Charlie is the daughter of Charla the Charizard, who lives in the Charicific Valley in Johto and Trains with her Trainer, Liza.
When Fletchner visited the Charicific Valley, Liza saw great potential in him, to be a charizard trainer, and gave Charla's last born child to him as a present.
