The Leader makes a sacrifice and switches out honchkrow for Bird the Unfezant. Due to the match rules, Honchkrow can't be used anymore and is considered KO'd for all intentions and purposes.
That being said, the pair Ground + Bird (lovely names BTW) manages to finish off the opposition with Earthquake, Hidden Power Ground, Earthquake again and Hyper Beam. The only downsides being the Gliscor being hit by one Ice Beam and Bird being Sluggish and all.
Now it's the challenger's turn to sends out his last pokemon: Cyclohm. Let's see if the Gym Leader will finally manage to win his first match against a Cyclohm in the gym!

Spiffy the Cyclohm tried to Endure to survive past this round, but that tactic was quickly nulled when Ground managed to Toxic the Cyclohm. With that, his defeat was just a matter of time...
Bird seized that precious opportunity and attacked the dragon with a Critical Hit Hidden Power Ground. Ground then attacked again with Earthquake, leaving Spiffy with a mere hp, just enough to Ice Beam and KO Gliscor and then succumb to poison.
And with that the challenger is out of useable pokemon! On this great battle, Jas61292 finally managed to vanquish his devils and defeated BOTH Cyclohm AND Krillowatt. Without using his signature pokemon Hatchet to boot!

One of my mons was KO'd by a Ledian and 2 by an Unfezant. I'm going to go and hang myself now.
In any case, I played terribly, made some very glaring oversights and took this well deserved loss. By contrast, jas proved that he's Flying Gym Leader for a reason and beat an out of practice, shitty player with a Ledian.
