Surf can't be used on this arena, as it has no external water source. I'll consider it an illegal action, since you are not allowed to surf.
Since Surf was used last round, this puts us in a little dillemma, so I need you choose an option:
a) We pretend it never happened, since this battle is almost over anyway.
b) Deadfox chooses an attacking move for the A2 of last round and for the A2 of this round and we carry on, just changing the damage done.
c) Deadfox reorders last round, I ref it and you reorder this round.
If anyone picks C we will go with that. If both pick A or B, then we go with A or B.

I'm happy to go B and use Crunch both times, it makes little difference and as you said this match is largely over either way.
I will play along with that. Crunch yields pretty much the same results.
