You are correct in assuming that. This may be crucial, particularly since status will probably be very important.
Adding Facade, as well as Tinted Lens and the NFEs, to the OP.
Facade says that it boosts the move's power when user has a status condition, considering that a move's power doesn't affect damage, wouldn't facade be worse than body slam?

SubSeed Cottonee :)

SubSeed
Cottonee @ Leftovers/Focus Sash
Trait: Prankster
Level: 1
IVs: 0 HP
- Subsitute
- Protect
- Toxic
- Leech Seed

Would Charmeleon actually outclass Charizard? Mega Charizard Y still has higher speed, Air Slash (which would actually do something), and Drought allowing it to have a more powerful Flamethrower as well as not forcing it to run HP Grass due to it's ability to use SolarBeam. It can therefore run something like HP Ice

Yes Body Slam is pretty much the STAB Normal-type move of choice in most cases, and although SubSeed Cottonee is very good, as indicated in the OP, all Pokemon have to be level 100.

Choice Band and Choice Specs both have a use: they can be tricked onto opponents to cripple them.

Beat Up is really overpowered dealing 6*25*1.5=225% damage on a neutral hit.

Where did you get the *1.5 from? Shouldn't it deal 6*25%=150% damage on a neutral hit?
