Just a little something that I like is on every single one of my teams.

Giratina-Origin @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Calm Nature
- Curse
- Substitute
- Milk Drink
- Shadow Ball

I don't know about it, I happen to really like Giratinas doing their job or walling. This can also be switched with Giratina-A for more bulk, but I run Gira-O for the shadow ball

EDIT: lol forgot to take off the level 1000 for custom games...
EDIT2: 151st post in the thread... should've made it a mew set

You might want to run griseous orb for the anti trick and the boost. Other than that giratina o is lackluster with its dented defenses against common threats like mega mewtwo x

just a question, why do people use milk drink instead of recover and stuff like that? their all the same!
Idk... Sometimes i just like the absurdity of an extremely masculine pokemon using a move like milk drink XD

No other reason

EDIT: the only way they would be different was if you're using protean... but almost no one uses protean...

Don't forget imprison. Always be diverse with your healing moves, just so that imprison healing doesn't hurt you. Very legit strategy.

Yeah, change your levels to 100. That's the max allowed.

Every recovery move is the same:
16pp, heals 50% of hp, normal type

only exception is heal order which is bug type (which makes a difference if you're using protean)\

wonderguard+focuspunch seems like a nice combo that more people should start using

When I think hackmons, I think: stall. This is a stall-breaking set that could cripple two pokemon at once. Got the idea from Pacifistmons.

Lugia @ Assault Vest
Ability: Klutz
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Def / 252 SDef / 252 Atk / 252 HP / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Trick
- Substitute
- Whatever support move you want/Knock Off
- Skill Swap

Basically you can get a permanent taunt that cannot be magic bounced, so that's a good thing. Then you can utilize their item while forcing a switch with skill swap. Knock off the incoming thing and its use is complete.
This thing is absolutely devastating to stall teams, although giving up a team slot for it might not be agreeable.

So, what do you think of this?

I've used Klutzvest, and it's pretty great at crippling stall mons as you mentioned. However, you have to be pretty careful with your knock off usage afterwards so you don't uncripple your target. Also, if you mispredict and end up giving AV to a pivot with u-turn/volt switch you've made your life a bit harder. Also few will forget the set so try not to predictably Trick asap against repeat opponents. Changing up your Klutz mon regularly also helps.

Also, minor nitpick: you didn't zero out the Atk EVs on that set and your HP IVs+EVs result in an even number, which is bad against hazards/status and means you can't sub as much.

Just a question about that last part... do you just make sure your HP stat isn't divisible by 4? just wondering... i've seen that strategy used alot

Entertainment has more pp, you should use that instead
