What do you give to a Pokemon who has everything? A mega-evolution, obviously. ;P But since Sratagem doesn't have everything, let's give him some defenses.
Seriously, what helps Stratagem's staying power better than doubled defenses? Say hello to Aurora Veil, Alolan Ninetales special, new move. In the hail, brought by Ninetales-A's Hidden Ability Snow Warning, Aurora Veil simultaneously summons Reflect and Light Screen, doubling both the defenses of the Pokemon on the field. That'll keep your Stratagem alive. Seriously. He'll take 2 Meteor Mashes or 3 Bullet Punches from Mega Meta.
But Ninetales-A isn't just for settin' up defenses. She can fight back in her Hail, launching perfectly accurate Blizzards, or hitting those Water-types who hurt Stratagem super-effectively with Freeze-Dry. Moonblast is mandatory on most Fairies who can use it, and Hidden Power Fire hits other Ice-Types or even Steel-Types super-effectively. Does Alolan Sandslash think he can come in on your Ninetales and Slush Rush? Nuh-uh. Not with Aurora Veil up and HP Fire comin' at his face. You worried about special walls? You probably should be. Until you Toxic them.
All in all, Alolan Ninetales helps cover Stratagem's biggest weakness, a lack of defense, and gives him some needed staying power to sweep, while covering his grass and water weaknesses, and having Stratagem cover her fire, poison, and rock weaknesses with his coverage.

What eats Stratagem's hits? Chansey! What kills that and helps blow holes in teams for Stratagem? Hoopa-U! Basically, Hoopa-U breaks apart teams and can help Stratagem wear down walls until it can break past them. Hoopa-U appreciates Stratagem's ability to hit offensive threats like Tapu Koko and Mega Metagross. Obviously pivots will definitely be needed with this core, since both of these mons are relatively frail.

Alright so what better to fit the Badass quick Stratagem with the Slow Volt Switching bulky Magearna. It is literally the best fit for Stratagem! Magearna is perfect for allowing Stratagem to come in scott-free and snag a KO with its plethora of coverage moves. These not only have great coverage but they also synergize so well with each other as Magearna switches into things that can threaten Stratagem. It is my honest Belief that if you are going to run Stratagem then you must also run Magearna for the sake of synergy and free switches.

Tapu Lele is an ideal partner for Stratagem because it fulfills one of the prime desires for Stratagem--breaking Special walls--while also providing protection that no other Pokemon can viably offer: immunity to priority attacks. While Stratagem itself is unfortunately immune to Psychic Terrain when it uses Levitate, all-out attacker Stratagem is virtually always found on heavy offense teams, since it doesn't offer the utility of, say, Tapu Koko. This kind of team will nearly always carry Pokemon like Pheromosa and Syclant, which practically demand Tapu Lele. In particular, when Psychic Terrain is up, Mega Metagross and Mega Scizor are entirely removed as threats to heavy offense, and these two Pokemon are major factors against the viability of the archetype. Mind Plate on Lele lets you actually break Chansey and is a major issue for stall, an archetype against which Stratagem can often feel like dead weight.

Arghonaut! With good bulk, a underestimated Attack stat, and Bulk Up, Arghonaut can go from a harmless Pirate to a deadly sweeper. 105 / 95 / 100 take many hits, and a 110 Attack stat and hit hard back. However, its poor speed tier at 75 leaves it too slow for most of the meta, and too fast to function well under Trick Room. Water / Fighting is also not the best typing, leaving it to be walled by many common threats such as all of the Tapus. Hopefully, y'all will find a way to make it work.

Ded. Faster Pokemon in general? Metagross is pretty fast. Once Metagross punches those holes, Arghonaut can come in, set up, and finish sweeping. He even covers some of Metagross's weaknesses, too. Ground types? Fire types? Click Waterfall. Ded. Dark types? Click Drain Punch. Ded. Ghost types? Click Knock Off. Ded.
Now, this team is somewhat Will-O-Wisp weak, so Misty Surge or Aromatherapy support is greatly appreciated. But not much other support is needed, other than if you want some Wish Support for Arghonaut or Memento or Parting Shot support so that Arghonaut can have a free setup.
