Moves
========
Heat Wave is nice STAB, hits both the oppo.
Earth Power for great coverage.
Protect to scout the opposing move and gives the chance to the partner to kill the opposing Pokemon.
Substitute can be used to get a free and safe turn when you are sure that Heatran won't be attacked. It is also a good status blocker.
Ancient Power for coverage (Talonflame for example)

Set Details
========
Leftovers is a nice recovery if used with Substitute, while Charcoal is preferred with sets that don't have Substitute.
Modest nature to increase the amount of damage done.
252 SpA for damage.
184 Spe to outspeed a good part of the opposing Pokemon.
72 HP for filler.
This spread can also be used: 4HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Usage Tips
========
The aim of this set is dealing a lot of damage and getting free turns with the partner thanks to Protect and Substitute. It is great against follow me and Rage Powder users because it can hit them with SE moves.

Team Options
========
Due to its medium speed, Heatran is great to pair with a Tailwind user; while Fake Out users and Amoonguss can help it to use Substitute safely. Pokemon that can deal with Ground-types are great because they cover its weaknesses.

Eruption deals great damages.
Heat Wave becomes a better choice when HP are lower.
Protect helps with Priorities, to scout or to wait for the Trick Room being set.
Earth Power for coverage.

Set Details
========
Shuca Berry for Ground-type moves. Charcoal nice alternative.
Modest Nature and 252 SpA to deal a lot of damage especially with Eruption.
252 HP for bulk.

Usage Tips
========
This set is very simple to use: once Trick Room is set, just use powerful moves to weaken the opposing team. Eruption is used when HP are high, Heat Wave when they become lower.

Team Options
========
Of course it has to be paired with a Trick Room user like Cresselia, Reuniclus. Helping Hand, Fake Out, Quick Guard are good support moves to deal with Priority and to do bigger damages

calling tran a sweeper is pretty misleading since its mostly used bc it can switch in on a ton of common threats and not necessarily because it destroys large portions of the metagame

On the previous analysis, the sets were down as 'Special Attacker', and 'Eruptran' just stick with those names.

i also wouldn't slash ancientpower behind substitute because subtran and all out attacker tran play completely different roles. i would prefer heatran just had 2 sets. speaking of which drop eruptran cause camel is cooler now. it can go in oo cause it has a diff typing, but heatran has way better things to be doing.

If you really want to do Heatran, you have to post the completed skeleton before reserving it. And that's if someone else doesn't reserve it by then of course
