I considered it, but actually they play in a vastly different way from priority damaging moves, to the point almost every section - how they play out, how to counter them, etc - would have required a whole different section for Prankster. Plus, if I were to include Prankster, why not including other moves with priority +1 or higher like Magic Coat? In the end, it would've make the article way too much broad to keep a focus. I hope it's a reasonable decision on my part. EDIT: Moreover, I'd like to note that Prankster Pokémon are vastly different from each other, a lot more than Pokémon sharing the same priority attack. Azumarill and Feraligatr may use Aqua Jet in differing ways, but not enough to change the way they're played out, and the way they're countered. On the other hand, each Prankster Pokémon has a unique set of "priority moves", making them impossible to be summed up in a couple paragraphs. Tornadus, Whimsicott, Sableye, Eviolite Murkrow... they all have their purposes, they play in completely different styles and they'd require a more focused analysis.
