First nu team

This is my first team. I got into top 100 but then i started loosing, I need some help.
Here is my team;

Vileplume @ Black Sludge
Trait: Effect Spore
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Giga Drain
- Aromatherapy
- Toxic
- Sludge Bomb

this guy is good for support and my main counter to alomomola, i used to put sleep powder on him but it keeps missing.

Adamant Nature

- X-Scissor
- Stone Edge
- Superpower

This guy is often my lead, most people think he is a support one so i catch a lot of people off guard

Miltank (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Sap Sipper
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
- Milk Drink
- Brick Break

This is a creative new set i've been using, after a sap sipper boost it can sweep through most of a team, but he gets walled by haunter and missy

- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Payback
- Mach Punch

This guy is mainly a wall but if he gets a bulk up off he can do some work.

this is my main sweeper if he can get a belly drum up he can sweep through most teams.

Linoone is my main sweeper but if he goes down I can still do work with milk tank. I am open to any changes

Threat list (sorry no pictures);

Gurdurr- annoying to take down.

bulk up braviary- only regirock can stop it.

musharna- hard to take down.

Sawk-can cripple my whole team.

Haunter-scarfed can out speed linoone.

regirock-bulky as hell.

zangoose- can rip holes throw my team.

Dude, not trying to minimod, but ou need descriptions. Jirachi is gonna close the thread soon, so start making descriptions.

You need to have at least some descriptions for anyone to rate your team. Try reading the rules and then edit your OP. Also, you are expected to at least try to improve your team to the best of your abilities; this isn't a rebuild my team forum after all.
