Well, the two challengers submitted their teams, but this battle came with a twist: that both challengers send in arenas with their teams, in order to be fused together!

Eternal Twister

A large mountain plateau, surrounded by a giant twister. It contains giant rocks, and shrapnel. It is also incredibly easy to manipulate...

During Clear Weather, a pokemon can spend 10 EN to combine the move "Twister" into any combination. During Sunny Weather, a pokemon can spend 10 EN to combine the move "Heat Wave" into any combination. During Rainy Weather, a pokemon can spend 10 EN to combine the move "Hurricane" into any combination. During Hail Weather, a pokemon can spend 10 EN to combine the move "Blizzard" into any combination. During Snadstorm Weather, a pokemon can spend 10 EN to combine the move "Sand Tomb" into any combination. The gusty winds also make sounds inaudiable, meaning that any move blocked by Soundproof that deals damage drops by 4 BAP, and any non-damaging move blocked by Soundproof fails.

Azumarill [Vellamo] (Female)
Nature: Jolly (+15% Spe, +5% Acc, -1 SpA)

Type:
Water: Water STAB; Can breathe and have excellent mobility when underwater, are less capable on land unless they are entirely amphibious.

Abilities:

Thick Fat (Innate): This Pokemon has a great deal of extra fat or muscle that increases its resistance to extreme heat or extreme cold, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire- and Ice-typed attacks to the next level of resistance (2x weak becomes neutral, neutral becomes resistance, etc.)
Huge Power (Trait): This Pokemon has immense inner strength that grows with its development, raising its Attack by one Rank for each evolution level (Baby = 1, Basic = 2, Stage 1 = 3). If Skill Swapped, the swapped Pokemon's Attack is only raised by one Rank.
Sap Sipper (DW) (Innate): This Pokemon lives on a steady diet of plants and has developed defenses to every Grass-type attack. When attacked with a Grass-type move, damage and effects are negated and the Pokemon gains a one (1) stage attack boost. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts.

Cloyster [Drake "The Fortress"] (Male)
Nature: Gentle (+1 SpD, -1 Def)

Info on Drake: Glacier was enjoying the sights of the seafoam islands as he passed through the southern boundaries of kanto. He was thrilled that a seemingly tropical island contained such icy extents. after going deep within the caverns there was a sudden crash! some belligerent fool in the cavern above was pushing boulders down holes! the sudden crashes caused the floor to break, and without warning Glacier fell into the icy torrents in the lower most floor. with very bad athletic abilities Glacier didnt last long, and quickly fell into unconsciousness.

when he woke up Glacier was inside a small crevice in the seafoam caves. cold and wet, he turned to his side to see a small but valiant shellder. Ever since that fateful rescue, Drake has been close to Glacier's heart. With wit and clever attacks Drake can change the tides o the match, and can even surprise opponents.

Type:
Water: Water STAB; Can breathe and have excellent mobility when underwater, are less capable on land unless they are entirely amphibious.
Ice: Ice STAB; immune to freezing and Sheer Cold, no vision loss or damage in Hail or snowstorm conditions, perfectly accurate and 30% Protect breaking Blizzard in Hail. Superior senses and mobility in frozen caves and other frigid arenas.

Abilities:
Shell Armor: (Innate) This Pokemon’s thick, bony outer shell prevents it from taking critical hits.
Skill Link: (Innate) This Pokemon’s skillfull aim makes its multi-hit moves always hit 5 times. The Energy Cost of multi-hit attacks is increased by three (3)
Overcoat (DW): (Innate) This Pokemon has a sturdy exterior that rebuffs the elements, making it immune to damage inflicted by bad weather.

My arena selection- Glacier Falls:

Flavor-A pristine and lovely location for a refreshing battle! The area is circular, 150 feet long and wide. Surrounding the whole arena is a large mountain/glacier range, which spills refreshing mineral water from four different places (north,south,east and western most parts)
if that confuses you, here's a tiny picture!
--.--
-.O. -
--. --
The dots represent where there are water falls. the circle is the arena itself. The dashes are mountain and glacier

Now as i said, the arena is surrounded by sheer cliffs of mountains and Glaciers, so using them in rock attacks have a 50% of making the attack iced typed. The ground is soft and thick with sweet grass, but its not tall enough to hide or perturb movement. The water spilling from the waterfalls pool up around the circle in places, and there is also a constant and heavy mist. This area is quite chilly, with the temperature being 33 Degrees Fahrenheit. There are 13 evergreen trees located in the area, scattered on the flat plain. They are 30 feet tall, and their branches stretch out 8 feet. They are full and plump, and can be used to hide behind/climb/break/etc.

Mechanics-
-Ice pokemon get refreshed by the beauty and mist of the Glacier Falls, and if it is inflicted with a status, it is removed at the end of the round
-The mist is thick, and all non Water or Ice pokemon lose a flat 10% accuracy
-External rock usage might use parts of a glacier instead. When a rock move is used, there is a 50% chance it becomes ice typed
Here are the rules:

3vs3 Singles
FEs With 40 moves or less allowed
1 Substitution
2 Day DQ battlers/ref
3 Recoveries/7 Chills
Abilities = All
Items = All
Switch = OK

AND HERE'S THE NEW ARENA:

This is a very strange arena. Almost as if it was haphazardly melded together...In any case, weather works very strangely here, despite it being a cave carved deep in the ice...

MECHANICS:
- Weather costs half the normal EN to activate
- The mist is thick, and all non Water or Ice pokemon lose a flat 10% accuracy
- External rock usage might use parts of a glacier instead. When a rock move is used, there is a 50% chance it becomes ice typed

Sue me I'm lazy.

Please send out your Pokemon, Glacier! Then df sends out and orders, and Glacier orders!

And the battle (finally) begins! Kelvin takes the initiative, Knocking Off the opponent's Sun Stone! That should give him an edge! But the walking flower retaliates by accessing her Hidden Power inside of her, giving a nasty flame-powered blast to the Syclant! And accessing that power must have made the Syclant angry as he unleashes the retaliation of a Blizzard! As the Sunflora comes back down to the ground after blast, she taps into the Earth's Power for a powerful blast! But what's this? The icy Bug-type tries again with another Blizzard, this time striking its target! Wow! That's some power! But it isn't over yet, as the Sunflora accesses her Hidden Power once more! This match is looking pretty one-sided, with Kelvin utterly making that flower wilt! But can dogfish44 turn it around? Stay tuned!

Syclant has compound eyes, which gives him 30% more accuracy this makes blizzard 100% accurate

Also he has technician, so that knock off should have more power
Annnnd you have to roll for flora's moves to hit, since she loses 10% accuracy in the mist

Encore: The Pokemon gives its opponent an enthusiastic round of applause. The target is so flattered that it can’t help but repeat its last action for the next two (2) of its actions.
