I think the idea was for you to put it into your analysis now.

I only asked since they didn't seem to make up their minds at that time. But if you want, I can do it for you, no problem. I'll let you decide what's best.

If SuperJOCKE is up to doing the defensive set, then I'd imagine it'd be better if he posted it at a later date separately. This is fine as it is now, so...

<Pp>Despite a glaring Stealth Rock weakness, a limited movepool, and a below average type coverage, Glaceon is a forced to be reckoned with in the NU tier. Nearly unstoppable under the guidance of Hail before it was banned, Glaceon's glory days seem to be now long forgotten. However, Glaceon still wields the most powerful Ice Beam and Blizzard in the game and with it's decent bulk,(comma) it can still plow through a myriadnumber of teams with Choice Specs. HiIts pure ice-Ice typing is a double-edged sword: it provides himit an awesome STAB, but on the other hand he'its got a load of weaknesses to common attacks (notably fFire and fFighting) and only one resistance. When using Glaceon now,(comma) you have to take advantage of hiits superb special attack; although, it can also be used for wish support or scouting with the use of Baton Pass. Glaceon useage may have had a reason to fall, but due to the suprise factor of such a hard hitting special attacker in NU, it may be more of an incentive to use it againby using Baton Pass.(period)

[SET]
name: Choice Specs

move 3: Shadow Ball
move 4: Wish/(space) /(space) Baton Pass
item: Choice Specs
ability: Snow Cloak / Ice body
nature: Modest
evs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk

[SET COMMENTS]

This is your classic Choice Specs set. Ice bBeam is the main move here, due to theits sheer power and good coverage of ice attacks, dealing huge damage to anything nothat doesn't resisting it. The given EV spread is to maximizes bulk and firepower; with it, for example, jolly scarf Braviary does 69.5% - 82% with Superpower, so even with Stealth Rock damage,(comma) Glaceon has a decent shot at surviving and KO-ingbeing able to KO back. Alternatively,(comma) you can run 64 HP / 252 SAtk / 192 Spe to outrun standard Absol plus other dangerous sweepers,(comma) such as Adamant Toterra and Adamant Ursaring. Hidden Power Ground provides good coverage, and lets Glaceon hit the rocky walls that will likely try to stop himit for super effective damage, and may catch a Magmotar bold enough to switch in thinking heit can sponge an iIce bBeam and fire-back hard, but beware of flyerFlying-types and levitators coming in for free. Shadow bBall lets him hit bulky pPsychics harder than iIce bBeam. The last slot is mainly filler, but both options have its merits: Wish may help in aid a wounded important member of the team, and it's reccommended with the bulkier spread to increase its healing capabilities; on the other hand, a dry Baton Pass lets Glaceon scout switch-ins, so you can keep the momentum .(period)

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Even with such power, there are going to be some dedicated special walls that can sponge Glaceon's assaults, such as Probopass, SpDefecially Defensive Regirock, Thick fFat Miltank, Lickilicky or Cryogonal; because of this, Sawk imakes a good partner, piercing through said pPokemon, thus helpallowing Glaceon to keep pounding the opposition without much restraints.(period) Due to the hit-and-run nature of any cChoiced set,(comma) and a glaring weakness to Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin support is reccommended as well, to give himit more chances to switch in. Hazards support is very welcomed too, helpingsince it helps Glaceon to do its job better,(comma) by making it harder for the aforementioned dedicated walls to stop him. Alternatively,(comma) you can use Hidden Power Fighting for "perfect" coverage, and to hit common switch-ins,(comma) such as Bastodion, Probopass, and even CryogonalCryogonal, Regirock and the Regisce hard without the inconveniences of being locked in a gGround-type move.

[Other Options]

You can try Choice Scarf,(comma) to outspeed many threatening sweepers, but the loss of power hurts. Alternatively, a Life Orb set with Fake Tears may be viable to deal with stall teams better, but it needs more support due to its Stealth Rock weakness plusalong with the Life Orb draining Glaceon's HP fast.(period) Blizzard is also an option in the fourth slot just for the sheer power, but beware of the 70% accuracy; because of that, it's reccommended to pair it with Ice Beam for insurance, due to its perfect accuracy and more pp'shigher PP.(period) You can also try other Hidden Power options, such as Grass or Rock in order to hit certain bothersome walls, should your team needs it. Glaceon can also attempt a Baton Pass set, which is viable thanks to hiits natural bulk and boosting options,(comma) such as Work Up, Barrier or even Wish

[Checks and Counters]

Even with that mighty Ice Beam causing terror among the opposition, there are some threats that you should watch out for. Normal-type bulky pPokemon,(comma) such as Lickilicky and Thick Fat Miltank have enough bulk to withstand Glacy's assaults, as well as dedicateand Special wWalls,(comma) such as Regice and Cryogonal,(comma) which are hard to break even with a super effective hidden power; have enough bulk to withstand Glaceon's assaults. Regice takes less damage but Cryogonal can spin rocks and other hazards, making it harder to break through. Bastodion and Probopass can tank iIce bBeams and sShadow bBalls as well, but they should beware of a 4x super effective hHidden pPowers.(period) Bulky wWaters as-types like Alomomola also perform well, resisting Ice bBeam, taking neutral damage from hHidden pPower gGround and Shadow Ball, and having reliable recovery in the form of Wish and Regenerator. Special defensive Flareon also works well, sponging most of Glaceon's attacks and threatening it with STAB-ed Fire-type ones. Still, the major problems Glaceon will face are faster,(comma) stronger, revenge killers with Super effective attacks, such as Sawk or Magmortar, whoich can check and scare himit away. And last but not least, Stealth Rock makes life hard for Glaceon, limiting hisits ability to switch ins drastically

Ok, before we go any further with this, the AC needs to be exapanded a bit. sirn asked me about this this last night and I said / think that more precise examples of teammates could be added. So, implement that check and then expand on the AC Alice.

Quick nitpick: "Bulky Water-types like Alomomola also perform well, resisting Ice Beam, taking neutral damage from Hidden Power Ground and Shadow Ball, and having reliable recovery in the form of Wish and Regenerator."

Regenerator isn't released on Alomomola yet.

Done with sirndpt's GP

About the Emboar thing, he hits almost all of the special walls real hard with his dual-stab: Lickilicky, thick fat miltank, the Regis, Bastodion, Probopass and Cryogonal... which are the most common defensive threats glacy will ever face.

And my mistake with regenerator alomomola >_<, I fixd it already (along with the rest of explanations)
