I noticed in the move set's for Blissey that she had a wish set. The only thing is that, as far as I am aware, Blissey doesn't learn wish. I checked her move pool, breeding, move tutor's, dream world, and none of them list wish as a possibility for her. Is there something that I don't know?

How does Blissey learn Wish?

Blissey obtained Wish from a 3rd generation event that occurred ages ago. Several online Pokedexes won't list Wish in her normal Pokedex, but if you check most any event database, it should list a distribution of wish Chansey from all the way back in 2005.
