First RMT (Mono-Fighting)

Mono Fighting
First RMT here. Just a quick note, this team will be used in the standard Wifi tier. I don't really feel a need to have subtiers for mono teams. I've been using this team for quite a while with standard success, but I am looking for some criticism and help for replacements. So keep that in-mind to the standard meta of OU rather than fighting other mono teams.

Mienshao (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Hi Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
- U-turn
- Fake Out

The lead annoyance. Standard regenerator set. Lead with Fake out, follow up with another attack or switch out if hurt. Pretty much one of my only liked Pokemon from Unova, and it has a good use. I don't believe there's anything to change about her.

Breloom (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Seed Bomb
- Focus Punch
- Substitute
- Spore

The rage quit. Yet again, another standard set. SubPunch. Nothing much to say, but it will sweep if they don't have something that can out speed it. Most people new to competitive battling will lose to just this. Spore, Substitute, and Focus Punch. Rinse wash repeat.

Gallade (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Steadfast
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Shadow Sneak
- Ice Punch
- Leaf Blade

The revenge killer. Simple coverage moves, leaf blade for bulky waters. Zen Headbutt over Psycho Cut, I found the crit too unreliable. If there is a better moveset I can use for coverage, I would like to know.

Conkeldurr (M) @ Flame Orb
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Payback
- Bulk Up

The derp. Standard set, some people don't like the Guts thing on derp, but I've found it to be more worthy. Bulk Up then sweep, Drain Punch to heal. In general I've been hoping to replace him, because I like to play with bros, and derp is the opposite of a bro. I've heard NG Machamp is pretty amazing, but I still haven't tried it out for myself.

Cobalion @ Life Orb
Trait: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Sacred Sword
- Iron Head
- X-Scissor
- Swords Dance

The clueless. I actually don't know this guy's purpose, but he's been on the team since the start. For me he's literally a damage soak. I switch him into flying moves, and he ends up dying, but saves me the Pokemon I switched out. I know this guy dominates UU, but in OU he can't really compare with a Swords Dance build. So I was looking for a valid moveset that could work, or just a replacement for him.

Scrafty (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Dragon Dance

The sweep. As much as DDScrafty is a paperweight sweeper, I like him. I usually switch him in after a Spore by Breloom, if no opportunity arises I send him out later-battle. DD 1-2, sweep, he will be shut down easily by priority. Status can hit or miss with Shell Shed, but I've had matches where it's activated on the first turn he gets effected 3 times in a row.

In closing: I'd like some suggestions on replacements(or)new movesets on Conkeldurr, Cobalion, Gallade. Also EV spreads, since I don't do calcs, I could be missing out on something. And maybe more that I might be missing, hopefully this was an acceptable first RMT.

Use double booster terrakion, so powerful and so versatile. Just give up on cobalion, kinda useless.

I suggest HP Ice on Mienshao since this team is pretty much Gliscor bait and Mienshao's 95 Base Sp.Atk will 1HKO the standard Gliscor set provided he doesn't predict it coming.

Also, put Mach Punch on Conkeldurr since priority is a must on any team, no matter how gimmicky.

For Cobalion, put Stone Edge instead of X-Scissor since it provides coverage.

Shadow Sneak on Gallade instead of Zen Headbutt. Same readon as Conkeldurr.

Everyone has high opinions on Cobalion, and not Terrakion, can you go more in depth to why I should switch?

Scrafty usually deals with any Gliscors I come across. I like Mienshao's moveset just to smack Dragonite, Mence, & Gyara with SE, and get the occasional crit. SN on Gallade is a great improvement, I needed that. Mach Punch too.

Most mono teams are getting posted in Other, so I figure I would. Since by chance if I do remove a few team mates, it will no longer have any OU in it.
