Overview
########

Gastly is a very powerful specially-oriented wall-breaker (remove dash), and, On top of this, it also has a killer good Ghost / Poison typing which, in tandem with its ability, gives it an immunity to three attacking types, Spikes, and not even Sticky Web will hold it back. As well as these immunities, Gastly also resists four other typesings, and has an insane good movepool for both its offensive prowess, and even a more support-oriented roles, - even while its defensive stats leave much to be desired.

Life Orb
########
name: Life Orb

move 3: Hidden Power Fighting / Sucker Punch
move 4: Substitute / Destiny Bond / Sucker Punch
ability: Levitate

nature: Timid / Hasty

Moves
========

Shadow Ball and Sludge Bomb are both great STAB moves, while the latter has a nifty chance for poisoning targets. Hidden Power Fighting allows Gastly to remove Pawniard, but Sucker Punch allows it to eliminate Abra that thinking they'll eliminate Gastly with ease, and even opposing Gastly who which might be carrying a Choice Scarf. Substitute helps Gastly bypass Sucker Punch, and eliminate Pawniard switch-ins, while Destiny Bond gives Gastly and escape goat, and removes a foe with Gastly it.

Set Details
========

200 Special Attack and 200 Speed EVs max out offensive stats when Hidden Power Fighting is being used. 80 SpD keeps Gastly's HP stat at 19, which minimizes both Substitute and Life Orb recoil, and ensures Porygon's Download gives it a boost in Atk. Life Orb allows Gastly to wall-break (remove dash) incredibly. Use a Hasty nature, (remove comma)and put the leftover EVs in Atk if you plan to use Sucker Punch.

Usage Tips
========

Use Gastly the way you would a revenge killer - it is extremely frail, so it shouldn't be switching in much. Gastly is very powerful; however, you should not over-exaggerate this, and get too cocky. For instance, you won't be OHKOing things like such as defensive Tirtouga or Vullaby. Also, you should be wary of Pokemon with Pursuiters.

Team Options
========

Porygon is an ideal teamate for Gastly, as it Porygon can deal with Abra and other special attackers very reliably. Fighting- and Fairy-types enjoy Gastly being able to reliably kill beat Trubbish, who can easily remove all of these Pokemon, and Fighting-types also eliminate bulky Normal- and Dark-types. Cottonee and Vullaby are also great partners as they can both weaken and counter Drilbur, while being able to counter it. Vullaby also beats the Psychic-types that Gastly dislikes, while Cottonee gives Gastly a free turn to come in by Encoring a move. Knock Off support is greatly appreciated from Gastly, as being able to rip through the more defensive and bulky threats in the tier more easily easier is always nice. Pokemon with Pursuiters are great partners with Gastly as well, because they eliminate Ghost- and Psychic-types.

Choice Scarf

nature: Timid / Modest

Moves
========

Shadow Ball and Sludge Bomb are great STAB moves, and Sludge Bomb has a good chance to poison targets. Hidden Power Fighting nails Pawniard on the switch. Dazzling Gleam has nice coverage with Shadow Ball, and allows you Gastly to eliminate Dragon Dance Scraggy who tried to set-up their DD's, and revenge kills Scarf Scraggy, as well. Trick allows Gastly to disrupt walls like Porygon and Vullaby, giving partners like Scraggy better opportunities for setting up. Destiny Bond can be used to kill beat Pokemon as Gastly faints they kill you, allowing it to eliminate a pokemon who could potentially threaten the rest of your team.

Set Details
========
200 SpA and 200 Spe maximize offensive stats while when Hidden Power Fighting is used, and the Choice Scarf allows Gastly to outspeed threats that would normally threaten it, like such as Abra and Scarf Pawniard. 80 SpD ensures that Porygon's Download will raise its Attack stat. Modest can be used if you're not using Trick, but, (remove comma) if you are, you'll want to have 18 Spe after you lose your scarf.

Usage Tips
========

Use Gastly as a revenge killer and don't , you really should not be switching it in. Only dump Trick away your Choice Scarf when you are certain you won't be needing it any further. (could this be expanded?)

Team Options
========

Scraggy is a great partner for Gastly, as it eliminates many threats Gastly doesn't like to have around, including Psychic- and Dark-types. Scraggy also helps with provides Knock Off support, and enjoys being able to set-up (remove comma) more efficiently after you've Gastly has tricked a Scarf onto a wall. Vullaby is also a great partner for Gastly, as it provides Knock Off support, allowing it Gastly to rip through more defensive threats, and is a great switch-in for Psychic-types, Fighting-types, and Drilbur. Cottonee is also a great partner, as it counters Drilbur much more reliably,and gives free turns for Gastly to come in with the use of Encore. Fighting- and Dark-types also aid in Gastly's performance, (comma) the first by eliminating Dark-types, the latter by eliminating Psychic- and other Ghost-types.

Other Options
########

A Substitute + Disable Gastly can be used,(add space) and is quite fun to use. Be sure to use Berry Juice as an item. (period) You should split the leftover 116 EVs between Defense and Special Defense; however, if you're using Hidden Power Fighting over Sludge Bomb, put the EVs into HP. (<- is this sentence supposed to go somewhere else? It appears twice in this paragraph) , and the rest of the EVs can either be split between defenses or go straight into HP. Be sure to have pokemon who that can deal with Pawniard easily due to Pawniard being able to beat Gastly reliably kick Gastly's ass. You should split the 116 EVs between Defense and Special Defense; however, if you're using HPFighting over Sludge Bomb, put the EVs into HP. You can also use Hypnosis on this set over Disable, which is really good against walls. You'd be using the same set EVs, with an item of Berry Juice. You should split the 116 EVs between Defense and Special Defense; however, if you're using HPFighting over Sludge Bomb, put the EVs into HP, as well. A Substitute + Pain Split set is also really viable on Life Orb Gastly while holding Life Orb. In this case, you'd really like for Gastly to have as less HP as possible, meaning you should split the 116 EVs between Defense and Special Defense.

A Venoshock + Hex set with the use of Will-o-Wisp, Toxic, or even a Toxic Spikes, can also be used. You'd probably use the same EVs as in the Life Orb set, and Venoshock, Hex, Hidden Power Fighting; (semicolon) and either Substitute, Destiny Bond, or even Sucker Punch in the final slot. The item can either be Berry Juice or Life Orb, as both are fantastic options. Thunderbolt, Giga Drain, and Dazzling Gleam can be used on offensive sets if you would like, but generally Hidden Power Fighting is much more superior, while Destiny Bond or Sucker Punch provide better utility. Icy Wind can also be used on Gastly, but without Gligar around it the move has severely lost its niche. Will-o-Wisp and Hypnosis can be used to surprise enemies, but given Gastly's extreme frailty, this is better left to more bulkier or faster mons. Sucker Punch and Knock Off are also options in Gastly's arsenal, but with Gastly's mediocre Attack stat, they can easily fall short of being useful. However, with Knock Off on the Life Orb set, you won't need Knock Off support as much. Sucker Punch also has a niche in being able to remove both Abra, and opposing Gastly, however. (Sucker Punch is slashed on the set, so why is it also in OO?) Gastly also has Haze and Clear Smog, but with Gastly's lack of defensive capabilities, or and Prankster, you can easily see why these would should not be used utilized by Gastly.

Checks and Counters
########

**Chespin**: With its Hidden Ability, Bulletproof, Chespin can easily come in on anything Gastly uses, and wall Gastly all day. This allows Chespin to set-up Spikes very reliably. Chespin can also eliminate Gastly with the use of Payback after Spikes have been set.

**Drilbur**: With Mold Breaker Earthquake, Drilbur easily threatens Gastly. However, Drilbur will have to be wary, as it is out-sped (remove dash) and Life Orb Shadow Ball will do quite the damage.

**Stunky**: Stunky easily switches into any Gastly set, and threatens to KO it with a Dark-type STAB move either Pursuit or Sucker Punch, and even Crunch if Stunky is using it over Fire Blast or Sludge Bomb. Gastly definitely has to be wary of this threat.

**Pawniard**: Pawniard resists both of Gastly's main attacking moves, but Hidden Power Fighting easily kills beats it. Pawniard has many moves in its arsenal that eliminate Gastly with ease, and the most used set in this meta, Scarf, can easily come and and Pursuit trap it. However, because of Hidden Power Fighting as I said, it will still have to switch in with caution.

**Dark-types**: Dark-types threaten Gastly easily, as they resist its main STAB move of Shadow Ball, and some, like such as Houndour, even have Sucker Punch and Pursuit, which further threaten Gastly. Vullaby and Scraggy are also very threatening due to them their being able to live Gastly's attacks, (remove comma) bar Dazzling Gleam, and then KO back with Knock Off. Vullaby will still have to be very careful of switching in due to Sludge Bomb, which 2HKOes it, and Dazzling Gleam and Sludge Bomb being able to 2HKO it.

**Priority**: With Gastly's severe frailty, it is easily prone to being KOed by priority attacks from Pawniard, Fletchling, Carvanha, Tirtouga, Stunky, and many others. However, thanks to its typing, it is immune to Mach Punch, Vacuum Wave, Fake Out, Feint, (On what Pokemon is Feint used?) and Extreme Speed, some of the most common priority moves. Sucker Punch also fails if Gastly uses a non-attacking move.

**Bulky Special Walls**: Gastly fails to 2HKO Munchlax and Lickitung, and even has trouble with Porygon and Vullaby. While all of these can also KO Gastly back with coverage moves of their own, or their own STABs, it is more important to note that they all effectively wall Gastly.

**Pokemon who that outspeed it**: If you don't have much priority that can hit Gastly, pokemon who out-speed (remove dash) it can also be a decent answer: Meowth, Aipom, Elekid, Abra, Taillow, and plenty of others, (remove comma) give Gastly hell. However, many of these checks need to be wary of the Scarf set.

Shadow Ball and Sludge Bomb are both great STAB moves, while the latter has a nifty chance to inflict poison. The Choice Scarf allows Gastly to outspeed threats that would normally threaten it, such as Abra and Choice Scarf Pawniard. Modest can be used if you're not using Trick, but if you are, you'll want to have 18 Spe after you lose your Choice Scarf.

Usage Tips
========

Use Gastly as a revenge killer and don't switch it in. Only Trick away your Choice Scarf when you are certain you won't need it any further.

Team Options
========

Scraggy is a great partner for Gastly, as it eliminates many threats Gastly doesn't like to have around, which includes Psychic- and Dark-types. Scraggy also provides Knock Off support, and enjoys being able to setup more efficiently after Gastly has tricked its Choice Scarf onto a wall. Vullaby is also a great partner for Gastly, as it also provides Knock Off support, allowing Gastly to rip through more defensive threats, and is a great switch-in for Psychic-types, Fighting-types, and Drilbur. Cottonee is also a great partner, as it reliably counters Drilbur, and gives Gastly free turns to come in when it uses Encore. Fighting- and Dark-types also aid in Gastly's performance, the former by eliminating Dark-types, and the latter by eliminating Psychic- and Ghost-types.

Other Options
########

A Substitute + Disable set can be quite fun to use, just be sure to use Berry Juice as an item. You should split the leftover 116 EVs between Defense and Special Defense; however, if you're using Hidden Power Fighting over Sludge Bomb, put the EVs into HP. Be sure to have Pokemon that can easily deal with Pawniard, who otherwise beats Gastly without difficulty. You can also use Hypnosis on this set over Disable, which is really good against walls. A Substitute + Pain Split set is also really viable on Life Orb Gastly. In this case, you'd really like for Gastly to have as less HP as possible, meaning you should split the 116 EVs between Defense and Special Defense.

A Venoshock + Hex set with the use of Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, or even Toxic Spikes support can also be used. You'd probably use the same EVs as the Life Orb set, with Venoshock, Hex, Hidden Power Fighting, and either Substitute, Destiny Bond, or even Sucker Punch in the final slot. The item can either be Berry Juice or Life Orb, as both are fantastic options. Thunderbolt, Giga Drain, and Sucker Punch can be used on offensive sets if you would like, but Hidden Power Fighting or Dazzling Gleam are generally superior, while Destiny Bond provides better utility. Icy Wind can also be used on Gastly, but without Gligar around the move has lost its niche. Will-O-Wisp and Hypnosis can be used to surprise your opponents, but given Gastly's extreme frailty, this is better left to bulkier or faster Pokemon. Sucker Punch and Knock Off are also options in Gastly's arsenal, but with its mediocre Attack stat, they can easily fall short of being useful. However, with Knock Off on the Life Orb set, you won't need Knock Off support, and Sucker Punch allows Gastly to nail opposing Gastly and Abra before they can hit you. Gastly also has Haze and Clear Smog, but with Gastly's lack of defensive capabilities and Prankster, you can easily see why these should not be used.

Checks and Counters
########

**Chespin**: With its Hidden Ability, Bulletproof, Chespin can easily come in on anything Gastly uses, and wall it all day. This allows Chespin to reliably set-up Spikes and eliminate Gastly with Payback after they have been set.

**Drilbur**: With Mold Breaker Earthquake, Drilbur easily threatens Gastly, however, Drilbur will have to be wary, as it is outsped by Gastly and Life Orb Shadow Ball will do quite a lot of damage.

**Stunky**: Gastly definitely has to be wary of Stunky, who easily switches into any set and threatens to KO Gastly with a Dark-type STAB move.

**Pawniard**: Pawniard resists both of Gastly's main attacking moves, but Hidden Power Fighting easily beats it. Pawniard has many moves in its arsenal that eliminate Gastly with ease, and its most used set, Choice Scarf, can easily come and Pursuit trap Gastly. However, because of Hidden Power Fighting, it will still have to switch in with caution.

**Dark-types**: Dark-types threaten Gastly easily, as they resist its main STAB move, Shadow Ball, and some, like Houndour, even have access to Sucker Punch and Pursuit. Vullaby and Scraggy are also very threatening due to their ability to live many of Gastly's attacks bar Dazzling Gleam, and then KO it with Knock Off. Vullaby will still have to be very careful of switching in due to Sludge Bomb, which 2HKOes it, and Dazzling Gleam.

**Priority**: With Gastly's severe frailty, it is easily prone to being KOed by priority attacks from Pawniard, Fletchling, Carvanha, Tirtouga, Stunky, and many other Pokemon. However, thanks to its typing, it is immune to Mach Punch, Vacuum Wave, Fake Out, Feint, and Extreme Speed. Sucker Punch also fails if Gastly uses a non-attacking move.

**Bulky Special Walls**: Gastly falls to 2HKO Munchlax and Lickitung, and even has trouble with Porygon and Vullaby. While all of these can also KO Gastly with moves of their own, it is more important to note that they all effectively wall Gastly.

**Pokemon that outspeed it**: If you don't have priority that can hit Gastly, Pokemon who outspeed it can also be a decent answer. Meowth, Aipom, Elekid, Abra, Taillow, and plenty of others give Gastly hell. However, many of these checks need to be wary of the Choice Scarf set.

amchecking an analysis with six sets written by a person who didn't make any mistakes is way less exhausting than one like this...

Your OO makes completely zero sense. The comments explain why.

Is there any reason why Scarf Gastly without Hp Fighting shouldn't have the extra 36 EVs in HP?

Refer to my comments for any non-grammar change's explanation

Comments:

The way you talk about the 80 SpD evs implies that they exclude any HP investment, but that's not so if you run 196/196 with Dazzling Gleam. So I included that bit to explain it a lot more clearly.

The way you talked about Choice Scarf Gastly revenging Scraggy really made zero sense, so I put in +1 DD Scraggy and Choice Scarf Scraggy. I suppose there's a better way to put it given as you can also just trash +0 Scraggy, but darned if I care since that's implied as hell anyhow.

Just reiterating from the previous team options, that Fighters take down Normal-types for gastly, since why not. Though, maybe it's not as relevant for the scarf set? Idk

OO: Split the Evs between two, when you can only improve one stat overall? But then, if you're running HP Fight, when you could actually improve both, invest in HP on a sub set, which would mean that Berry Juice doesn't fully heal you? Venoshock doesn't double-damage burned Pokemon. Are you Team Option'sing an OO set, especially one that often has Substitute, disable, and even Hidden Power Fighting for the threat you mention? What does Icy Wind even do? Maybe WoW and Hypnosis should be left to bulkier pokemon, but faster ones? (Ponyta still counts as bulkier). Seriously, fix all of this. And explain what the other listed moves DO.

Chespin can get Dazzling Gleamed you know

Stunky has Pursuit which is hugely important to mention in its context as a check or counter.

Dark-types should really say "Other dark-types". After all, you've already had two separate dark-types mentioned.

Vullaby can survive a Dazzling Gleam.

Why mention Vullaby again in special walls?

Before I implement these changes, I will explain why almost every one of your side comments are pretty unimportant.

1) I explained in the comments that having 19 HP means you only take 1 pt of HP from LO, so I don't understand why this is even a comment. I also explained why Dazzling Gleam is inferior in almost every way on Gastly's LO set.

2) I am pretty sure revenging Scraggy after a DD / holding a Scarf is the only reason you'd want to use Dazzling Gleam on Scarf Gastly, which is the reasoning of mentioning Gastly's being able to revenge it.

3) Okay, I don't see why that was important...?

4) Investing two points in HP gives you 21 HP. No matter how much damage you get inflicted, as long as it was under 21, and above 11, (if it did 21 or over you die), you will always be fully recovered by Berry Juice. (1+20=21.......)
Hypnosis should be left to faster pokemon; Meowth exists. Seeing as the only faster pokemon that has Will-o-Wisp is also Ponyta...........
Icy Wind has utility of lowering the speed of switch-ins, like Choice Scarf Pawniard.

5) See: Chespin's analysis. Dazzling Gleam does jack shit to standard Chespin sets.

6) This is the only valid point here in these side comments.

7) This is just semantics, at this point.

8) Vullaby can't switch-in on anything Gastly has if Gastly has Dazzling Gleam, even Shadow Ball + Dazzling Gleam kills Vullaby after SR.

9) I am mentioning Vullaby here again because it is important to note that, while Vullaby is a Dark-type, it is also a special wall.

1) I explained in the comments that having 19 HP means you only take 1 pt of HP from LO, so I don't understand why this is even a comment. I also explained why Dazzling Gleam is inferior in almost every way on Gastly's LO set.
But the way you write the evs implies that you can't even invest in hp, at all. And that's just not true. The way you write it, therefore, gives more of an impression that 19 hp is happening as a side benefit of "not enough evs", without really explaining that you want 19 hp no matter what. Yes, you explain the benefits of it, but that's not necessarily enough.

If it's so inferior, don't slash it. But since you did, it's an option you could consider.
2) I am pretty sure revenging Scraggy after a DD / holding a Scarf is the only reason you'd want to use Dazzling Gleam on Scarf Gastly, which is the reasoning of mentioning Gastly's being able to revenge it.
What you wrote was "allows Gastly to eliminate Choice Scarf Scraggy that carry Dragon Dance". I figured you meant both, but left the comment in case you meant only one.
3) Okay, I don't see why that was important...?
Does the scarf set not like bulky normals dead? And don't give me that "its implied since it was already written", since by that logic half your team options could (but shouldn't be) cut out.
4) Investing two points in HP gives you 21 HP. No matter how much damage you get inflicted, as long as it was under 21, and above 11, (if it did 21 or over you die), you will always be fully recovered by Berry Juice. (1+20=21.......)
And what about the rest of my points? You were right about 21 hp, though it's kind of a bad idea on a sub set imo. (I did forget to mention this so fair enough). Still, feels like you didn't address a large portion of this comment.
Hypnosis should be left to faster pokemon; Meowth exists. Seeing as the only faster pokemon that has Will-o-Wisp is also Ponyta...........
Hypnosis, fine. WoW, not really. Ponyta uses wow in part because it's bulky, and others use it because they're bulky too.

My point being, gastly sucks with wow because it can't even take burned hits well, not because it's too slow. This kinda goes for hyp since it cannot afford to miss but to be fair it usually uses Sub. Which is why it's better left to bulkier mons.
Icy Wind has utility of lowering the speed of switch-ins, like Choice Scarf Pawniard.
How many of gastly's common switch-ins are faster, anyhow? Was more my question. But scarf pawn is a legit answer, so mention it plz.
5) See: Chespin's analysis. Dazzling Gleam does jack shit to standard Chespin sets.
Yea, forgot it was pure grass, sorry. My bad
This is the only valid point here in these side comments.
Damn right it's valid.
7) This is just semantics, at this point.
Of course it is. Doesn't change my rightness.
8) Vullaby can't switch-in on anything Gastly has if Gastly has Dazzling Gleam, even Shadow Ball + Dazzling Gleam kills Vullaby after SR.
So what you're saying is... vullaby can survive a dazzling gleam, and survive a shadow ball and a dazzling gleam without rocks up?

Hmm, that seems way different than what you wrote, i.e. that vullaby dies to a dazzling gleam. Maybe you oughta go write that, instead?
9) I am mentioning Vullaby here again because it is important to note that, while Vullaby is a Dark-type, it is also a special wall.
Isn't that just semantics at this point?

Also, why? To educate the general public about its role in the lc metagame? Or so we know it's specially walling gastly, even though you kinda explained that? I guess if people want special wall counters, which is fair, so at least reference your previous mention.

Also, what about the extra hp on dazzling gleam scarf?

########

**Chespin**: With its Hidden Ability, Bulletproof, Chespin can easily come in on anything Gastly uses, and wall it all daywithout a problem. This allows Chespin to reliably set- up(No hyphen) Spikes and eliminate Gastly with Payback after they have been set.

**Drilbur**: With Mold Breaker Earthquake, Drilbur easily threatens Gastly, h. However, Drilbur will have to be wary, as it is outsped by Gastly and Life Orb Shadow Ball will do quite a lot of damage.

Vullaby will still have to be very careful of switching in due to Sludge Bomb, which 2HKOes it, and Dazzling Gleam, which is super effective.(This change isn't at all needed. I just thought it sounded pretty. You don't have to add it.)

**Bulky Special Walls**: Gastly fails to 2HKO Munchlax and Lickitung, and even has trouble with Porygon and Vullaby. WhileAlthough all of these can also KO Gastly with moves of their own, it is more important to note that they all effectively wall Gastly. Lileep also falls into this category, as it fares just as well against Gastly as the previously mentioned Pokemon; however, it is not immune to Shadow Ball.

**Faster Pokemon that outspeed it(This is done purely for consistency's sake. Most other analyses use "Faster Pokemon", so I suggest that it be used here. But it's w/e.)**: If you don't have priority that can hit Gastly, Pokemon who outspeed it can also be a decent answer. Meowth, Aipom, Elekid, Abra, Taillow, and plenty of others give Gastly a hellard time(Little kids use these man. I don't need my seven year-old cousin readin' that shit.). However, many of these checks need to be wary of the Choice Scarf set.

GP Approved 2/2

Okay, Lord Alphose, I added your changes. I also added "and Rock Slide" to the Chespin section, and ", like Pursuit when switching out, or Sucker Punch when attacking" to the Stunky section. I also fixed that Scraggy thing to "and allows Gastly to eliminate Choice Scarf Scraggy, or Scraggy after it has set up a Dragon Dance."

You know, i was going to let sleeping ghosts lie, but seeing as you decided to talk shit on PS...

Firstly, if you're not using Hidden Power Fighting on either set, you have enough EVs for an extra stat point in either Defense or HP; i'm not sure why this isn't mentioned anywhere in set details. (If you believe, as you said, that Dazzling gleam is a totally inferior option, then the correct response would be to not mention it at all, not withhold information from players using it.)

This also means that, as I said earlier, 80 Special Defense EVs don't stop you from hitting 20 HP, so all of that needs a bit of a rewrite, since it's currently a lie.

On the SubDisable set with Hidden Power Fighting, you cannot split the EVs between two defense; that would mean you put some in SpD and some in Defense, but with the amount of EVs available, you can only boost one of these stats by one stat point. And why not put it in HP, but then move it to HP if Dazzling Gleam is chosen? That's a situation where you CAN split the EVs between Defense and Special Defense. In fact, why not just always put all the EVs into HP? If the answer is that the lost HP from Substitutes isn't worth it, then just never put the EVs in HP.

Not sure why you changed set up to setup in the Team Options sentence about Scraggy, but it's wrong and you really ought to change it back.

In the Substitute+Pain Split set, again, are you using HP Fight? Because if you are, stick them in one defense;though I suppose your statement about '116 EVs' implies you're using Dazzling Gleam (Maybe state which two?).

Miscellaneous:Fights still remove bulky normals for scarfcadrill, drilbur is kind of a mediocre check so it's weird to see it higher than, say, stunky (maybe if it's scarf, even then it's still kinda average), still haven't mentioned what Icy Wind is for, mention Sucker Punch twice in OO, what are Tbolt and Giga for?

Oh yeah, one more thing. The person who made this thread 'horrible' was probably the guy who...started a fight with me, didn't bother sticking around for its conclusion, and didn't even implement my amcheck despite saying he would. If you really wanted to just ignore everything I had to say, why not just...ignore it?
