Sorry if I sound a little rude, but your fusion isn't legal because
a. Blissey isn't in the Mineral egg group
b. Fusions can't have custom abilities, only a combination of two of their non-hidden abilities
c. The stats can't be custom either, they have to be (parent a's stats+parent b's stats)/2+10 for regular fusions, and the same as regular fusions minus the +10 for DNA fusions
d. Neither parent can learn Recover, I think you might mean Softboiled

Also, it's voting phase right now, submission phase ended a few hours ago

Hey there FalconFlameDracod! The thread's in Voting phase at the moment, so you're going to have to wait until it and discussion phase is over to submit this!

e: got freaking sniped :c

Now that I'm reviewing all of the submissions, shouldn't ParadoxEngine's Aggron+Volcanion fusion should become Fire/Steel upon mega evolving? I thought Aggronite made Aggron pure steel by way of replacing Rock?

Anyway, in addition to what rhydreigon said, remember that you can change your votes until 24 hours before voting is to end, at which point they will be counted and not looked at again.

Floette-Eternal + Hippowdon
We need more fusions that benefit and set terrain. Weather is so last season. And every season prior to that, really.
Jellicent + Mew
I really like how this promotes prediction and mindgames instead of just overpowering the opponent like so many other fusions.
Hoopa + Seismitoad
Hopefully support for this guy hasn't dried up. With all the prevalence of Knock Off and abilities triggering on using an item, producing Black Sludge has a definite niche.
Delcatty + Whimsicott
How could I not? Priority Simple Beam is one of the trolliest things possible in this meta!
Beheeyem + Sableye
Very true to both parents' roots, and guaranteed Trick Room is a fantastic benefit to slow teams.
Cofagrigus + Carbink
With all the measures taken to ensure tanky fusions don't get set up on, I'm surprised this hadn't already been done.
Venomoth + Durant
Just an all-around solid Quiver Dance user.
Audino + Togekiss
Do hazards trigger before or after non-static abilities? Because if it's before, Inokiss is basically immune to SR unless the damage finishes it off!
Reuniclus + Gardevoir
Something that can actually benefit from Stealth Rocks is an interesting addition.
Stunfisk + Zapdos
Pancake bird gets a vote just for being a viable Stunfisk fusion.

Time for me to VOTE!

Jellicent + Mew (This is probably my favourite one honestly, I love the mind-games and prediction this forces. The ability works so well with the typing and Mew's phenomenal movepool.)
Gardevoir + Volcanion
Volcanion + Togekiss
Camerupt + Ampharos
Genesect + Altaria
Shaymin-Sky + Raikou
Stunfisk + Zapdos
Terrakion + Dugtrio
Metagross + Kingdra
(Yep, I'm going all shameless self-indulgence here!)
Kyurem + Liepard (Nice to see some really underused Pokemon getting some love.)

And our winners are:

Parents: Milotic + Hydreigon
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Hydraulic
New type:

New base stats: 103 / 92 / 94 / 122 / 117 / 99
New ability and desc: Wonderlust (Marvel Scale + Levitate): This Pokemon is immune to status.
Notable moves: Aqua Tail, Coil, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Tail, Haze, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Iron Head, Magic Coat, Recover, Scald, Waterfall, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Draco Meteor, Dragon Rush, Earth Power, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Outrage, Roar, Roost, Stone Edge, Superpower, Surf, Tailwind, Taunt, Thunder Wave, U-turn, Work Up, Zen Headbutt
Role identification: Hydraulic serves as a really good status absorber as it being immune means it never has to worry about losing its physical power or its speed or lose HP gradually to Burn, Paralysis, or Toxic respectively. Hydraulic can also run a very effective Coil or Work Up set as it has nice mixed offensive stats back by decent bulk and speed while having reliable recovery which works well with its ability. Hydraulic also has an amazing movepool with coverage at its fingertips, tailoring it to fit any team in specific. Lastly, Hydraulic can also be a good pivot thanks to its access to U-turn.

DNA Donors: Klinklang + Plusle
Offspring Name: Klinkle
New Type: Electric/Steel
New Base Stats: 70/75/77/77/90/112 (+10 Hp/+10 SpD/ +20 Spe) (BST: 501)
New Ability: Magnetic Surge (Plus + Minus): Users Special Attack is doubled.
Notable Moves: Nasty Plot, Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Signal Beam, Grass Knot, Shift Gear
Role Identification: Looking just at this pokemon's stats and moves, it seems horrible. It has low offensive stats and little bulk. It's move options are very small. But when you add the ability, this thing gets stupidly strong. With 154 base Special Attack and Nasty Plot, Klinkle will rip holes in teams with no special walls. If the opponent misplays, Klinkle could even pull off a Shift Gear + Nasty Plot Set.

DNA Donors: Metagross + Hitmonlee
Offspring Name: Metanlee
New typing: Steel/Fighting
New base stats: 75/138/102/65/100/89 (+10 HP, +10 Atk, +10 Def, +10 Spe) (569 BST)
New Ability + description: Clear Body + Reckless = Reckless Body (The bearer's attacks with recoil or crash damage have 1.1x power and have no recoil/crash damage)
Notable moves: Agility, Meteor Mash, High Jump Kick, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Knock Off, Bullet Punch, Zen Headbutt, Blaze Kick, Mach Punch, Stealth Rock
Role identification: As good as this is, you're mostly going to be using this for its Mega.

DNA Donors: Metagross + Hitmonlee
Offspring Name: Mega Metanlee
New typing: Steel/Fighting
New base stats: 75/148/122/75/120/129 (669 BST)
New Ability + description: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Everything listed above
Role identification: Good bulk, a massive 148 base Attack backed by Tough Claws, and 129 base Speed coupled with Bullet Punch/Mach Punch to be almost entirely sure it hits you before you hit it make Mega Metanlee a fearsome threat in FE. Besides that, there's its move-pool, its typing, and pretty much everything about it actually. If this doesn't get voted, I'm gonna be sad.

Parents: Kangaskhan + Haxorus
Shared Egg Group: Monster
Offspring: Kangorus-Khan
New typing:Normal/Dragon
New Stats: 100/131/95/60/85/103
New Ability and Desc: Khanqueror - Ignores type based immunities when attacking.
Notable Moves: Outrage, Double Edge, Fake Out, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Return, Taunt
Role Description: A powerful dragon type with an interesting ability that sets it apart from other Dragon and Normal types. Faires arent immune to its Outrage. Ghosts arent immune to its Double Edge. Skarmory is weak to Earthquake. Its what sets it apart... not needing coverage to smash Fairies or Ghosts, meaning that Outrage is 100% spammable.

DNA Donors: Beheeyem + Sableye
Shared egg group: Human-like
Offspring name: Heebleye
New type: Psychic/Dark
New base stats: 72/85/85/105/90/55 (BST 492)
New ability and desc: Synchrostall (Synchronize + Stall) - Activates Trick Room for 5 turns.
Notable moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Dark Pulse, Energy Ball, Thunderbolt, Signal Beam, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Power Gem, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Foul Play, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Toxic, Will-o-Wisp, Trick, Pain Split, Recover
Role identification: Trick Room setter, with recovery and some offensive presence. It's already pretty great just because of that, but it's pretty much a complete upgrade to Prankster Sableye (except against priority), and the Mega is even better. Trick allows this to carry an Iron Ball and pass it to the opponent right before Trick Room wears out. There are better item options for this thing though, like Leftovers or even Assault Vest if you're going with a tank set.

DNA Donors: Beheeyem + SableyeShared egg group: MegaOffspring name: MegaHeebleyeNew type: Psychic/DarkNew base stats: 72/95/135/125/140/25 (BST 592)New ability and desc: Magic BounceNotable moves: Same as aboveRole identification: MegaHeebleye loses the Trick Room setting ability, but it gets amazing stats and Magic Bounce. What's even better is that the Mega reduces it's speed even more, so only very few mons like Torkoal or Shuckle could possibly outspeed it under Trick Room. It has 5 turns to completely outspeed the opponent, deal damage with base 125 sp attack and Nasty Plot, or serve as unstoppable utility with 72/135/140 bulk. When the base form's ability wears out, it's still an amazing upgrade to Mega Sableye.

Grats to the winners!
To do:
  1. Analyze these abilities. Are they balanced? Can they be better?
  2. Help find the best moveset for them based on their new roles. Should it boost its Attack first? Is it a team supporter?
  3. Try to guess any checks or counters we might run into later, and if possible, see if one of the other fusions would make a good teammate to get past these counters.
  4. To expand on #3, which of these Pokemon can check/counter the earlier slates? How would they fit together on a team? How would they support each other?

Where did you get any of these? These are the submissions that can be voted on (click this link).
... I was looking in the wrong places very much so. Whoops.

Also just wanted to point out but I made Kangaskhan/Haxorus a long time ago ( http://www.smogon.com/forums/thread...-discussion-phase.3560216/page-9#post-6669750 ). Been a while since I really paid attention to what was going on here (obviously) as some stuff happened that made me need to leave for a while so I dunno if there's a reason for this but if there isn't just wanted to point out my fusion got stolen (ability even has the same name & effect) and given a slightly different but better name.

OK, so, seeing as how the first Kangaskhan/Haxorus Submission was over 3 months ago, I'm willing to put the same ability name/similar effect down to a coincidence (besides, with Scrappy + Mold Breaker, there's only so much you can do). Furthermore, once the phase in which once submits a fusion is over, the fusion is fair game to be used by anybody else, so that we don't have to keep track of if anyone is 'stealing' a certain pair of parents by accident (Of course, outright stealing someone else's fusion is discouraged).

I now have 2 fusions in the hall of fame, thanks to Klinkle for making this possible

Klinkle @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magnetic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power Ice

Klinkle will be a huge specially offensive threat thanks to a special attacking huge power and nasty plot. Thunderbolt and Flash Cannon are for stab, and HP Ice is for any ground types.

Alright, here's my thoughts on the winning fusions.

Has a nice typing, good bulk, complete immunity to status conditions, and Coil/122 base Special Attack if you want to go down the attacking route. It also gets Scald and U-turn, spreading burns with Scald while escaping dangerous situations with U-turn. All in all, a cool 'mon.

In my opinion, you don't even need Nasty Plot, since it has the equivalent of base 154 Special Attack anyways. As far as I'm concerned, all you really need is Shift Gear/Thunderbolt/Flash Cannon/Grass Knot, HP Ice, or HP Water. HP Water is actually kind of interesting on Klinkle, if you're worried about Fire-types that resist Electric.

I also now have two fusions in the hall of fame, thanks to the voters. Anyway, Metanlee has decent bulk before Mega Evolving, and can even be used without its Mega Stone, although it's much better if you do Mega Evolve it. Anyways, Tough Claws makes its High Jump Kicks have 253 BP after STAB, and powers up Meteor Mash to 175 BP after STAB. And if that wasn't enough, it has 129 base Speed backed up by two 78 BP (after STAB) priority moves in Mach Punch and Bullet Punch. It can even go for an offensive Stealth Rock set, seeing as it can force a lot of switches.

A powerful attacker, coupled with access to Dragon Dance and a Gen 5 Outrage. You also have Earthquake for Steel-types.

An auto-Trick Room setter sounds really cool. Its Mega is also bulky enough to run Nasty Plot while outpacing almost everything under Trick Room. It also can't be statused unless it's up against a 'mon with Mold Breaker.

Just an FYI because this is really annoying me for some reason, a Klinkle with 252 Special Attack EVs and a Modest Nature is equal to a base 203 Special Attack, not a base 154 Special Attack.

Anyway, here's a Special Wall Hydraulic Set:
Hydraulic @ Leftovers/Haban Berry
Ability: Wonderlust
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
-Recover
-Toxic
-Scald
-U-Turn/Roar/Tailwind/Thunder Wave

Set to take on mainly Special Attackers, but Scald's burn chance allows it cripple Physical attackers on the switch. Not having to worry about status is lovely for a wall, and Hydraulic can just switch in and Recover up on Special Attacks without a care in the world. Haban Berry can be used as an item to reduce damage from Draco Meteors or Dragon Claws from the powerful Dragon-types of the tier, but it's only one use. Toxic and Scald spread appropriate status, and the last slot is for whatever your team needs, be it momentum, speed control or phasing.

I based it on just the base special attack, but you are correct.
To make this not a one liner, Kangorus-Khan!

Kangourus-Khan @ Lum Berry
Ability: Khanqueror
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Fake Out
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance

This thing hits stupidly hard after a swords dance. Along with the monstrous damage, it also can spam Outrage without any fear of fairy type pokemon. If a steel type stops your sweep, you can just Earthquake and kill it, even if it is a flying type.

Since sets are being posted, I figure I might as well contribute.

Metanlee @ Metagrossite
Ability: Reckless Body -> Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant/Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash
- High Jump Kick
- Knock Off
- Bullet Punch/Stealth Rock

I'm still not entirely sure on moves, but one thing I'm sure of is that I managed to make a fusion that counters my other fusion, Bastioking. Anyway, High Jump Kick demolishes everything that isn't Ghost, Fairy, or Psychic typed. Meteor Mash covers Fairy-types and hits Bug-types harder than anything else Mega Metanlee has. Knock Off is there for Ghost-types and Psychic-types, and has the utility of removing the target's item (unless they're Megas or have an Ability that prevents item loss). Bullet Punch is for priority, but Stealth Rock could be used instead, as Mega Metanlee can force a bunch of switches due to how strong it is.

Seems nice. Honestly really missing Chopin Alkaninoff and his monsters.
Anyways here are sets for the new fusions.

Klinkle @ Choice Scarf
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Magnetic Flux
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power Ice
- Volt Switch

Great momemtum grabber for any offensive team. Hits hard enough to nab OHKOs and 2HKOs without a boosting item.

Kangorus-Khan @ Choice Band
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Khanqueror
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Return / Double-Edge
- Earthquake
- Superpower

Yes bitch! What r immunites when ur a born Khanqueror!!

Heebleye @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Ability: Synchrostall
Bold Nature
- Knock Off
- Recover
- Dark Pulse
- Will O Wisp

An entirely new playstyle has been unlocked in FE, and Heebleye is its harbringer!! A easy tank set, EVs can be customized.
