Elekid

I'm taking Elekid.
EDIT: Finished

Elekid
Type: Electric
Base Stats: 45 / 63 / 37 / 65 / 55 / 95
Ability: Static / Limber

With a fearsome base 95 Speed, decent base 63 Attack and 65 Special Attack, and a good movepool, Elekid can dish out some serious damage. It holds a niche as tying with the fastest pokemon in Little Cup at a blistering 20 speed. Also, with attacking stats like these, he can fill the role of mixed sweeper. Beware, it also can get priority in Quick Attack for your Choice Scarfers. Elekid is basically Electivire in OU, except about 60 times better compared to his metagame. Elekid is a main reason why you need an Electric immune on your team. Beware of this vicious sweeper and revenge killer.

Also, reserving Pawniard.

Bellsprout
Type: Grass / Poison
Base Stats: 50 HP / 75 Atk / 35 Def / 70 Sp.A / 30 Sp.D / 40 Spe
Ability: Chlorophyll / Gluttony (unreleased)

Though the base stats seem very low, Bellsprout can be a very threatening sweeper. With the introduction of Drought Vulpix this generation, Bellsprout can shoot up to 22 Speed with minimal investment, allowing it to outspeed all non-scarfed Pokemon in the LC metagame. Under the Sun, Bellsprout becomes a terror with its access to Growth, which allows it to deal double damage with each attack after just one turn of set-up, which is easily granted by Sleep Powder. Bellsprout is one of the best Sun sweepers in Little Cup due to its access to Weather Ball, which becomes a 100 Power Fire-type move under the Sun; this combos extremely well with Bellsprout's STAB SolarBeam, as Grass and Fire give excellent coverage. Bellsprout is an excellent sweeper with the Sun in play, and every team should have a way to deal with it.

May as well try and help get this done as quickly as possible, so on top of Vullaby I'd also like to reserve Shelmet, Swablu, and Drilbur. Should be able to get these done soon then move on to the rest of the unreserved Mons.

Edit: Done with all 4 and with time to spare!

Vullaby

Type: Dark / Flying
Base Stats: 70 HP / 55 Atk / 75 Def / 45 SpA / 65 SpD / 60 Spe
Ability: Big Pecks / Overcoat / Weak Armor

Vullaby's stat spread just begs for a defensive set, and that's exactly what it excels at. Those great defensive stats coupled with a movepool that fits exactly what it needs to do makes Vullaby an incredibly effective mixed wall. Moves such as Toxic, Taunt, Roost and Knock Off make it horribly tough to kill when utilized to it's full potential, making it a great annoyance in general. Due to it's unique typing, it even boasts the ability to take on one of the most dominant sweepers in LC, that being NP Misdreavus, although it has to be wary of Thunderbolt. Being a defensive behemoth isn't all Vullaby has going for it though, as it can also run a fairly effective Choice Scarf set. Moves such as Brave Bird, U-turn, Punishment and Pluck allow it act as a reliable revenge killer to offensive threats like Scraggy and Mismagius on top of having the ability to scout potential counters with U-turn. It even has access to other cool moves like Mean Look and Nasty Plot that are rarely seen but should be accounted for. All in all, Vullaby is a very versatile Pokemon with a great defensive stat spread and good movepool, making it able to hold it's own reliably in the LC environment.

Swablu

Type: Normal / Flying
Base Stats: 45 HP / 40 Atk / 60 Def / 40 SpA / 75 SpD / 50 Spe
Ability: Natural Cure / Cloud Nine

Swablu may not look like much, but it has a unique niche in LC that makes it a threat to be accounted for. First of all, it's 75 Base SpD makes it a very formidable Special wall when coupled with it's staying power in the form of Roost. On top of that, it even has access to Feather Dance, which sharply lowers the opponents attack stat, making Swablu an effective mixed wall. Add Toxic and STAB Pluck, which allows Swablu to steal any opposing Pokemon's berry, to the mix, and you have a stalling machine on your hands. The previously mentioned niche isn't even this though, as many Pokemon can be made into a mixed wall. No, the niche consists of Swablu being able to pretty much wall entire Drought teams utilizing the everlasting Sun brought by Vulpix. Due to it's DW ability, Cloud Nine, Swablu ignores any aspect brought by Sun, basically rendering opposing Sun Sweepers helpless. Taking this into account, if you're ever trying to build a Sun team, or any LC team really, you're gonna want to make sure you can deal with the cotton bird known as Swablu.

Drilbur

Type: Ground
Base Stats: 60 HP / 85 Atk / 40 Def / 30 SpA / 45 SpD / 68 Spe
Ability: Sand Rush / Sand Force / Mold Breaker

Drilbur is pretty much in the same boat as it's evolution in OU, Excadrill. It kind of needs Hippopotas to be effective, but when Sandstream is up, it's an absolute monster. 85 base Atk backed by Swords Dance makes it amazingly powerful and when coupled with essentially a 32 Speed stat in Sand, Drilbur makes out to be one of the most potent sweepers in LC. 32 Speed allows Drilbur to outspeed every single LC Pokemon, Scarfed or not, making priority moves the only 'reliable' way to revenge kill Drilbur. So that means all that's needed is something like Slowpoke to wall it, right? Easier said than done, because after a SD, Drilbur has an equally impressive Atk stat of 32, allowing it to make mince meat out of most switch-ins, especially with entry hazards support. The only thing actually holding Drilbur back though is it's inevitably weak movepool, having virtually only access to Earthquake, Rock Slide, and Frustration / Return, and the ever-so-present Gligar, who along with Koffing happens to be about the only thing able to 'wall' it.

Shelmet

Type: Bug
Base Stats: 50 HP / 40 Atk / 85 Def / 40 SpA / 65 SpD / 25 Spe
Ability: Hydration / Shell Armor / Overcoat

Although it's typing and stat spread may let Shelmet down in some instances, they also let it capitalize on some strengths which make it a very capable support Pokemon in LC. It's support movepool is also nothing to scoff at, in fact, it's actually really good for what Shelmet wants to do. These factors make Shelmet a sort of one dimensional Pokemon, but it's still very good at what it does. First of all, 50 / 85 / 65 defenses make it a great defensive pokemon overall, even allowing it to check powerful Pokemon like Stone Edge-less Timburr, Scraggy, Mienfoo and Carvanha. It's movepool further continues the defensive / support theme by having access to Recover, Spikes, Encore, and Yawn. Although rare, one of the best way it can support is by running Baton Pass in conjuction with either Curse or Acid Armor and passing to a teammate able to make good use of the boosts. As shown, Shelmet has both good and bad things going for it, but in the end it has a lot of potential and should always be accounted for.

Decided to go through and fix what we currently have, especially some of the older ones like my own that reference banned stuff and have the japanese names still. Also I tried to catch some typos/incorrect info/formatting issues/bad grammar/prose. I'm no GP guy though so w/e. I also probably missed a lot because there was so much to go through...

EDIT: For clarification I know you're not supposed to do this, but a lot of the submissions were kind of not in the right format, so I kind of wanted to stop that early before someone had to go through all of them to fix them. Please look over what you did (if you plan on doing more) to see where you deviated so it can be corrected. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but this just makes it easier for everyone.

Bellsprout
Type: Grass / Poison
Base Stats: 50 HP / 75 Atk / 35 Def / 70 Sp.A / 30 Sp.D / 40 Spe
Ability: Chlorophyll / Gluttony (unreleased)(it is released)

Though the base stats seem very low, Bellsprout can be a very threatening sweeper. With the introduction of Drought Vulpix this generation, Bellsprout can shoot up to 22 Speed with minimal investment, allowing it to outspeed all non-scarfed Pokemon in the LC metagame. Under the Sun, Bellsprout becomes a terror with its access to Growth, which allows allowing it to deal double damage with each attack after just one turn of set-up, which is easily granted by Sleep Powder.

Bronzor
Type: Steel / Psychic
Base Stats: 57 HP / 24 Atk / 86 Def / 24 SpA / 86 SpD / 23 Spe
Ability: Levitate / Heatproof / Heavy Metal (Unreleased)

Bronzor is one of the most capable defensive Pokemon in Little Cup. It's excellent defensive stats combined with a support movepool including moves such as Stealth Rock, Hypnosis (afaik Bronzor cannot use Hypnosis in LC still), and Light Screen/Reflect Light Screen, and Reflect make Bronzor able to fill many roles on a team. Two excellent abilities in Levitate and Heatproof give it an immunity or a neutrality to a common attacking type respectively. Beware of attempting to set up on Bronzor as it can easily Gyro Ball boosting sweepers or cripple them with status (no Hypnosis).

Carvanha
Type: Dark / Water
Base Stats: 45 HP / 90 Atk / 20 Def / 65 SpA / 20 SpD / 65 Spe
Ability: Rough Skin / Speed Boost

Carvanha is the whole package with a superb Attack stat, as well as good Special Attack and Speed. It has great offensive typing, allowing it to hit most of Little Cup for at least neutral damage with a STAB Attack. Speed Boost, Carvanha's ability, raises its Speed by one stage every turn, means it meaning Carvanha can invest in Attack, while still having a high Speed stat. Carvanha has access to Hydro Pump and Ice Beam, allowing it to run an effective mixed set. It also has Aqua Jet and Ice Fang, allowing it to pick off weakened threats, as well as destroy ones at full health, such as Gligar. Taunt allows Gligar Carvanha to prevent Pokemon from setting up on it, such as Pineco and Tesshiido Ferroseed, who otherwise wall Carvanha. (I'm actually sceptical about including this sentence; Taunt is rare and kinda useless on Carvanha. Thought?)

Chinchou
Type: Water / Electric
Base Stats: 75 HP / 38 Atk / 38 Def / 56 SpA / 56 SpD / 67 Spe
Abilities Ability: Illuminate / Volt Absorb / Water Absorb (Unreleased) (right?)

Although Chinchou hasn’t changed much from Gen 4, it now has more moves to use to its advantage. As in the previous gen, Chinchou still makes a great Choice Scarf user, with access to moves such as Hydro Pump, Surf, Thunderbolt and Ice Beam. A new addition which works greatly with a Scarfed set is the move Volt Change, which greatly increases Chinchou's scouting capabilities. This is a base 70 power special Electric move that works similarly to U-turn, meaning that it can be used effectively for scouting. (It can be assumed they know what it does) With the Scarf set, Chinchou can reach 16 Special Attack along with 24 Speed. For a Life Orb sweeping set, Agility can be used to reach up to 32 Speed, along with the moves mentioned earlier. Not only can Chinchou be offensive, it can also play a supportive role in teams, with access to moves such as Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray and Boiling Water Scald. The use of Thunder Wave is key in a supportive role as it cripples opponents, especially effective against the faster sweepers in today’s metagame. Confuse Ray works well with Thunder Wave to create an even lower chance of the opponent attacking, and even has a chance of self damage infliction on the opponent. Finally, for those Pokémon that aren’t effected by Thunder Wave, a nice addition of Boiling Water (Scald) Scald can help., This is a base 80 power special Water move which has a 30% chance of inflicting a burn. (Again it can be assumed they know what it does) Therefore, again crippling sweepers by halving attack and inflicting damage. (ugly but I just removed the unnecessary sentence in between and combined the first and third) As for abilities, it is more dependent on the team whether you would want Chinchou to be absorbing Electric attacks (Volt Absorb) or Water attacks (Water Absorb), to regain ¼ of its HP.
(Water Absorb is afaik unreleased. If not this sentence is fine I guess)

Cottonee
Type: Grass
Base Stats: 40 HP / 27 Atk / 60 Def / 37 SpA / 50 SpD / 66 Spe
Abilities Ability: Mischievous Heart Prankster / Slip Through Infiltrator / Chlorophyll (Unreleased)

Cottonee is one of those Pokemon who are incredibly predictable, yet incredibly hard to stop. Due to its priority on Substitute, Encore, and Leech Seed with Prankster, Cottonee has the ability to Leech Seed stall almost any Pokemon with a higher HP stat than it. It also doubles as an easy counter great stop to set up Pokemon with its priority Encore. Along with Spikes, stopping With entry hazard support, Cottonee can pick apart unprepared teams. It is generally seen with Leftovers or Evolution Stone Eviolite.

Diglett
Type: Ground
Base Stats: 10 HP / 55 Atk / 25 Def / 35 SpA / 45 SpD / 95 Spe
Abilities Ability: Arena Trap / Sand Veil / Sand Force (unreleased)

Diglett is used in Little Cup for one reason only: his (I have no problem with using pronouns in analyses but I want this to be consistent) ability Arena Trap. This allows Diglett to switch in after a KO or on one of the many Electric-type attacks thrown around, to outspeed, and KO the opponent. In addition, if he it switches in on a choiced Electric attack, Diglett can set up with Claw Sharpen and raise his its Attack to massive levels before sweeping. His Its poor defensive stats mean that Diglett is worn down easily, especially by repeated Fake Outs/ or Mach Punches, but a careful Diglett user can cause serious damage to a team.

Dratini
Type: Dragon
Base Stats: 41 HP / 64 Atk / 45 Def / 50 SpA / 50 SpD / 50 Spe
Abilities Ability: Shed Skin / Marvel Scale

Dratini is one of the most powerful offensive Pokemon in LC. It has access to Dragon Dance, and a great movepool to use it with. A +1 Outrage is enough to dent anything, and along with Extremespeed with Dratini has a +2 priority move to foil revenge killers. Dratini can also wield Fire Blast to dispose of Steel-types like Ferroseed that stand in it's way. Shed Skin is also a very useful ability, allowing it to shrug off a Burn or Poison that would otherwise cripple it. Aside from the DD set, Dratini's movepool is diverse enough to include Draco Meteor, Surf, Substitute, Ice Beam and a variety of other moves that make it highly unpredictable, able to run a variety of sets. It's and a force to be reckoned with.

Drilbur
Type: Ground
Base Stats: 60 HP / 85 Atk / 40 Def / 30 SpA / 45 SpD / 68 Spe
Ability: Sand Rush / Sand Force / Mold Breaker (Unreleased)

Drilbur is pretty much in the same boat as it's evolution in OU, Excadrill. It kind of needs Hippopotas to be effective, but when Sandstream is up, it's an absolute monster. 85 base Attack backed by Swords Dance makes it amazingly powerful and when coupled with essentially a 32 Speed stat in Sand, Drilbur makes out to be one of the most potent sweepers in LC. 32 Speed allows Drilbur to outspeed every single LC Pokemon, Scarfed or not, making priority moves the only 'reliable' way to revenge kill Drilbur. So that means all that's needed is something like Slowpoke to wall it, right? Easier said than done, because after After a SD, Drilbur has an equally impressive Attack stat of 32, allowing it to make mince meat out of most switch-ins, especially with entry hazards support. The only thing actually holding Drilbur back though is it's inevitably weak movepool, having virtually only access to Earthquake, Rock Slide, and Frustration / Return, and the ever-so-present Gligar, who along with Koffing happens to be about the only thing able to 'wall' it great stops to it.

Dwebble

Type: Bug / Rock
Base Stats: 50 HP / 65 Atk / 85 Def / 35 SpA / 35 SpD / 55 Spe
Abilities Ability: Sturdy / Shell Armor / Broken Armor (Unreleased)

Dwebble, unlike many Pokemon in LC, is one a one-trick pony. It does one thing, but it does it very well. (redundant) With Sturdy and 16 Speed, Dwebble can almost guarantee Stealth Rock and at least a one layer of Spikes. Additional moves usually include Rock Blast, Earthquake, Bug Bite, and Toxic. Rock Blast and Toxic are especially dangerous for Pokemon who try to take the opportunity to set up Substitute (such as Murkrow (banned :() Misdreavus) or Swords Dance (such as Gligar).

Elekid
Type: Electric
Base Stats: 45 HP / 63 Atk / 37 Def / 65 SpA / 55 SpD / 95 Spe
Ability: Static / Limber Vital Spirit

With a fearsome base 95 Speed, decent base 63 Attack and 65 Special Attack, and a good movepool in Thunderbolt, Wild Charge, Volt Switch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, and Cross Chop, Elekid can dish out some serious damage. It holds a niche as tying with the one of the three fastest Pokemon in Little Cup at a bistering 20 Speed. Also, with its usable attacking stats like these, he it can fill the role of mixed sweeper. Beware, It also can get priority in Quick Attack for your to hit faster Choice Scarfers.

Ferroseed
Type: Grass / Steel
Base Stats: 44 HP / 50 Atk / 91 Def / 24 SpA / 86 SpD / 10 Spe
Ability: Steel Thorns

This is everything Pineco wishes it could be. Ferroseed’s unique typing and good bulk allows it to switch into many threatening Pokemon and set-up Stealth Rock or Spikes, as well as spam annoying status moves like Leech Seed or Thunder Wave. In addition to Leech Seed and entry hazards, Ferroseed can rack up damage with its ability Steel Thorns, helping to wear down many physical attackers even more. Ferroseed usually runs Protect to help scout Choice pokemon, and to gain another turn of Leech Seed damage. It also has enough attack to threaten opposing Pokemon with STAB Bullet Seed, Seed Bomb, or Iron Head.

Frillish
Type: Water / Ghost
Base Stats: 55 HP / 40 Atk / 50 Def / 65 SpA / 85 SpD / 40 Spe
Ability: Water Absorb / Cursed Body / Damp (Unreleased)

Much like Jellicent in OU, Frillish makes a fantastic bulky Water-type. Frillish is very capable of walling some of the metagame’s more powerful offensive threats thanks to its great defensive typing and access to helpful support and defensive moves in Will-O-Wisp, Recover, Boiling Water Scald, Toxic, and Taunt. Evolution Stone Eviolite lets it boost its already excellent Special Defense while also helping to bring its mediocre Defense to a respectable level. This, combined with Frillish’s ability to spread burns, allows it to take on many of the physically oriented Fighting-types in the metagame. It also has STAB Surf and Shadow Ball, as well as other coverage moves like Energy Ball and Ice Beam to hit a variety of common Pokemon hard.

Gligar
Type: Ground / Flying
Base Stats: 65 HP / 75 Atk / 105 Def / 35 SpA / 65 SpD / 85 Spe
Ability: Hyper Cutter / Sand Veil / Immunity

Gligar is one of the top Pokemon in the LC tier, and with good reason. It is incredibly fast, reaching 19 speed, and can be considerably bulky when equipped with an Evolution Stone Eviolite. Gligar can range from a support set Pokemon, making use of Stealth Rock and Toxic, to a dangerous Swords Dancer set. Gligar is set apart from other Pokemon as a Swords Dancers because of its ability; Hyper Cutter. It can, allowing it set up without fear of having its Attack cut by Murkrow's priority FeatherDance (poor thing :(). Gligar has a hard time dealing with faster Pokemon that carry super-effective moves such as Snover or Chinchou.

Hippopotas
Type: Ground
Base Stats: 68 HP / 72 Atk / 78 Def / 38 SpA / 42 SpD / 32 Spe
Abilities Ability: Sand Stream / Sand Force (Unreleased)

Hippopotas is unique among LC Pokemon, as it summons permanent Sand Storm sand upon switching in. This makes it useful for many kinds of teams, especially stall teams with it's massive great bulk and support movepool. Hippopotas has access Stealth Rock, vital to any stall team, and is able to Roar enemies to rack up hazard damage. It also has the all-important Slack-Off to grant it instant and reliable recovery, making it difficult for any physical attacker to break through. New in Gen V , The permanent sandstorm sand also boosts Pokemon like Drillbur and Nosepass, opening the door for sand sweepers to wreak havoc. Hippopotas' (really unsure here so I'll leave it) greatest strength isn't it's own power, but the support it provides for its team.

Lickitung
Type: Normal
Base Stats: 90 HP / 55 Atk / 75 Def / 60 SpA / 75 SpD / 30 Spe
Ability: Oblivious / Own Tempo / Cloud Nine

Paired With an Evolution Stone Eviolite, Lickitung is one of the bulkiest Pokemon in LC. It has a great niche in the tier because of its ability to hard-counter powerful weather Pokemon thanks to its Cloud Nine ability and its massive bulk. Switching Lickitung in on a sun sweeper's SolarBeam will cause it to absorb sunlight, giving Licky it a chance to set up Curse as it sponges their attacks. Snover also loses to Lickitung as it's Blizzard has poor accuracy against it Lickitung and does pitiful damage. After a few Curses, you can begin shuffling your opponents team about with a boosted Dragon Tail. Lickitung is stopped in its tracks by common Fighting-type Pokemon such as Meditite, Scraggy and Mienfoo., but if your team isn't prepared for the likes of Lickitung, you will have a very difficult time beating it.

Lileep
Type: Rock / Grass
Base Stats: 66 HP / 41 Atk / 77 Def / 61 SpA / 87 SpD / 23 Spe
Abilities Ability: Suction Cups / Storm Drain (Unreleased) (it is released)

Lileep is a stalling machine. It's defensive stats are phenomenal, and it only gets better with Evo Stone Eviolite and Sandstorm. It has access to great boosting moves like in Curse and Stockpile to further it's ability to wall your team if left unchecked. It's ability Suction Cups prevents it from being phazed, and it has the all-important Recover to regain health. Lileep usually runs either the a Curse set, allowing it to stat up and potentially sweep a team with STAB attacks like Rock Slide and Seed Bomb, or the a Stockpile set, allowing it to tank hits and spread Toxic damage. Lileep is also seen using Substitute to block status, and generally works best on a Sandstorm team. It's a defensive monster that shouldn't be underestimated.

Meditite
Type: Fighting / Psychic
Base Stats: 30 HP / 40 Atk / 55 Def / 40 SpA / 55 SpD / 60 Spe
Ability: Pure Power / Telepathy (Unreleased)

With Pure Power, Meditite has an Attack stat of 26, or 28 depending on its nature, which is the highest in Little Cup. With access to Hi Jump Kick, Zen Headbutt, and a myriad of powerful coverage moves, Meditite can OHKO almost all every Pokemon in Little Cup. Useful priority in the form of Fake Out and Bullet Punch allow Meditite to revenge kill any threat needed. Evolution Stone Eviolite allows Meditite to retain an extreme amount of bulk, while it can constantly heal itself with Drain Punch. Access to the Ice Punch and ThunderPunch allows Meditite to check beat certain key walls, such as Gligar and Slowpoke. Zen Headbutt allows Meditite to check Fighting-types threats such as Meditite and Dokkora, who otherwise can sweep entire teams. With Bulk Up, Meditite can absorb physical attacks and heal off damage with Drain Punch. Meditite also runs an effective Choice Scarf set, as an extremely high Attack stat and move like Trick allows it to defeat sweepers as well as walls.

Mienfoo
Type: Fighting
Base Stats: 45 HP / 85 Atk / 50 Def / 55 SpA / 50 SpD / 65 Spe
Abilities Ability: Inner Focus / Regeneration / Reckless (Unreleased)

Mienfoo is a unique Pokemon in regards to the LC tier as it has great physical capabilities along with access to the Regeneration ability ability Regenerator. The ability Regeneration Regenerator allows Mienfoo to recover 1/3 of its total HP upon switching out, and with access to U-turn, this can be used effectively not only for scouting, but for self healing. Another useful ability that Mienfoo learns is Reckless, which provides a 1.2x boost to moves that cause recoil damage, meaning that Hi Jump Kick’s base 130 power is boosted even more. (unreleased) It also has access to Fake Out as its only priority move. It is also one of two Fighting-type Pok
emon in the LC tier that has access to Swords Dance, the other being Riolu. Although it has high Attack and speed, it also has low defences, and therefore could be easily taken down. Therefore, Mienfoo’s impressive base 85 attack, but lacklustre 17 Speed could make Minefoo a potent choice user. With somewhat decent Special Attack, Mienfoo may benefit from using Hidden Power Ice which 2HKO’s Gligar. (decided to rework these sentences entirely) Although it is frail, with Mienfoo's impressive base 85 Attack and average 17 Speed, it can make a potent Choice Scarfer. Due to Mienfoo’s access to Swords Dance, it can also make a great physical Life Orb sweeper, with access to moves such as Hi Jump Kick, Stone Edge, U-turn, and Payback. Mienfoo can also use Hidden Power Ice to 2HKO Gligar.

Misdreavus
Type: Ghost
Base Stats: 60 HP / 60 Atk / 60 Def / 85 SpA / 85 SpD / 85 Spe
Ability: Levitate

One of the most powerful Pokemon in LC and arguably the best of it's type, Misdreavus is a threat every competent battler should prepare for. It's fast, hitting 19 Speed, it's powerful, able to Nasty Plot and slam hit things with unresisted coverage in Shadow Ball /and HP Fighting, and it's bulky, especially with an Evolution Stone Eviolite, making it a solid spin-blocker for stall teams and a frightening Calm Mind user. Misdreavus is incredibly versatile, also capable of using Thunderbolt, Pain Split and any kind of Hidden Power to slam what may be an ordinarily solid counter. Misdreavus' Levitate ability grants it 3 immunities, as well as immunity to Spikes and Toxic Spikes, so it has plenty of opportunities to switch in and wreak havoc.

Munchlax
Type: Normal
Base Stats: 135 HP / 85 Atk / 40 Def / 40 SpA / 85 SpD / 5 Spe
Abilities Ability: Thick Fat / Immunity / Gluttony (Unreleased)

Munchlax is the premier special wall in LC. His Its amazing Special bulk allows him it to sponge hits from almost any special attacker, and respond with a powerful attack of his its own. Evolution Stone Eviolite only increased his its potential, patching up his its inferior Defense and boosting his its great SpD Special Defense. Munchlax has access to a variety of useful moves that complement it's stats almost perfectly. It has Curse, patching up boosting it'saverage Defense and turning it into a massive threat. It also has access to Stockpile and Whirlwind, two very useful moves on a defensive Pokemon, allowing Munchlax to act as a phazer. Munchlax's offensive movepool is also great, including Return, Earthquake, Crunch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, and Pursuit. It's one of the most useful Pokemon in LC.

Natu
Type: Psychic / Flying
Base Stats: 40 HP / 50 Atk / 45 Def / 70 SpA / 45 SpD / 70 Spe
Ability: Synchronize / Early Bird / Magic Mirror

Natu is unique among LC Pokemon as it can bounce back most non-attacking move thanks to Magic Mirror. This can be used effectively to break apart stall. Natu has an incredibly varied supportive movepool which can help any given team. Its moves include; Thunder Wave, Relfect, Light Screen, Wish and Trick (illegal with Magic Mirror). Natu does bring some valuable resistances to the table despite its mediocre defenses; it has a x4 resistance to Fighting-type moves and immunities to both Ground and status inducing moves, meaning given the right prediction Natu does have ample opportunities to switch in and provide support for the team. Natu also boosts an impressive base 70 Special Attack, but lacklustre 17 Speed means Natu can be a potent choice user.

Scraggy
Type: Dark / Fighting
Base Stats: 50 HP / 75 Atk / 70 Def / 35 SpA / 70 SpD / 48 Spe
Ability: Shed Skin / Moxie / Intimidate (Unreleased)

With great typing, bulk, and access to Dragon Dance to boost its already great Attack, Scraggy is one of the scariest Pokemon in Little Cup. Equipped with Evolution Stone Eviolite, Scraggy can nab multiple Dragon Dances and easily sweep an underprepared team. STAB Drain Punch provides Scraggy with a method of keeping its HP high enough to avoid being revenge killing killed, while Crunch has offers great coverage and also has STAB. Scraggy also has access to Ice Punch and Zen Headbutt to OHKO Pokemon like Gligar, Timburr, and Koffing. Shed Skin allows Scraggy to safely set up against Pokemon such as Ferroseed and Slowpoke who would otherwise cripple it with status attacks. More offensive versions of Dragon DanceZuruggu Scraggy are also effective. Scarggy Scraggy can use Life Orb and Hi Jump Kick for insane amounts of power after a single Dragon Dance, and Moxie to increase its Attack further after every KO. In addition to Dragon Dance, Scraggy also gets access to other stat boosting moves in Bulk Up and Amnesia, which in tandem with Shed Skin make RestTalk sets very threatening when used correctly.

Shelmet
Type: Bug
Base Stats: 50 HP / 40 Atk / 85 Def / 40 SpA / 65 SpD / 25 Spe
Ability: Hydration / Shell Armor / Overcoat (Unreleased)

Although it's typing and stat spread may let Shelmet down in some instances, they also let it capitalize on some strengths which make it a very capable support Pokemon in LC. It's support movepool is also nothing to scoff at, in fact, it's actually really good for what Shelmet wants to do. These factors make Shelmet a sort of one dimensional Pokemon, but it's still very good at what it does. First of all, 50 / 85 / 65 defenses make it a great defensive pokemon overall, even allowing it to check powerful Pokemon like Stone Edge-less Timburr, Scraggy, (it doesn't really) Mienfoo and Carvanha. It's movepool further continues the defensive /and support theme by having access to with Recover, Spikes, Encore, and Yawn. Although rare, one of the best ways it can support is by running Baton Pass in conjunction with either Curse or Acid Armor and passing to a teammate able to make good use of the boosts. As shown, Shelmet has both good and bad things going for it, but in the end it has a lot of potential and should always be accounted for.

Slowpoke
Type: Water / Psychic
Base Stats: 90 HP / 65 Atk / 65 Def / 40 SpA / 40 SpD / 15 Spe
Ability: Oblivious / Own Tempo / Regeneration Regenerator

Slowpoke got many boosts this generation, making it a top Pokemon in Little Cup. The introduction of Evolution Stone Eviolite gave Slowpoke the boost it needed to its already impressive defenses to deal with many of Little Cup’s top offensive threats like Meditite, Murkrow, (why did we ban this thing again?) and Gligar. Slowpoke also got the ability Regeneration Regenerator, allowing it to come in many more times during a match than it would otherwise. While Slowpoke cannot use Aqua Tail with Regeneration Regenerator, it still has a fairly deep support movepool with Slack Off, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Yawn, Boiling Water Scald, and Trick Room. In addition to its STAB attacks in Surf, Psychic, and Zen Headbutt, Slowpoke has access to great coverage moves in Earthquake, Fire Blast, and Ice Beam to hit many of its common switch-ins for super effective damage. Slowpoke can also run a Calm Mind set to make itself a powerful and bulky threat.

First of all, It's 75 base 75 SpD Special Defense makes it a very formidable Special wall when coupled with it's staying power in the form of Roost. On top of that, it even has access to Feather Dance, which sharply lowers the opponents attack stat Cotton Guard, which raises its Defense three stages (FeatherDance is inferior to Cotton Guard),making Swablu an effective mixed wall. Add Toxic and STAB Pluck, which allows Swablu to steal any opposing Pokemon's berry, to into to the mix, and you have a stalling machine on your hands. The previously mentioned niche isn't even this though, as many Pokemon can be made into a mixed wall. No, the niche consists of Swablu being able to pretty much wall entire Drought teams utilizing the everlasting Sun brought by Vulpix. Due to it's DW Swablu's Dream World ability, Cloud Nine, Swablu ignores any aspect brought by Sun, basically rendering opposing Sun sweepers helpless and allowing Swablu to pretty much wall entire Drought teams. Taking this into account, if you're ever trying to build a Sun team, or any LC team really, you're gonna want to make sure you can deal with the cotton bird known as Swablu.

Tentacool
Type: Water / Poison
Base Stats: 40 HP / 40 Atk / 35 Def / 50 SpA / 100 SpD / 70 Spe
Abilities Ability: Clear Body / Liquid Ooze / Rain Dish (Unreleased) (it is released)

Tentacool is the premier Toxic Spiker in LC, and for good reason. It has great Special bulk, and Evolution Stone Eviolite can patch up it's low Defense. It also has access to a variety of useful support options that make it function very well on balanced and defensive teams. It has Rapid Spin and a Poison-typing, allowing it to serve as a great defensive Rapid Spinner and to absorb Toxic Spikes just by switching in. It also has Knock Off, which can cripple many Pokemon switching-in. He It possesses Haze, which can be useful in stopping a set-up sweepers. Tentacool is often seen using Protect and Boil Over Scald, so be wary of blindly switching-in physical attackers.

Timburr
Type: Fighting
Base Stats: 75 HP / 80 Atk / 55 Def / 25 SpA / 35 SpD / 35 Spe
Abilities Ability: Guts / Sheer Force / Iron Fist (Unreleased)

Timburr brings excellent bulk and Attack to the table, along with some versatile moves. Bulk Up, along with Evolution Stone, and Eviolite allows Timburr to set up on many threats and plow through the opponent's team. Faster Pokemon do not cause much trouble for Timburr, since it has access to Mach Punch, which is quite powerful after a Bulk Up or two. While setting up, Timburr can easily keep itself alive with Drain Punch. Status doesn't bother Timburr because of Guts and it's ability to heal itself with every attack. Payback is also generally useful for Timburr as a tool to hit Ghosts and bulky Psychic-types on the switch.

Vullaby
Type: Dark / Flying
Base Stats: 70 HP / 55 Atk / 75 Def / 45 SpA / 65 SpD / 60 Spe
Ability: Big Pecks / Overcoat / Weak Armor (Unreleased)

Vullaby's stat spread just begs for a defensive set, and that's exactly what it excels at. Those great defensive stats coupled with a movepool that fits exactly what it needs to do makes Vullaby an incredibly effective mixed wall. Moves such as Toxic, Taunt, Roost, and Knock Off make it horribly tough to kill when utilized to it's full potential, making it and a great annoyance in general. Due to it's unique typing, it even boasts the ability to take on one of the most dominant sweepers in LC, that being Nasty Plot Misdreavus, although it has to be wary of Thunderbolt. Being a defensive behemoth isn't all Vullaby has going for it though, as it can also run a fairly effective Choice Scarf set. Moves such as, with moves like Brave Bird, U-turn, Punishment, and Pluck that allow it act as a reliable revenge killer to offensive threats like Scraggy and Mismagius Misdreavus, on top of having the ability to scout potential counters with U-turn. It even has access to other cool moves like Mean Look and Nasty Plot that are rarely seen but should be accounted for. All in all, Vullaby is a very versatile Pokemon with a great defensive stat spread and good movepool, making it able to hold it's own reliably in the LC environment.
Here is the easy CP version:
Bellsprout
Type: Grass / Poison
Base Stats: 50 HP / 75 Atk / 35 Def / 70 SpA / 30 SpD / 40 Spe
Ability: Chlorophyll / Gluttony

Though the base stats seem very low, Bellsprout can be a very threatening sweeper. With the introduction of Drought Vulpix this generation, Bellsprout can shoot up to 22 Speed with minimal investment, allowing it to outspeed all non-scarfed Pokemon in the LC metagame. Under the Sun, Bellsprout becomes a terror with its access to Growth, allowing it to deal double damage with each attack after just one turn of set-up, which is easily granted by Sleep Powder.

Bronzor
Type: Steel / Psychic
Base Stats: 57 HP / 24 Atk / 86 Def / 24 SpA / 86 SpD / 23 Spe
Ability: Levitate / Heatproof / Heavy Metal (Unreleased)

Bronzor is one of the most capable defensive Pokemon in Little Cup. It's excellent defensive stats combined with a support movepool including moves such as Stealth Rock, Light Screen, and Reflect make Bronzor able to fill many roles on a team. Two excellent abilities in Levitate and Heatproof give it an immunity or a neutrality to a common attacking type respectively. Beware of attempting to set up on Bronzor as it can easily Gyro Ball boosting sweepers.

Speed Boost, Carvanha's ability, raises its Speed by one stage every turn, meaning Carvanha can invest in Attack, while still having a high Speed stat. Carvanha has access to Hydro Pump and Ice Beam, allowing it to run an effective mixed set. It also has Aqua Jet and Ice Fang, allowing it to pick off weakened threats, as well as destroy ones at full health, such as Gligar. Taunt allows Carvanha to prevent Pokemon from setting up on it, such as Pineco and Ferroseed, who otherwise wall Carvanha.

Chinchou
Type: Water / Electric
Base Stats: 75 HP /
38 Atk / 38 Def / 56 SpA / 56 SpD / 67 Spe
Ability: Illuminate / Volt Absorb / Water Absorb (Unreleased)

Although Chinchou hasn’t changed much from Gen 4, it now has more moves to use to its advantage. As in the previous gen, Chinchou still makes a great Choice Scarf user, with access to moves such as Hydro Pump, Surf, Thunderbolt and Ice Beam. A new addition which works greatly with a Scarfed set is the move Volt Change, which greatly increases Chinchou's scouting capabilities. With the Scarf set, Chinchou can reach 16 Special Attack along with 24 Speed. For a Life Orb sweeping set, Agility can be used to reach up to 32 Speed, along with the moves mentioned earlier. Not only can Chinchou be offensive, it can also play a supportive role in teams, with access to moves such as Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray and Scald. Finally, for those Pokémon that aren’t effected by Thunder Wave, a nice addition of Scald can help, crippling sweepers by halving attack and inflicting damage.

Cottonee
Type: Grass
Base Stats: 40 HP / 27 Atk / 60 Def / 37 SpA / 50 SpD / 66 Spe
Ability: Prankster / Infiltrator / Chlorophyll (Unreleased)

Cottonee is one of those Pokemon who are incredibly predictable, yet incredibly hard to stop. Due to its priority on Substitute, Encore, and Leech Seed with Prankster, Cottonee has the ability to Leech Seed stall almost any Pokemon with a higher HP stat than it. It also doubles as a great stop to set up Pokemon with its priority Encore. With entry hazard support, Cottonee can pick apart unprepared teams. It is generally seen with Leftovers or Eviolite.

Diglett
Type: Ground
Base Stats: 10 HP / 55 Atk / 25 Def / 35 SpA / 45 SpD / 95 Spe
Ability: Arena Trap / Sand Veil / Sand Force (unreleased)

Diglett is used in Little Cup for one reason only: Arena Trap. This allows Diglett to switch in after a KO or on one of the many Electric-type attacks thrown around to outspeed and KO the opponent. In addition, if it switches in on a choiced Electric attack, Diglett can set up with Claw Sharpen and raise its Attack to massive levels before sweeping. Its poor defensive stats mean that Diglett is worn down easily, especially by repeated Fake Outs or Mach Punches, but a careful Diglett user can cause serious damage to a team.

Dratini
Type: Dragon
Base Stats: 41 HP / 64 Atk / 45 Def / 50 SpA / 50 SpD / 50 Spe
Ability: Shed Skin / Marvel Scale

Dratini is one of the most powerful offensive Pokemon in LC. It has access to Dragon Dance, and a great movepool to use it with. A +1 Outrage is enough to dent anything, and along with Extremespeed Dratini has a +2 priority move to foil revenge killers. Dratini can also wield Fire Blast to dispose of Steel-types like Ferroseed that stand in its way. Shed Skin is also a very useful ability, allowing it to shrug off a Burn or Poison that would otherwise cripple it. Aside from the DD set, Dratini's movepool is diverse enough to include Draco Meteor, Surf, Substitute, Ice Beam and a variety of other moves that make it highly unpredictable and a force to be reckoned with.

Drilbur
Type: Ground
Base Stats: 60 HP / 85 Atk / 40 Def / 30 SpA / 45 SpD / 68 Spe
Ability: Sand Rush / Sand Force / Mold Breaker (Unreleased)

Drilbur is pretty much in the same boat as its evolution in OU, Excadrill. It needs Hippopotas to be effective, but when Sandstream is up, its an absolute monster. After a SD, Drilbur has an equally impressive Attack stat of 32, allowing it to make mince meat out of most switch-ins, especially with entry hazards support. The only thing actually holding Drilbur back is its weak movepool, having only access to Earthquake, Rock Slide, and Frustration / Return, and the ever-so-present Gligar, who along with Koffing happen great stops to it.

Dwebble

Type: Bug / Rock
Base Stats: 50 HP / 65 Atk / 85 Def / 35 SpA / 35 SpD / 55 Spe
Ability: Sturdy / Shell Armor / Broken Armor (Unreleased)

Dwebble, unlike many Pokemon in LC, is a one-trick pony. With Sturdy and 16 Speed, Dwebble can almost guarantee Stealth Rock and at least one layer of Spikes. Additional moves usually include Rock Blast, Earthquake, Bug Bite, and Toxic. Rock Blast and Toxic are especially dangerous for Pokemon who try to take the opportunity to set up Substitute (such as Misdreavus) or Swords Dance (such as Gligar).

Elekid
Type: Electric
Base Stats: 45 HP / 63 Atk / 37 Def / 65 SpA / 55 SpD / 95 Spe
Ability: Static / Vital Spirit

With a fearsome base 95 Speed, decent base 63 Attack and 65 Special Attack, and a good movepool in Thunderbolt, Wild Charge, Volt Switch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, and Cross Chop, Elekid can dish out some serious damage. It holds a niche as one of the three fastest Pokemon in Little Cup at a bistering 20 Speed. Also, with its usable attacking stats, it can fill the role of mixed sweeper. It also can get priority in Quick Attack to hit faster Choice Scarfers.

Frillish is very capable of walling some of the metagame’s more powerful offensive threats thanks to its great defensive typing and access to helpful support and defensive moves in Will-O-Wisp, Recover, Scald, Toxic, and Taunt. Eviolite lets it boost its already excellent Special Defense while also helping to bring its mediocre Defense to a respectable level.

It is incredibly fast, reaching 19 speed, and can be considerably bulky when equipped with an Eviolite. Gligar can range from a support Pokemon, making use of Stealth Rock and Toxic, to a dangerous Swords Dancer. Gligar is set apart from other Swords Dancers because of its ability Hyper Cutter, allowing it set up without fear of having its Attack cut . Gligar has a hard time dealing with faster Pokemon that carry super-effective moves such as Snover or Chinchou.

Hippopotas
Type: Ground
Base Stats: 68 HP / 72 Atk / 78 Def / 38 SpA / 42 SpD / 32 Spe
Ability: Sand Stream / Sand Force (Unreleased)

Hippopotas is unique among LC Pokemon, as it summons permanent sand upon switching in. This makes it useful for many kinds of teams, especially stall teams with its great bulk and support movepool. Hippopotas has access Stealth Rock, vital to any stall team, and is able to Roar enemies to rack up hazard damage. It also has the all-important Slack-Off to grant it instant and reliable recovery, making it difficult for any physical attacker to break through. The sand also boosts Pokemon like Drillbur and Nosepass, opening the door for sand sweepers to wreak havoc. Hippopotas' greatest strength isn't its own power, but the support it provides for its team.

Lickitung
Type: Normal
Base Stats: 90 HP / 55 Atk / 75 Def / 60 SpA / 75 SpD / 30 Spe
Ability: Oblivious / Own Tempo / Cloud Nine

With Eviolite, Lickitung is one of the bulkiest Pokemon in LC. It has a great niche in the tier because of its ability to hard-counter powerful weather Pokemon thanks to Cloud Nine and its massive bulk. Switching Lickitung in on a sun sweeper's SolarBeam will cause it to absorb sunlight, giving it a chance to set up a Curse as it sponges their attacks. Snover also loses to Lickitung as its Blizzard has poor accuracy against Lickitung and does pitiful damage. After a few Curses, you can begin shuffling your opponents team about with a boosted Dragon Tail. Lickitung is stopped in its tracks by common Fighting-type Pokemon such as Meditite, Scraggy and Mienfoo, but if your team isn't prepared for Lickitung, you will have a very difficult time beating it.

Lileep
Type: Rock / Grass
Base Stats: 66 HP / 41 Atk / 77 Def / 61 SpA / 87 SpD / 23 Spe
Ability: Suction Cups / Storm Drain

Lileep is a stalling machine. Its defensive stats are phenomenal, and it only gets better with Eviolite and Sandstorm. It has access to great boosting moves in Curse and Stockpile to further its ability to wall your team if left unchecked. Its ability Suction Cups prevents it from being phazed, and it has the all-important Recover to regain health. Lileep usually runs either a Curse set, allowing it to stat up and potentially sweep a team with STAB attacks like Rock Slide and Seed Bomb, or a Stockpile set, allowing it to tank hits and spread Toxic damage. Lileep is also seen using Substitute to block status, and generally works best on a Sandstorm team.

Meditite
Type: Fighting / Psychic
Base Stats: 30 HP / 40 Atk / 55 Def / 40 SpA / 55 SpD / 60 Spe
Ability: Pure Power / Telepathy (Unreleased)

With Pure Power, Meditite has an Attack stat of 26 or 28 depending on its nature, which is the highest in Little Cup. With access to Hi Jump Kick, Zen Headbutt, and a myriad of powerful coverage moves, Meditite can OHKO almost every Pokemon in Little Cup. Useful priority in the form of Fake Out and Bullet Punch allow Meditite to revenge kill any threat needed. Eviolite allows Meditite to retain an extreme amount of bulk, while it can constantly heal itself with Drain Punch. Access to the Ice Punch and ThunderPunch allows Meditite to beat certain key walls, such as Gligar and Slowpoke. With Bulk Up, Meditite can absorb physical attacks and heal off damage with Drain Punch. Meditite also runs an effective Choice Scarf set, as an extremely high Attack stat and Trick allows it to defeat sweepers as well as walls.

Mienfoo
Type: Fighting

Base Stats: 45 HP / 85 Atk / 50 Def / 55 SpA / 50 SpD / 65 Spe
Ability: Inner Focus / Regeneration / Reckless (Unreleased)

Mienfoo is a unique
Pokemon in LC as it has great physical capabilities along with access to the ability Regenerator. Regenerator allows Mienfoo to recover 1/3 of its total HP upon switching out, and with access to U-turn, this can be used effectively not only for scouting, but for self healing. It also has access to Fake Out as its only priority move. It is also one of two Fighting-type Pokemon in LC that has access to Swords Dance, the other being Riolu. Although it is frail, with Mienfoo's impressive base 85 Attack and average 17 Speed, it can make a potent Choice Scarfer.

One of the most powerful Pokemon in LC and arguably the best of its type, Misdreavus is a threat every competent battler should prepare for. Its fast, hitting 19 Speed, powerful, able to Nasty Plot and hit things with unresisted coverage in Shadow Ball and HP Fighting, and its bulky, especially with Eviolite, making it a solid spin-blocker for stall teams and a frightening Calm Mind user. Misdreavus is incredibly versatile, capable of using Thunderbolt, Pain Split and any kind of Hidden Power to slam what may be an ordinarily solid counter.

Ability: Thick Fat / Immunity / Gluttony (Unreleased)

Munchlax is the premier special wall in LC. Its amazing bulk allows it to sponge hits from almost any special attacker and respond with a powerful attack of its own. Eviolite only increased its potential, patching up its inferior Defense and boosting its great Special Defense. Munchlax has access to a variety of useful moves that complement its stats almost perfectly. It has Curse, boosting its average Defense and turning it into a massive threat.

Natu has an incredibly varied supportive movepool which can help any given team. moves include Thunder Wave, Relfect, Light Screen, Wish and Trick (illegal with Magic Mirror). Natu does bring some valuable resistances to the table despite its mediocre defenses; it has a x4 resistance to Fighting-type moves and immunities to both Ground and status moves, meaning given the right prediction Natu does have ample opportunities to switch in and provide support for the team.

Equipped with Eviolite, Scraggy can nab multiple Dragon Dances and easily sweep an underprepared team. STAB Drain Punch provides Scraggy with a method of keeping its HP high enough to avoid being revenge killed, while Crunch offers great coverage and also has STAB. More offensive versions of Dragon Dance Scraggy are also effective. Scraggy can use Life Orb and Hi Jump Kick for insane amounts of power after a single Dragon Dance, and Moxie to increase its Attack further after every KO.

Although its typing and stat spread may let Shelmet down in some instances, they also let it capitalize on some strengths which make it a very capable support Pokemon in LC. Its support movepool is also nothing to scoff at, in fact, its actually really good for what Shelmet wants to do. These factors make Shelmet a sort of one dimensional Pokemon, but its still very good at what it does. 50 / 85 / 65 defenses make it a great defensive pokemon overall, even allowing it to check powerful Pokemon like Stone Edge-less Timburr, Mienfoo and Carvanha. Its movepool further continues the defensive and support theme with Recover, Spikes, Encore, and Yawn. Although rare, one of the best ways it can support is by running Baton Pass in conjunction with either Curse or Acid Armor and passing to a teammate able to make good use of the boosts.

Slowpoke
Type: Water / Psychic
Base Stats: 90 HP / 65 Atk / 65 Def / 40 SpA / 40 SpD / 15 Spe

Slowpoke got many boosts this generation, making it a top Pokemon in Little Cup. The introduction of Eviolite gave Slowpoke the boost it needed to its already impressive defenses to deal with many of Little Cup’s top offensive threats like Meditite and Gligar. Slowpoke also got the ability Regenerator, allowing it to come in many more times during a match than it would otherwise. While Slowpoke cannot use Aqua Tail with Regenerator, it still has a fairly deep support movepool with Slack Off, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Yawn, Scald, and Trick Room.

It's base 75 Special Defense makes it a very formidable Special wall when coupled with it's staying power in the form of Roost. On top of that, it even has access to Cotton Guard, which raises its Defense three stages (FeatherDance is inferior to Cotton Guard), making Swablu an effective mixed wall. Add Toxic and STAB Pluck, which allows Swablu to steal any opposing Pokemon's berry into to the mix, and you have a stalling machine on your hands. Due to Swablu's Dream World ability Cloud Nine, Swablu ignores any aspect brought by Sun, rendering opposing Sun sweepers helpless and allowing Swablu to pretty much wall entire Drought teams.

Tentacool
Type: Water / Poison
Base Stats: 40 HP / 40 Atk / 35 Def / 50 SpA / 100 SpD / 70 Spe
Ability: Clear Body / Liquid Ooze / Rain Dish

Tentacool is the premier Toxic Spiker in LC, and for good reason. It has great Special bulk, and Eviolite can patch up its low Defense. It also has access to a variety of useful support options that make it function very well on balanced and defensive teams. It has Rapid Spin and a Poison-typing, allowing it to serve as a great defensive Rapid Spinner and to absorb Toxic Spikes just by switching in. It also has Knock Off, which can cripple many Pokemon switching in. It possesses Haze, which can be useful in stopping set-up sweepers. Tentacool is often seen using Protect and Scald, so be wary of blindly switching in physical attackers.

Timburr
Type: Fighting
Base Stats: 75 HP / 80 Atk / 55 Def / 25 SpA / 35 SpD / 35 Spe
Ability: Guts / Sheer Force / Iron Fist (Unreleased)

Timburr brings excellent bulk and Attack to the table, along with some versatile moves. Bulk Up and Eviolite allows Timburr to set up on many threats and plow through the opponent's team. Faster Pokemon do not cause much trouble for Timburr, since it has access to Mach Punch, which is quite powerful after a Bulk Up or two. While setting up, Timburr can easily keep itself alive with Drain Punch. Status doesn't bother Timburr because of Guts and its ability to heal itself with every attack. Payback is also generally useful for Timburr as a tool to hit Ghosts and bulky Psychic-types.

Moves such as Toxic, Taunt, Roost, and Knock Off make it horribly tough to kill when utilized to its full potential and a great annoyance in general. Due to its unique typing, it even boasts the ability to take on one of the most dominant sweepers in LC, Nasty Plot Misdreavus, although it has to be wary of Thunderbolt. Being a defensive behemoth isn't all Vullaby has going for it though, as it can also run a fairly effective Choice Scarf set, with moves like Brave Bird, U-turn, Punishment, and Pluck that allow it act as a reliable revenge killer to offensive threats like Scraggy and Misdreavus, on top of having the ability to scout potential counters with U-turn. It even has access to other cool moves like Mean Look and Nasty Plot that are rarely seen but should be accounted for.

please read this part if you plan on doing more of these or w/e

The general format was mostly followed, but there are a few things that bugged me a bit and I people need to keep in mind:

- Make sure you list the base stats as ## HP / ## Atk / ## Def / etc, including the HP/Atk/etc.
- The Ability section is Ability, not Abilities, even if a Pokemon has multiple. IDK why it is that way, but we're just being consistent with some of the other threat lists.
- Make sure you properly list if a Dream World ability is released or not. If it isn't, put "(Unreleased)" next to it (also note the capitalization but w/e). If it is, don't put anything next to it.

Also guys, it is = it's. Belonging to it = its.

Also I think Wooper should be added to the list. Thoughts?

Reserving Wooper, Tirtouga and Zorua.

EDIT: Tirtouga is done.

Tirtouga
Type: Water / Rock
Base Stats: 54 HP / 78 Atk / 103 Def / 53 SpA / 45 SpD / 22 Spe
Ability: Solid Rock / Sturdy / Swift Swim (unreleased)

Although Tirtouga's typing is bad for a defensive pokemon and its speed is bad for a sweeper, it still packs good sweeping power because it learns the powerful boosting move Shell Smash. Its typing is bad defensively, but it's nice offensively because it gets STABs that are unresisted in LC except for Ferroseed, who will be OHKOed by a +2 Shell Smash. It also gets excellent abilities in Solid Rock, which enable it to survive some fighting attacks like Timburr's Mach Punch at -1 Defense without using Eviolite; and in Sturdy, which acts like a Focus Sash to allow at least one turn of setup and can be combined with a berry like Liechi or Salac to make this turtle even more dangerous.

Taking Cranidos

Cranidos
Type: Rock
Base stats: 67 HP / 125 Atk / 40 Def / 30 SpAtk / 30 SpDef / 58 Spe
Ability: Mold Breaker / Sheer Force (Unreleased)

Cranidos has been known since its very introduction as an absolute powerhouse, sporting the same base Attack as Gyarados and the highest in Little Cup. It is a perfect example of a glass cannon, as though its attack is utterly monstrous, its other stats range from average to poor. Luckily, it has just enough to shine in LC, most often carrying a Choice Scarf to abuse the terrifying power of its Head Smash. However, it also has decent coverage moves that hit many of the things that resist or take little damage from Head Smash, such as Ferroseed. In fact, Flamethrower or Fire Punch will more likely than not do a number to Ferroseed. It also can function reasonably well under Trick Room, though this is less seen. All in all, definitely do not disregard this fossil, or you will risk literally getting smashed to pieces.

edit: and mantyke

Mantyke
Type: Water / Flying
Base Stats: 45 HP / 20 Atk / 50 Def / 60 SpAtk / 120 SpDef / 50 Spe
Ability: Swift Swim / Water Absorb / Water Veil

Don't think this thing can't harm you just because it's cute. Mantyke is a very potent special attacker under the right conditions, using its great overall bulk to set up Agility or Rain Dance using Water Absorb or Swift Swim as an ability, respectively, then proceed to rip unprepared teams apart with Hydro Pump and pseudo-BoltBeam coverage in Ice Beam and Hidden Power Electric. It can also run fairly bulky sets as well thanks to the introduction of Eviolite, using the RestTalk strategy to great effect, spreading status with Toxic while doing decent damage with Hidden Power Flying. It can also use Scald over Toxic on the same set, spreading burns while doing decent damage at the same time. Whatever Mantyke runs, watch out.

Growlithe
Type: Fire
Base Stats: 55 HP / 70 Atk / 45 Def / 70 SpA / 50 SpD / 60 Spe
Ability: Intimidate / Flash Fire / Justified (Unreleased)

Growlithe is one of the most powerful Fire-types in LC. It's movepool is fantastic, granting it access to powerful moves like Flare Blitz, Wild Bolt, Crunch, Flame Charge and most notably Close Combat. It's Speed gives it the ability to run a Choice Scarf very effectively with it's good attacking stats. It can run physical, special or mixed, though the physical set is perhaps the best thanks to it's coverage.

Magnemite
Type: Electric/Steel
Base Stats: 25 HP / 35 Atk / 70 Def / 95 SpA / 55 SpD / 45 Spe
Ability: Magnet Pull / Sturdy / Analytic (Unreleased)

Magnemite has a niche in LC. It can trap Steels, removing them with a powerful STAB Thunderbolt. It's Special Attack is among the highest in LC. Magnemite's movepool is fairly limited, but it is just diverse enough to grant it the utility it needs. It can run a Substitute attacking set, Sub+Charge Beam, Magnet Rise, dual screens, Volt Switch, and many other useful moves. It is a threat to watch out for if you run Steel types, as Magnemite has little problem dealing with most of them.

Sorry Aerrow. I was busy. :(

Axew
Type: Dragon
Base Stats: 46 HP / 87 Atk / 60 Def / 30 SpA / 40 SpD / 57 Spe
Ability: Rivalry / Mold Breaker / Unnerve (Unreleased)

Axew has the highest base Attack out of all the Dragon-type pokemon. Even though it has a shallow movepool, it only has two moves that it can benefit from and that is Dragon Dance and Outrage. Axew also has the potential of running a Choice Scarf set to eliminate any threats quickly. With access to Rivalry, this increases Axew's Attack when it encounters the opposite gender and the ability, Mold Breaker, renders pokemon with Sturdy useless unable to flee from Axew's power. Of course, even with such power there are some drawbacks. Axew's flimsy defenses aren't the best therefore it can be easily annihilated. Still, when you confront Axew it should not be taken lightly.

The following Pokemon need to be edited as Vulpix is banned:
Bellsprout, Lickitung, Swablu, Vulpix.

I'll probably just end up tweaking those later though.

I'm also thinking about the following changes to the list:
-removing Abra, Aipom, Exeggcute, Petilil, and Tirtouga
-adding Ponyta and Porygon?

my reasoning being that the latter two are at least used, while the others really aren't (Eggy and Petilil really suck now that Vulpix is banned).

Also I'll probably edit some actual content into this post later.
EDIT:

Wooper
Type: Water / Ground
Base Stats: 55 HP / 45 Atk / 45 Def / 25 SpA / 25 SpD / 15 Spe
Ability: Damp / Water Absorb / Unaware

Despite Wooper's terrible stats, it is viable in LC thanks to its ability, Unaware. With Unaware and Eviolite, Wooper is able to check many set-up Pokemon in the tier, like Scraggy, Timburr, and Misdreavus. Wooper commonly runs Stockpile to boost its defenses, Recover to heal off damage, Toxic to help wear down opposing Pokemon, and then an attacking move, which is usually either Scald, Waterfall, or Earthquake. It also has other support options in the form of Yawn and Encore, and can boost its Attack using Curse instead of Stockpile.

Shellder
Type: Water
Base Stats: 30 HP / 65 Atk / 100 Def / 45 SpA / 25 SpD / 40 Spe
Ability: Shell Armor / Skill Link / Overcoat (Unreleased)

With Skill Link and Shell Smash, Shellder can become a very powerful offensive threat in just one turn by boosting its already impressive Base 65 Attack, as well as its Speed. Both Rock Blast and Icicle Spear got buffed this gen, giving Shellder essentially two Base 125 Power attacks to abuse. Shellder also has a new toy in Shell Blade, rounding out its coverage fairly nicely, and gets Ice Shard for priority to help beat Sucker Punch (and other priority) users.

I've updated the OP with the new submissions and I've implemented EM's suggestions (bar updating the 4 Pokemon which have Vulpix mentioned in their submissions). Additionally, I'm putting the following Pokemon up for grabs again due to inactivity and/or poor submissions:

 • Clamperl
 • Croagunk
 • Gastly
 • Houndour
 • Magnemite
 • Omanyte
 • Pawniard
 • Wynaut
 • Staryu
 • Snover
 • Shellder
 • Zorua
Lastly, the following Pokemon will be removed from the threatlist:

 • Archen
 • Bellsprout
 • Buizel
 • Darumaka
 • Growlithe
 • Joltik
 • Meowth
 • Elekid
 • Lickitung
 • Shelmet
 • Shroomish
 • Swablu

Clamperl
Type: Water
Base Stats: 35 HP / 64 Atk / 85 Def / 74 SpA / 55 SpD / 32 Spe
Ability: Shell Armor / Rattled

Clamperl got a major boost this generation in the form of Shell Smash. Shell Smash and DeepSeaTooth can skyrocket Clamperl's Special Attack to a stat of 68, as well as allowing it to outspeed a vast majority of the tier. Surf and Ice Beam are staple on Clamperl, while the last slot is usually some type of Hidden Power. Hidden Power Electric is used to hurt Water-types like Slowpoke, Mantyke, and Tentacool, while Hidden Power Fire easily KOes Ferroseed, who can survive any of Clamperl's other attacks.

Wynaut
Type: Psychic
Base Stats: 95 HP / 23 Atk / 48 Def / 23 SpA / 48 SpD / 23 Spe
Ability: Shadow Tag / Telepathy (Unreleased)

Wynaut, like Wobbufett, is used solely to abuse Shadow Tag. Encore allows Wynaut to grant-set up opportunities for its teammates, while Mirror Coat and Counter allow it to remove most Choice Scarf Pokemon, as well as other various other Pokemon, from the match with ease. Wynaut can also use Tickle to trap and kill Pokemon with a teammate that knows Pursuit (such as Stunky or Pawniard), or Destiny Bond to take an extra Pokemon out before it faints. Safeguard can be used to protect its teammates when it has used Encore on a status move.

EDIT:
Somehow I missed these from before... I edited them a little bit. We are now almost done!
masterful did Croagunk and Snover

Croagunk
Typing: Poison / Fighting
Base Stats: 48 HP / 61 Atk / 40 Def / 61 SpA / 40 SpD / 50 Spe
Ability: Anticipation / Dry Skin / Poison Touch (Unreleased)

While this poison frog may appear to be no more than yet another fighting type in a tier wading in fighting types, he possesses some key characteristics that separate him from the pack, most importantly, priority. With triple priority in Sucker Punch, Fake Out, and Vacuum Wave coming off of perfectly usable Base 61 attacking stats, he has the ability to come in on many threats and stop their sweep. He can also run Ice Punch to handle the Gligar lured in, as well as take advantage of his ability Dry Skin by switching in on any water attacks to heal off any residual he may have taken, be it from Life Orb or Sandstorm.

Snover
Typing: Grass / Ice
Base Stats: 60 HP / 62 Atk / 50 Def / 62 SpA / 60 SpD / 40 Spe
Ability: Snow Warning / Soundproof (Unreleased)

Behold the ice tree of Little Cup. Much like its big brother Abomasnow, Snover is most notable for his ability Snow Warning. This fantastic ability allows Snover to switch in and instantly change the weather to hail, disabling all other weathers that may have been in place prior. This unique ability gives Snover many roles, be it as a lead with stalling capacity or all-out attacking might, a Swords Dance set, a lure set, and even a Choice Scarf set to take advantage of hail removing the Speed boosts of other weather abusers. This, combined with the fact that it possesses a STAB Ice Shard, a trait very useful in Little Cup, make Snover a highly viable threat that can find a place on any team that fears weather or just wants a powerful stalling force.
NeoSeth did Magnemite

Magnemite
Type: Electric / Steel
Base Stats: 25 HP / 35 Atk / 70 Def / 95 SpA / 55 SpD / 45 Spe
Ability: Magnet Pull / Sturdy / Analytic (Unreleased)

Magnemite niche in LC is that it can trap and remove Steel-types from the match with Magnet Pull and its powerful special attacks. Magnemite's movepool is fairly limited, but it is just diverse enough to grant it the utility it needs. It can run a Substitute attacking set, Sub+Charge Beam, Magnet Rise, dual screens, Volt Switch, and many other useful moves. Magnemite commonly runs either Choice Scarf or Life Orb to boost its Speed or Special Attack. It is a threat to watch out for if you run Steel types, as Magnemite has little problem dealing with most of them.
i think some of these need to be updated with the recent bans (a lot of them mentioned those 4...)

i'll take clamperl

Clamperl
Type: Water
Stats: 35 HP / 64 Atk / 85 Def / 74 SpA / 55 SpD / 32 Spe
Abilitiy: Shell Armor / Rattled

As annoying as its bigger brother and sisters Huntail and Gorebyss are in the higher tiers, Clamperl is downright dangerous in Little Cup, thanks to its signature item, DeepSeaTooth. Holding this Clamperl reaches a monstrous 34 Special Attack without any boosts whatsoever. Combine this with access to Shell Smash, and you something that can only be stopped by revenge killers. Even then, after a Shell Smash boost not even Choice Scarf Chinchou will be outspeeding it, allowing it to wreak absolute havoc if unchecked by priority. Less threatening versions will often carry Eviolite to keep a semblance of Clamperl's nice bulk after a Shell Smash, but they too are very threatening. Overall, Clamperl is one of the biggest threats in Little Cup at the moment.

EDIT: EM 9.9

I guess I'll take staryu then

Staryu
Type: Water
Stats: 30 HP / 45 Atk / 55 Def / 70 SpA / 55 SpD / 85 Spe
Abilities: Natural Cure / Illuminate / Analytic

Similar to fellow echinoderm Starmie in OU, Staryu tends to work best a blazing fast sweeper with nice Special Attack and amazing coverage. Access to Rapid Spin doesn't hurt at all either, allowing it to support its teammmates in a way that doesn't involve ripping the opponent to shreds. Most Staryu are Life Orb sweepers, carrying the power to at worst 2HKO most of the metagame single-handed. Eviolite sets are not quite as threatening due to their lack of power, but they are still threats to watch out for. Choice sets can also be terrifying to face due to either the incredible Special Attack with Choice Specs or their blazing Speed with Choice Scarf. Either way, be sure to pack a surefire counter to Starmie because it has the potential to 6-0 teams otherwise!
