So This is again the last version of the Run suddivision:

1st part: from Start to Goldenrod city
- Totodile
- Spearow

2nd part: From Goldenrod to Surf
- Croconaw (Dig)
- Spearow
- Machy

3rd part: From Surf to Ice Path
- Feraligatr
- Fearow
- Machy
- Flaffy

4th part: From Ice Path to Indigo Plateu
- Feraligatr
- Fearow
- Machy
- Ampharos
- Piloswine (train it while going to Ho-oh maybe)

5th part: From Indigo Plateau to Red:
- Feraligatr
- Fearow
- Machy
- Ampharos
- Piloswine
- ((anyone))

For the 6th pokemon i choose Rapidash, the one given by the girl in Mt.Silver. I'm gonna leaving an Hm slave Oddish to the Farm and then keeping it raise possibly by Share exp, than get it evolve to Gloom at HIGH level and get same level Rapidash.

Movesets were posted before. For rapidash i think i'm gonna check on Smogon and get an idea for it. What do you think about this idea? Will Oddish grow fast and let mi get an high level Rapidash or this plan is not going to function in your opinion...??
