Also, I need to adress something in regards to this.
There is no way in hell you, as the first checker, can determine if an analysis needs 3 checks or not. You can say an analysis might need it, but not decide if an analysis really needs a third check before the second check is made.
You can only request a third check after you've done the second check, hope that is clear now. Adding this to the OP too.
