Glalie is awesome because it's Pokedex entry says it's immune to Fire.

[Overview]

Glalie is mostly outclassed as a Spiker. Bad typing, mediocre stats, and an inconvenient matchup against common leads do not help it at all. However, it does have a niche, and that is being a decent suicide lead. With Taunt, Spikes, and Explosion, Glalie can often set up several layers of Spikes while preventing opposing entry hazards and is often useful for offensive teams.

[SET]
name: Suicide Spiker
move 1: Spikes
move 2: Taunt
move 3: Explosion
move 4: Ice Beam
item: Focus Sash
ability: Inner Focus
nature: Hasty / Naive
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

This set allows Glalie to bring tremendous support to offensive Spikes-stacking teams. Spikes brings many opponents into KO range and helps offensive teammates in general. With Glalie's decent Speed allowing it to outpace most leads bar Scolipede, Taunt is a great move that prevents them from setting up entry hazards of their own. Explosion allows Glalie to go out with a bang after laying down Spikes and can hurt many frail opponents. Glalie also outspeeds all of the spinners in NU, and with Explosion, it can kill itself and prevent the opponent from using Rapid Spin, thus preserving its Spikes for another turn. Ice Beam is capable of 2HKOing Golem and Golurk, though most of the time, Glalie would rather be setting up Spikes.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Ice Fang and Avalanche are alternatives to Ice Beam that allow Glalie to nab a 2HKO against Roselia, but they actually fail to 2HKO Golem, which is more common. Ice Shard is another option, as it is a priority move that allows Glalie to grab some small damage and gives it a chance to OHKO Jumpluff before it uses Sleep Powder.

Because Glalie gives its team such great Spikes support, teammates that can take advantage of Spikes are appreciated. For example, Charizard, Swellow, and Primeape love Spikes support to nab extra KOs and force switches. They also prefer to have their side clear of entry hazards and can take advantage of the free switch provided by Explosion. Like with any suicide lead, spinblockers are good teammates as they can keep the Spikes up after Glalie has fainted. Golurk and Misdreavus are effective spinblockers, and the latter even enjoys Spikes being up on the opponent's side of the field. Because Rock-type opponents, such as Golem and Armaldo, often threaten Glalie, teammates that can set up on or threaten them are appreciated. Gorebyss and Samurott can easily set up on Rock-types and also benefit from Spikes to score additional kills.

[Other Options]

Icy Wind is an option to slow down faster leads and switch-ins before using Explosion. Earthquake can be used to catch the likes of Probopass and Bastiodon by surprise. Glalie can use Rain Dance and act as a rain setter which can also set up Spikes and give free switches to teammates with Explosion. Super Fang can be used to deal a huge chunk of damage to things that lack reliable recovery, such as Probopass and Regirock, and help weaken walls for offensive teams to take advantage of. Toxic can be used to cripple some walls like Regirock and Alomomola. Body Slam can be used to help spread paralysis for the team, although Glalie is better off setting up Spikes, Exploding, and letting its teammates do the rest of the work. A Normal Gem can be used to beef up the power of Explosion, but without Focus Sash, Glalie is no longer guaranteed two layers of Spikes against slower targets. Disable might be a neat option, but since it is illegal with Spikes, it should never be used. Crunch can be used to hit Ghost-types coming in to block Explosion, although many of them can be beaten through other means anyway. A fully offensive set can be used; however, it is mostly outclassed by Piloswine and Beartic, and it is best for Glalie to stick to its own niche of setting up Spikes instead.

[Checks and Counters]

Bastiodon and Probopass are two of the best counters to Glalie, as they can bounce back both Spikes and Taunt with Magic Coat, take little damage from its attacks, and can set up Stealth Rock against it. Carracosta and Gurdurr are bulky enough to tank hits and can either set up on Glalie or KO it with a combination of a powerful STAB move and priority. Golem and Armaldo can KO Glalie through its Focus Sash, although Golem finds a little trouble switching in. Generally, most opponents that are faster than Glalie can either limit it to one layer of Spikes or force it to use Explosion early. Glalie is also beaten by most common leads due to its lack of power, bulk, and bad defensive typing.

-------------------------------------------------

Skeleton:

[Overview]
- Bad matchup vs most leads
- Outclassed as a Spiker
- Niche is in Taunt + Spikes + Explosion = decent suicide lead
- Decent speed, can usually get up 1-2 layers of spikes and prevent hazards

[SET]
name: Suicide Spiker
move 1: Spikes
move 2: Taunt
move 3: Explosion
move 4: Ice Beam
item: Focus Sash
ability: Inner Focus
nature: Hasty / Naive
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
- Spikes can help many offensive teams
- Outspeeds most leads bar Scolipede and can taunt them
- Go off with a bang after it's done its job, Explosion can hurt many frail things that try to defeat glalie
- Also faster than all spinners so it can self spinblock ie. kill itself so they can't spin because hey no target
- Ice Beam can 2HKO Golem and Golurk

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
- Ice Fang can 2HKO Rose but you actually fail to 2HKO Golem (which is embarrassing)
- Ice Shard: decent priority move, chip damage, chance to KO Jumpluff before Sleep Powder
- Teammates that take advantage of Spikes
- Eg. Charizard, Jynx like Spikes and appreciates no SR, can also take advantage of free switch by explosion
- Other things like Swellow, Primeape and Tauros love Spikes to nab KOs and force switches
- Spinblockers to keep spikes up otherwise glalie does its job for nothing
- Golurk can spinblock and set up rocks for offensive teams. Takes care of Rock and fighting moves
- Missy can beat fighting types as well
- things that beat rock types that threaten it
- Samurott and Gorebyss can set up on them, appreciates spikes

[Other Options]
- Icy Wind slows down switch-ins and faster leads before booming
- Earthquake catches Probo and Bastiodon by surprise
- Spiker for rain team especially Explosion allows it to spinblock and get straight into action
- Super Fang to deal a chunk vs things that have unreliable recovery and take little damage from Ice Beam (eg. Probo, Regirock), can help weaken walls for the team
- Toxic cripples things like Regirock, mola
- Body Slam can spread paralysis but glalie is better off exploding and letting a teammate wreck
- Normal Gem to beef up Explosion can KO more things (Samurott, Scolipede etc) but it can no longer get up a guaranteed 2 layers of Spikes
- Disable, but lack of a good typing, plus it's illegal with Spikes
- Crunch can sorta hit ghosts coming in on explosion
- HP Grass for a OHKO on Toad but is limited to that since Ice Beam also 2HKOs Golem

[Checks and Counters]
- Bastiodon can bounce back Taunt with Magic Coat and set up rocks in its face
- Carracosta and Gurdurr can tank hits, KO it with the combo of powerful STAB + priority
- Golem and Armaldo can KO through its sash though can't really switch in
- Most faster opponents can either limit it to one layer or force it to use Explosion earlier = no spikes
- Beaten by almost all common leads thanks to lack of power and bulk, and really bad typing

"- Golem and Armaldo can KO through its sub though can't really switch in" - i think you mean sash
I would take out Frillish and Lampent from Checks and Counters because they're not too common/viable in this meta and after getting Taunted, Frillish is easy 3 layers of Spikes.
Also even though Glalie is beaten by most common leads (which isn't really a thing anyways), it can usually prevent hazards on your side of the field as well as getting up at least 1 layer of Spikes which is pretty good for really offensive teams.
Mention Earthquake in OO because it can catch stuff like Probopass by surprise and also mention Toxic in OO to cripple certain mons before it dies such as Regirock or Alomomola.
Add Gurdurr in CC because it can Drain Punch recovering any possible damage from Ice Beam and then Mach Punch on the sash.
I'd remove Light Screen from OO because thats pretty pointless especially with no Reflect or Light Clay.
I guess you could add Super Fang in OO too just to cripple something that doesn't get much recovery such as Regirock or Probopass which can be helpful for certain mons on your team.
When you state 'Teammates that take advantage of Spikes', add examples such as Swellow, Primeape or Tauros that love Spikes.

Do that and ill check this once you do it.

remove Frillish keep Lampent.

Ice Shard for AC for sure

Also mention that because Glalie outspeeds all the spinners, it can use explosion as a pseudo spinblock for itself. Exploding on Armaldo might seem silly, but it won't be able to spin that turn and you can safely bring in a counter. That is why I would use explosion. It lessens the need for a spinblocker somewhat.

Also make sure you dont speak to badly about Glalie, it isn't a "bad" spiker. It is outclassed right now, but its still a decent Pokemon.

add this and what annoyer said and 1/3 this is ready :)

Well the point about it self spinblocking isn't exactly true. It simply KOs itself with Explosion so that Rapid Spin fails to hit (and thus can't spin hazards away), which also allows you to bring in something that can scare the potential spinner out. Change that point to reflect that. You mention Ice Shard, but I feel like you should give at least one reason to even bother mentioning it in AC (like the fact that it has a small shot of OHKOing Jumpluff before it can Sleep Powder you). Another interesting point you should add to Set Comments is the fact that Glalie is faster than most hazard users besides Scolipede (I guess Pinsir, and faster variants of Miltank and Gabite). Other than that, there really isn't much to add.

Ice Beam is only a 4HKO on physically defensive Seismitoad, not a 2HKO so don't include that mon at all. When writing this up specifically bring up that Exploding on a Rapid Spin user will block the Rapid Spin as there will be no target to hit.

[Other Options]
Don't include Life Orb, it's just a bad idea as Glalie's purpose is not to get direct damage, but rather set up Spikes. Weather Ball is not really relevant for it being used as a rain Spiker. It's gonna suicide Spike so in that scenerio there wouldn't be rain up for Weather Ball's effect to activate, plus Ice Beam is infinitely better regardless. Rain Dance on it I guess would be ok, but the main draw is definitely Explosion allowing it to block spin without forcing the rain team to have a spinblocker and to let the rain team get straight into action.

When you mention Disable, the main reason to never use it is because it's illegal with Spikes.

[Checks and Counters]
Don't include Missy here, Glalie is faster since it actually invests in Speed and can Taunt Missy's Taunt and just Spikes up. Change mention of Probopass using Magic Coat to Bastiodon using Magic Coat; Bastiodon is a much more common user of that. When talking about Costa and Gurdurr instead of what you have just say that they make it so Glalie only gets up a single layer of Spikes thanks to Waterfall/Drain Punch + Aqua Jet/Mach Punch.

I wouldn't include Lampent or Regirock either because they don't stop Glalie from getting up 2 layers of Spikes. Instead of specifically Sawk and Zard just say faster Pokemon can force it to only get up one layer or make it Explode, resulting in no Spikes going up.

Do it and I'll stamp.

EDIT: BS ninja'd. All my stuff above still applies, please don't write it until you implement.

Given that this is a suicide Spiker, perhaps having Normal Gem mentioned in AC would be beneficial for a stronger Explosion. You get to OHKO things like offensive Scolipede and Samurott, probably other things too.

Implemented ebeast's changes, but put Normal Gem into OO because you're otherwise not getting up your guaranteed 2 layers and the point is mainly to self spinblock and bring something in anyway.

Sweet Jesus

Neal and Jack and me, absent lovers...
I'd replace the mention of ice fang with a mention of avanlance. The 5 base power difference really won't change shit and while it's seems stupid to use avalanche with max speed, it'll still hit faster threats much harder which is notable considering your opponent will just try to kill off glalie as quick as possible to not have to deal with max layers of spikes up (and so he will inflict damage which is necessary to double avalanche's power). We'd just have to make sure avalanche is legal with all the other moves, but I'm pretty sure it is.

(EDIT: nvm thought avalanche didn't have negative prio though it might deserve a mention anyway just not a replacement)

Glalie can utilize Rain Dance and can be used as a decent Spiker; it can also use Explosion to reduce the need for a spinblocker and get its teammates straight into the action after setting up rain.
Idk if this is QC or GP job but it's a little weird. The way you say it seems to explain spikes and explosion are other options too when they're in the main set. I'd replace it with something like this: Glalie can also be used as a rain setter which also sets up spikes and can leave a free switch by exploding.

Hidden Power Grass can be used to OHKO Seismitoad, but that's where its usefulness ends.
seismitoad leads (just specify toad often leads)

Maybe mention a fully offensive set in other options but that it's usualy outclassed by piloswine

Gorebyss and Samurott can easily set up on Rock-types and also appreciate benefit from Spikes support [Changing the wording as you said the same thing with Golurk already.] to help nab score extra KOs additional kills [Same deal; you said "nab extra KOs" already so I'd suggest to reword this part here.].

A Normal Gem can be used to beef up the power of Explosion, but without a Focus Sash, Glalie is no longer guaranteed two layers of Spikes against slower targets. Disable can be used, but Glalie; however it has a bad typing for taking to take advantage of it and it is illegal with Spikes.

Bastiodon is one of the best counters to Glalie, being able to bounce back both Spikes and Taunt via Magic Coat, taking little damage from Glalie's moves, and having the ability to set up Stealth Rock in its face. Glalie is also beaten by most common leads thanks due to its lack of power, and bulk, as well as its and bad defensive typing.

Nice job bud, this is nicely written.

Worked over Fuzznip's check

Ice Shard is another option as it is a priority move that allows Glalie to grab some small damage and gives it a chance to OHKO Jumpluff before it uses Sleep Powder.
Add a comma before "as."

Golurk and Misdreavus can effectively spinblock; Golurk also appreciates Spikes support from Glalie.
This looks really awkward to me with the semi-colon there. Change it to something like "Golurk and Misdreavus both serve as effective spinblockers, and the latter even enjoys Spikes being up on the opponent's side of the field." Doesn't have to be exactly that, but something along those lines.

Disable can be used, but Glalie has a bad typing to take advantage of it and it is illegal with Spikes.
If it's illegal with Spikes, it can't be used, so I'd just say, "Disable might be a neat option, but because it is illegal with Spikes, it should never be used."

Bastiodon is one of the best counters to Glalie, being able to bounce back both Spikes and Taunt via Magic Coat, taking little damage from Glalie's moves, and having the ability to set up Stealth Rock in its face.
added Probopass to this because all of the things you said about Bastiodon are true of it as well, and then just changed the wording because it was awkward.

"Bastiodon and Probopass are two of the best counters to Glalie, as they can bounce back both Spikes and Taunt with Magic Coat, take little damage from its attacks, and can set up Stealth Rock against it."

Other than that, this is good. Make these changes in addition to the ones you added from Fuzznip and:
