Choice Band
########
name: Choice Band
move 1: U-turn
move 2: Extremespeed
move 3: Iron Head
move 4: Ice Beam / Explosion
item: Choice Band
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
nature: Hasty

Moves
========

- probably the strongest U-turn in the game
- Extremespeed packs a serious punch, especially with a Download boost, and as a priority move is always useful
- Iron Head is even stronger than U-turn and smashes some of the things that think they can get cocky resisting U-turn
- Ice Beam is useful for hitting Dragons and Lando-T, although this requires some speed control support from a teammate
- Explosion because you're Batman and your parents are dead

Set Details
========

- Extremespeed is event only and prevents any nature besides Hasty from being used, but with Genesect's typing this should not be too much of a problem
- - (shiny Genesect is baller anyway)
- EV spread maxes Speed and damage output
- as Ice Beam is only used for things with a 4x weakness to Ice, no further investment in Special Attack is needed
- if running Explosion, move the 4 EVs to Defense

Usage Tips
========

- KILL SHIT
- U-turn easily grabs momentum and is very formidable with a Download boost, allowing Genesect to jump in and out of battle while still being very threatening
- since Genesect is moderately frail, it must rely on its Speed to avoid taking hits, although it can take certain resisted hits with ease (such as LO Latios's Psyshock)
- Extremespeed's capabilities are very important, allowing Genesect to pick off important threats after they've been weakened
- when something really needs to be dead RIGHT NOW, Iron Head is Genesect's strongest attack that doesn't kill itself and your partner at the same time
- it is best used as a hit and run attacker, scoring some big hits and getting out safely
- DON'T LEAVE IT IN ON HEAT WAVES

Isn't Blaze Kick worth a mention or slash on the final slot? Genesect is walled pretty hard by Steel-types otherwise. Ferrothorn, Aegislash, Amoonguss, and Jirachi are all good targets of this move; it's not all that bad if Genesect is stuck into it either (unless facing a Rain team).

yeah I didn't think of that because I'm using it with Zard-Y and needing coverage for those slipped my mind, will mention it
