Haxorus B2W2 Its tusks are incredibly destructive. They can easily slice through a thick, sturdy steel column every time.
Dragon moves are neutral on steel

Sceptile BW The leaves that grow on its arms can slice down thick trees. It is without peer in jungle combat.
    Grass is neutral on grass

Gigalith Black Compressing the energy from its internal core lets it fire off an attack capable of blowing away a mountain.
    :O

Lilligant White White The fragrance of the garland on its head has a relaxing effect. It withers if a Trainer does not take good care of it.
If Happiness is low Lilligant faints

    Luxray

Diamond: It has eyes that can see through anything. It spots and captures prey hiding behind objects.

Luxray can attack through substitutes and can spot an illusion pokemon. (maybe it should have No Guard, since it can spot foes easily?)

    Medicham

HGSS: Through yoga training, it gained the psychic power to predict its foe's next move.

Pretty self explanatory. Same prediction ability as Lucario.

I think I'll try and contribute for everything I can, starting with the Grass starters.

    Bulbasaur:
-Stadium Pokedex: "The bulb-like pouch on its back grows larger as it ages. The pouch is filled with numerous seeds."
All seed-based attacks have twice the PP they normally would.

    Ivysaur:
-Gold Pokedex: "Exposure to sunlight adds to its strength. Sunlight also makes the bud on its back grow larger."
Strong sunlight multiplies Ivysaur's Attack and Special Attack by 1.5.

    Venusaur:
-Gold Pokedex: "By spreading the broad petals of its flower and catching the sun's rays, it fills its body with power."
Strong sunlight multiplies Venusaur's Attack and Special Attack by 1.5.
-FireRed Pokedex: "A bewitching aroma wafts from its flower. The fragrance becalms those engaged in a battle."
The opponent is unable to use Rage, Outrage, Dragon Rage, Uproar, or Thrash while Venusaur is on the field. Taunt will have no effect. The ability Anger Point will have no effect.

    Chikorita:
-Emerald Pokedex: "It waves its leaf around to keep foes at bay. However, a sweet fragrance also wafts from the leaf, creating a friendly atmosphere that becalms the battlers."
Chikorita automatically uses Sweet Scent on entering the field. Contact moves have an additional chance to miss (I'm thinking 30%) after the first accuracy check is made.

    Bayleef:
-Gold Pokedex: "The scent of spices comes from around its neck. Somehow, sniffing it makes you want to fight."
Bayleef automatically uses Taunt when it enters the field. Opposing Pokemon cannot switch out.

    Meganium:
-Gold Pokedex: "The aroma that rises from its petals contains a substance that calms aggressive feelings."
The opponent is unable to use Rage, Outrage, Dragon Rage, or Thrash while Meganium is on the field. Taunt will have no effect. The ability Anger Point will have no effect.
Silver Pokedex: "Meganium's breath has the power to revive dead grass and plants. It can make them healthy again."
All fainted Grass-types (yours and your opponents') will be revived at 50% of their max HP when Meganium enters the field.

    Treecko:
-FRLG Pokedex: "It quickly scales even vertical walls. It senses humidity with its tail to predict the next day's weather."
Treecko uses Rock Climb automatically when it enters the field. You are alerted to the presence of auto-weather inducers and weather-inducing moves on your opponent's team.

    Grovyle:
-Sapphire Pokedex: "This Pokémon adeptly flies from branch to branch in trees. In a forest, no Pokémon can ever hope to catch a fleeing Grovyle however fast they may be."
If Exeggutor or Torterra is on your team, Pursuit and trapping moves have no effect on Grovyle.
-Emerald Pokedex: "Leaves grow out of this Pokémon's body. They help obscure a Grovyle from the eyes of its enemies while it is in a thickly overgrown forest."
Grovyle gets +2 evasion if Exeggutor or Torterra is on your team.

    Sceptile:
-Ruby Pokedex: "The leaves growing on Sceptile's body are very sharp edged. This Pokémon is very agile - it leaps all over the branches of trees and jumps on its foe from above or behind."
If Exeggutor or Torterra is on your team, opponents get -2 Evasion against all of Sceptile's attacks.
-Sapphire Pokedex: "Sceptile has seeds growing on its back. They are said to be bursting with nutrients that revitalize trees. This Pokémon raises the trees in a forest with loving care."
Sceptile heals any Exeggutor or Torterra in your party by 50% of its max HP when it enters the field.

    Grotle:
-Pearl Pokedex: "The shell is hardened soil. Some Pokémon come to peck the berries growing on the trees on its back."
Grotle always holds some sort of Berry in addition to its normal item and gains the ability Harvest in addition to its normal ability.

    Snivy:
-BW2 Pokedex: "Being exposed to sunlight makes its movements swifter. It uses vines more adeptly than its hands."
Snivy has Chlorophyll in addition to its normal ability. Vine Whip has an increased critical hit rate (same level as Slash).

    Servine:
-Black Pokedex: "It moves along the ground as if sliding. Its swift movements befuddle its foes, and it then attacks with a vine whip."
Servine has permanent +1 Evasion unless the field has been swamped by Surf. It automatically uses Vine Whip when an opponent's attack misses.

    Serperior:
-White Pokedex: "They raise their heads to intimidate opponents but only give it their all when fighting a powerful opponent."
Serperior has Intimidate as well as its normal ability. Its attacks have half the normal power against opponents who don't have at least one base stat of 100 or more.

    MELOETTA:
    Black (open)
Its melodies are sung with a special vocalization method that can control the feelings of those who hear it.

Maybe auto-taunt when she uses sound-based attacks? Or the opposite of Taunt, so it has to use a defending move.

    KELDEO:
    B2W2 (open)
When it is resolute, its body fills with power and it becomes swifter. Its jumps are then too fast to follow.

Higher speed BST - maybe 118 speed? Because Keldeo else would be a monster!

    VIRIZION:
    B2W2 (open)
Legends say this Pokémon confounded opponents with its swift movements.

When Virizion uses a priority move, it confuses the opponent?
Else raise the Speed BST of Virizion to 118?
    White (open)
Its head sprouts horns as sharp as blades. Using whirlwind-like movements, it confounds and swiftly cuts opponents.

If the opponent is confused, it automatically uses Cut?

Here are a few i thought of

    Zubat

Ruby Pokedex: Zubat remains quietly unmoving in a dark spot during the bright daylight hours. It does so because prolonged exposure to the sun causes its body to become slightly burned.

Zubat should get afflicted with the burn status immediately under strong sunlight, and should also get afflicted with the burn status if its used for a certain amount of turns during daylight hours.

    Primeape:

Red/Blue Pokedex: Always furious and tenacious to boot. It will not abandon chasing its quarry until it is caught.

Whenever a Pokemon switches out against Primeape, Primeape should automatically inflict damage just before the Pokemon gets withdrawn, similar to Pursuit.

    Regirock

DPP Pokedex: Its entire body is made of rock. If any part chips off in battle, it attaches rocks to repair itself.

As infernis mentioned, if Regirock has taken any prior damage, Rock-type attacks will restore its hp instead of damaging it, furthermore, if Stealth Rock is on the field, Regirock will get healed by 12% instead of taking 12% damage and will clear Stealth Rock off of the field.

    Sneasel

Heartgold Pokedex: Its paws conceal sharp claws. If attacked, it suddenly extends the claws and startles its enemy.

If Sneasel switches in as the opponent uses an attack, the opposing Pokemon flinches instead, and Sneasel gets an attack boost from extending its claws. Furthermore, all claw based moves used by Sneasel have a 30% chance to make the opponent flinch as well.

    Gliscor

BW2 Pokedex: It dances silently through the sky. When it approaches prey, it can land a critical hit in an instant.

Gliscor has an increased critical hit ratio. Also, the first attack Gliscor lands after entering the match will always be a critical hit.

    Tyranitar
Gold: Its body can't be harmed by any kind of attack, so it is very eager to make challenges against enemies. Sounds like it would have Moxie or Solid Rock. Much better than Unnerve as hidden abilities.

    Pidgeot

It spreads its gorgeous wings widely to intimidate enemies. It races through the skies at Mach-2 speed.

Give it Intimidate. It's also one of the fastest (?) Pokemon (faster than Garchomp?).

Oh yeah, and any attack is supereffective against Magikarp.

    Skarmory

SKARMORY is entirely encased in hard, protective armor. This POKéMON flies at close to 190 mph. It slashes foes with its wings that possess swordlike cutting edges.

Oh God. It's faster than Rapidash. And it gets an extra boost to Critical Hit percentage when using Arial Ace, Cut, Night Slash, and Steel Wing.

    Jirachi
Ruby: A legend states that Jirachi will make true any wish that is written on the notes attached to head when it awakens. If this Pokémon senses danger, it will fight without awakening.
If Jirachi is asleep and has less than 33% HP remaining, it can use any move despite sleeping. The move Rest will fail, however.

Emerald: Jirachi is said to make wishes come true. While it sleeps, a tough crystalline shell envelops the body to protect it from enemies.
Jirachi does not take any direct damage while asleep.

    Unown
Crystal: Because different types of Unown exist, it is said that they must have a variety of abilities.
Each Unown will receive another ability, depending on the Unown Report:

    A - Angry - Anger Point
    B - Bear - Sturdy
    C - Chase - Shadow Tag
    D - Direct - Magic Bounce
    E - Engage - Defiant
    F - Find - Pickup
    G - Give - Flower Gift
    H - Help - Healer
    I - Increase - Download
    J - Join - Skill Link
    K - Keep - Sticky Hold
    L - Laugh - Prankster
    M - Make - Honey Gather
    N - Nuzzle - Frisk
    O - Observe - Keen Eye
    P - Perform - Imposter
    Q - Quicken - Speed Boost
    R - Reassure - Serene Grace
    S - Search - Analyze
    T - Tell - Telepathy
    U - Undo - Wonder Guard
    V - Vanish - Run Away
    W - Want - Pressure
    X - XXXXX - Sniper
    Y - Yield - Harvest
    Z - Zoom - Compoundeyes
    ? - ????? - Illusion
    ! - !!!!! - Infiltrator

    Delibird
Crystal: It always carries its food with it, wherever it goes. If attacked, it throws its food at the opponent.
Each time Delibird is hit by any move, it will use the move Fling with a random item from this set: Cheri Berry, Chesto Berry, Pecha Berry, Rawst Berry, Aspear Berry, Leppa Berry, Oran Berry, Persim Berry.

    Octillery
Gold: It traps enemies with its suction-cupped tentacles, then smashes them with its rock-hard head.
Octillery gets Rock Head as additional ability. If it has Suction Cups the opponent cannot switch.

    I have a few more :).

    Kabutops:

Red/Blue Pokedex: Its sleek shape is perfect for swimming. It slashes prey with its claws and drains the body fluids.

Every time Kabutops scores a KO the final blow will always have an effect like Giga Drain or Drain Punch, turning the damage Kabutops did to its opponent into hp restoration.

    Kecleon:

Sapphire Pokedex:Kecleon alters its body coloration to blend in with its surroundings, allowing it to sneak up on its prey unnoticed. Then it lashes out with its long, stretchy tongue to instantly ensnare the unsuspecting target.

Color Change now has the added effect of raising Kecleon's evasion and critical hit rate automatically when it enters battle, akin to Pure Power's Attack Boost, the effects wear off if Kecleon is given another ability during the match.

    Krookodile:

White Pokedex: It can expand the focus of its eyes, enabling it to see objects in the far distance as if it were using binoculars.

Krookodile now has 2 new abilities to go along with its special eyes: Compoundeyes and Tinted Lens.

FireRed: A POKéMON of South America that was thought to have been extinct. It is very intelligent and learns any move.
Crystal: Because it can learn any move, some people began research to see if it is the ancestor of all POKéMON.

Mew can now learn every move in the game.

    lets see...
Magikarp:A Magikarp living for many years can leap a mountain using Splash. The move remains useless, though.(PtBWBW2) when it uses splash, it can escape from battle if it is over level 70. it can also decide to use double power tackle downwards.bounce has double power.
Tauros(SS):After heightening its will to fight by whipping itself with its three tails, it charges at full speed. when it uses tail whip, it maxes out attack.
ditto:(G/HG)It can transform into anything. When it sleeps, it changes into a stone to avoid being attacked can learn rest, which changes it to rock type/can't be hit
(S/SS)Its transformation ability is perfect. However, if made to laugh, it can't maintain its disguise if it's tickled, it reverts to normal.rather obvious
Vaporeon:(G/HG)When Vaporeon's fins begin to vibrate, it is a sign that rain will come within a few hours. drizzle :)
Jolteon(LG):It accumulates negative ions in the atmosphere to blast out 10000-volt lightning bolts. every electric move becomes 2x stronger, along with stab, static after electric attacks
Flareon:When storing thermal energy in its body, its temperature can soar to over 1,600 degrees Fahrenheit another 1.5 boost flame body after fire attacks.
Aerodactyl(DPPtBWB2W2):A Pokémon that roamed the skies in the dinosaur era. Its teeth are like saw blades.gets iron fist for biting attacks. that's all for today

    Tyranitar, Pokémon Gold:

"Its body can't be harmed by any sort of attack, so it is very eager to make challenges against enemies."

Tyranitar can not take damage from direct attacks. GG.

    Add to that, from BW2:

"The quakes caused when it walks make even great mountains crumble and change the surrounding terrain."

My emphasis. Anyway, this means that Tyranitar uses an especially powerful Earthquake whenever it moves. That is, in addition to the other move it might be using at the time.

    Scraggy

Black Pokedex: Its skin has a rubbery elasticity, so it can reduce damage by defensively pulling it skin up to its neck.

If Scraggy is hit during the stage of its sprite animation where it pulls its skin up to its neck, it only takes half damage from the move.

White Pokedex: It immediately headbutts anyone that makes eye contact with it. Its skull is massively thick.

Scraggy pulls off a quick headbutt every time it enters the battle, or when the opponent sends in a new Pokemon, stacks with the move it used before the opponent switched/got KO'd. Scraggy also has the ability Rock Head

Hey guys, I broke the tier.

    Victini (Black 1):
This Pokémon brings victory. It is said that Trainers with Victini always win, regardless of the type of encounter.

I don't care if you're hitting me with 1000-hit mach punches or zooming around at over 500 base speed. I win, regardless of anything. Even if you faint all my mons.

When it is resolute, its body fills with power and it becomes swifter. Its jumps are then too fast to follow.
Therefore, when it is Keldeo-R, it should be the fastest Pokemon.

    Heatmor:
Using their very hot, flame-covered tongues, they burn through Durant's steel bodies and consume their insides.
    Therefore, it insta-kills Durants.

    Weepinbell:
If its prey is bigger than its mouth, it slices up the victim with sharp leaves, then eats every morsal.
Umm, when it uses Swallow, it kills everything.
