TEAM YAS
One of Silver's first memories is that of a shadowy figure of white and black, ever-present and ever-watchful over the boy's shoulder. Silver can't recall a time when he wasn't being observed by this mysterious silhouette, yet he never felt threatened by it. As soon as he was old enough to set out on his journey with Pokémon, Silver knew what he was searching for: this flash of white from his childhood. Silver has never known for sure whether Soul is the Pokémon that watched over him as a child, and Soul has always stayed silent when his trainer asks him about it. Nonetheless, and despite his steely demeanor, more than his first Pokémon, Soul is Silver's guardian and closest friend.

When a mysterious Fox Pokémon appeared just outside Silver's home town, many trainers tried to approach it in order to catch it. However, the tiny Pokémon managed to avoid capture, amid strange rumors that it had mystical powers. One day, without warning, she approached Silver when he was alone in the tall grass, her eyes engulfed in pink flame. In complete silence, Zelda touched Silver's hand with her snout, and a deep bond formed. It was then that Silver decided to leave in search of--something. Whatever it is, it remains as mysterious as the fiery fox.
Zelda is usually shy towards strangers, but has no problem with telling Silver what's on her mind. She has a mysterious aura around her, and one gets the sense that she has a great yet untapped power. She has somehow managed to get a hold of--and finish--eight of the fourteen Fire Emblem games, and her love for FE: Awakening ensures that, on average, 17% of Silver's monthly income is dedicated to FE:A DLC's. She feels a particular affinity for Emmeryn, and cries every time she replays Chapter 9.

Wait really? I didn't see this when signing up lol. Also, Fluffiator , when you said items: ON and Megas: 1, I thought you meant battle items. Would you mind if I used Exp. Share+Mega Stone on Absol, or just the training items? Also, this is none of my business, but Lucky Egg is useless on Greninja, since it's already maxxed its EC and AC. At least Amulet Coin can get you 1CC.

Very well.

Sending out Soul the Absol @ Absolite + Exp. Share | Zelda the Ninetales @ Exp. Share!

After a bit of a rough start in the preparation stages of the battle, we're finally ready to get into the action! From a glance, the teams look pretty even, but a glaring weakness like Charizard's to Rock-type moves can be easily abused. Let's see how the round turns out. Get your sunglasses, everyone, because before this all begins, Zelda's Drought summoned harsh sun! This means Fire-type moves will be powered up, and Water-type moves take a hit!

Silver taps into the power of the bond between him and Soul, unleashing the Absol's true forme--Mega Absol! The brilliant display of energy is truly a sight to see here in the ASB Arena. Soul needs time to adjust to her new Speed, so Bubbles makes the first move, bouncing high into the air and turning Flying-type in the process thanks to his useful ability, Protean. Bubbles isn't in Silver's sights, though; Zelda begins using a Hidden Power attack aimed at Rawr, and...what type is it...that massive damage makes it a no-brainer! It was Rock-type! Determined to use some Rock-type moves of his own, Rawr creates a Rock Slide which hits both Soul and Zelda for good damage. It was such a surprise that Soul flinched and couldn't move! Bubbles lands his Bounce afterward, taking advantage of Soul's low defense stat.

Soul is all adjusted and ready to roll; her Stone Edge attack tears right into Rawr, who's not looking so good right now. Bubbles bounces into the air again, but the evasive properties of the move aren't helping Rawr getting ganged up on. Zelda fires out another Hidden Power, looking to put down Rawr for good, but the Charizard is pretty stubborn and refuses to go down! Another Rock Slide hits both of Silver's Pokemon, striking Soul critically in the process. Bubbles Bounces yet again, hitting Soul just like last time.

One last Stone Edge from Soul ends it for Rawr; it was even a critical hit! That's the most damage I've ever seen at once since the Combee days...rest in peace, Honeybuns. Bubbles bounces evasively again, and manages to avoid Zelda's Fire Blast, which blatantly missed. Bubbles then lands on Soul just like the other two times, but, this time, the impact must have hit a vital nerve, and Soul became paralyzed as a result!

With Rawr down and both of Silver's Pokemon still kicking, Fluffiator is in a tough situation. Let's see if Bubbles has the tricks he needs to regain some traction.
