A wise but incredibly haughty pokemon, Elaine's tendency to look down on just about everyone (including her "mon-keigh" trainer) gets her into trouble more often than not. She claims that she can see the future, although no one in the team is buying it.

Flying: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks outside extremely odd circumstances even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Enhanced aerial mobility. Superior senses in open air arenas.
