Queen Chrysalis is a changeling and thus a shape-shifter capable of taking many forms. Many believed that she didn't survive the fall from Canterlot. However, she landed face first on the ground below and survived @_@
Fletchner found her and treated her, she has changed into a bug pokemon and is trying to find the shining armor, before she could take on Canterlot and later, the whole of Equestria.

He is the friend who is always there when you need him and would stand by your side against all odds. Fletchner found him in Kings Cross Station when he was invited to visit Hogwarts by Hagrid, the gamekeeper, as the latter was interested in pokemon; and wanted to know about the flying fire bird that Fletchner always talks about.
