As you can see, a Compound-Eye Syclant does a lot of damage with STAB Blizzard and Bug Buzz, even without Tail Glow (I couldn't use it against Cressy, but it still almost OHKOed). 50% from SR won't be much if he can't even be attacked after that.
The problem of course, if he is attacked after that. As you can see, random Focus Sashes will be a problem, but you can't add SandStream or Syclant will die, fast. Very fast. Otherwise, imagine the damage he can do after a Tail Glow. He did 92% to Cresselia with Bug Buzz, and a Cresselia is very very sturdy. Not only that, he has access to accurate Focus Blast and Blizzard.
