Have you SEEN smeargle's SPRITE? IT PAINTS WITH ITS TAIL AAAHHH!!

No, seriously;someone didn't read the rules too closely. On the off-chance you don't already know this, any pokemon can learn any move in this metagame-smeargle is like every other pokemon, with atrocious stats.

Number 1:
Do you think Terrakion should be replaced?(If so,with what)
Number 2:
What Lugia Set should I use?

The only time you would use Smeargle is in a Special BH Tourny. Like No Evolution, weight class, height, or Stat range. Pretty much all the other Normal Types outclass it in BH, where every other Pokemon can learn nearly any move (The only ones not learned are OHKOs and Sketch. Well, Sketch isn't forbidden, just no point to it).

i got the best pokemon in history.

watch and learn.

Durant@lum berry
ability: serene grace
nature: jolly
252/252/252/0/252/252
-Iron head
-rock slide
-sacred fire
-u-turn/attack order/magic coat/extremespeed

this is the ultimate flinch machine. phenomenal speed. good attack, great typing (resists extremespeed), decent defense (to tank extremespeeds).

iron head flinches 60Percent
rock slide flinches 60Percent
sacred fire hits and burns 95Percent
last move of your choice...

the best thing ever.
scarf scizor can also be used, as well as genesect.

^ Small correction: Rock Slide flinches 54% of the time, factoring accuracy.

Any good Technician abuser? Actually, any reason to use Technician at all?

There are no reasons to use technician.

Because on physical attackers, huge power outclasses it.

On special attackers, the highest techinician boosts a move is up to a 90, and there are attacks for every type (except rock) that is over 90 bp.

Edit: there's rock type judgement. Nvm

Is this team any good?

Deoxys-S @ Lum Berry
Trait: Truant
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SDef / 252 Def
Jolly Nature
- Skill Swap
- Spore
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
IMO the best lead, skill swap+truant ruins they're lead an lets me use up there lum berry with spore, so I can sleep them and setup spikes. Responses include, Brilliant!, Why didn't I think of that, and F*** U *ragequits

Arceus @ Lum Berry
Trait: Simple
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Stored Power
- Cosmic Power
- Tail Glow
- Recover
This thing is only stopped by dark types and shedinja. Cosmic Power+Stored power hurts stuff that is resisted.

Reshiram @ Lum Berry
Trait: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Overheat
- Dragon Tail
- Hyper Voice
Contrary Resh, nothing really different here

Lugia @ Lum Berry
Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Cosmic Power
- Roost
- Protect
- Blizzard

SturdyShed Killer/Wall

Arceus @ Lum Berry
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Cosmic Power
- Thunder Wave
- Roost
Hax Beast

Deoxys-A @ Lum Berry
Trait: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Zap Cannon
- Thunder
- Blizzard
- Focus Blast
No Guard Abuse

Don't put cosmic power on every single Pokemon, it does not help. At all.

Your reshiram isn't good. Use overheat/Draco meteor/v create/sub/filler.... Hyper voice is horrible when you have Draco meteor and overheat.....

On deoxys-a, why do you have zap cannon AND thunder? Pick one and replace the other with purgatory.

Cosmic power is for my walls,

Deoxys-A, stupid mistake

I'll fix my resh

I wouldn't say that there is no reason to use Technician. On a Multi-hit Pokemon it could work. Sure, you are better off using Skill Link, but I imagine such will be rectified in the future (like an item that increases hits/turn). There are much better abilities than Technician, but playing around with it is quite fun (and certainly throws people for a loop).

Ive been trying out the Lugia set below, and it's been working wonders.
Lugia @ Lum Berry
Trait: Shadow Tag
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Toxic
- Protect
- Recover
- Encore

Any changes that could be made?

It stalled half my team

I'm having trouble thinking of a moveset for Imposter Blissey, for use in the event the enemy has a sub, Illusion, or Imposter up on the field.

So far I've come up with Protect/Wish/Aromatherapy/Final Gambit. The problem with this is that I have no answer to anything with substitute other than sacking Blissey with FG, which isn't exactly ideal. I considered Super Fang over Aromatherapy, but if they have less than 50% HP remaining, it wouldn't break the sub and I'd more than likely lose blissey anyway.

BH is definitely the most fun I've had in Gen 5 by a long way though.

Take Wobbuffet. Remove moveset. Place moveset on Blissey. Or just do what I use and use Imposter Wobbuffet and Blissey as a healer wall (Leftovers, Ingrain, Wish, Aqua Ring, Draining Move, with Shadow Tag)

Chances are the only time Blissey's movepool will come in handy (i.e., switching out won't be the smarter option) is if your opponents Blissey takes the moveset of one of your special sweepers. From that your best options are to run Recover for yourself or Wish for a teammate. I used to run Entrainment, but a bug fix eliminated that so its irrelevant. Aromatherapy is a good choice, as it can turn matches around. You don't want to use Final Gambit. Blissey is quite possibly the best pokemon in Balanced Hackmons and you don't want to throw her away so early in a match, though if you have an extra space you may as well stick it on for fringe endgame situations.

Ive been trying out a Lead Slaking and I wanted your advice on it:
Slaking @ Silk Scarf
Trait: Pure Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- ExtremeSpeed
- Hi Jump Kick
- Pursuit

It's worked out quite well, but I was just wondering if it could be tweaked.
I got to the top of the ladder using slaking with fake out/espeed/crunch/magic coat with a lum berry as my lead
obviously steels wall you, but you have a team for that, and this deals with most common leads (especially deo-s).
