokemon. Tort can declare actions after that. Numel is in the center of the debris, while scylar and eevee are 4 feet apart, 10 feet away from numel. There were a lot of numbers to keep track of and hax flying all over the place, so if you think I made a mistake, tell me so and I'll correct it. BTW, falling pagoda did 10 damage to numel.

"Hit both with Blizzard, Freeze-you can hit them despite Numel. Then use Bug Buzz against the weaker Eevee. Finally-if you can survive this long-use another Blizzard. You have the energy-those Retaliations hit like a truck, though.

If it seems like you'd be KO'd by a Quick Attack, substitute Ice Shard for a weak attack against the weaker one.

Flare, use the bountiful rubble to reduce the two Eevee with a Rock Slide. It should take less energy for more power to use the rubble as ammunition for the attack. After that, chill, then launch off another Rock Slide.

Bugs, Wylie: Coordinate yourselves here.

Quick Attack to avoid the Rocks and strike the Ice Bug.

Then Retaliation on the chilling Numel and finish with another Quick Attack Dodge.

Insert a Quick Attack between Bug's actions if Freeze is not KO'd after the first series of Quick Attacks.

Quick --> Retal --> Quick (both)
Quick --> Quick --> Retal (Bugs if Freeze is not KO'd).

Another Eevee takes the place of the fallen Scraggy, and both of them decide to combine efforts to KO Scylar. They start out with Quick Attacks, nailing Scylar for intense damage. It hangs on, though, and launches a strong Blizzard at the two eevee. Meanwhile, Numal prepares a Rock Slide with the fallen debris. It happens to miss Wylie, but Bugs is hit head-on for major damage.

Bugs uses its second action to KO Scylar with a Quick Attack, but Scylar meets priority with priority with an Ice Shard. It tries to aim the ice at Wylie, but can't react in time due to its great fatigue. Both pokemon incur damage, but only Bugs the eevee walks away. Scylar has been KO'ed. While this is going on, Wylie smashes Numel when it is defenselessly chilling with a Retaliation, using the anger over scraggy to boost damage.

Next round, the Eevee change up attacks, with Wylie using a Quick Attack and Bugs launching a Retaliation. Bugs's retaliation manages to score a critical hit, but Numel hangs on and responds with a Rock Slide.

Wow, Wylie got lucky with a 1 HP survive. Tort, I need your next pokemon. Finn can declare actions after that. Tort can follow suit. The pokemon teams will start across from the pile of rubble, about 20 feet apart, and 10 feet from the water. Note that the two rock slides have reduced the debris pile by moving some of the rocks into the water. This has been a great match so far guys, keep up the good work!

Wylie: Quick Attack the closest enemy (Numel if both equidistant)

Bugs: Quick Attack Numel, Retaliation after Wylie faints on Numel until he faints, then switch targets

"Float-use Charge, then Muddy Water. Detect whatever Bugs tries after that-but if Wylie survived somehow, finishhim with Bubble."

"Flare-use Yawn against Bugs-then use Rock Slide again. If you're still in, use Flame Charge against Bugs."
