Well, looks like we've got a fearsome pair of Rhyhorn ready to throw down in today's match. Keep your eye on that tiny Azurill and the equally small Surskit, though. I have a feeling they'll have a HUGE impact on today's match-up. That's enough of my yapping, though. Why don't we start things off?

Battle Flow:
1. Huntofthelion will send out a Pokémon.
2. NyxNocturne will send out a Pokémon and issue actions.
3. Huntofthelion will issue actions.
4. I will ref.
5. Huntofthelion will issue actions.

9. Start from step 3.

So send out your first Pokémon, Hunt!

Alrght then,Let hit the floor, Turtwig(Sheldon)!

Let sttart with a curse to bulk up,then we'll fire off a seed bomb, then a Mega drain to get back any of that lost health,eh Sheldon?

EDIT:(Figure it was obvious but jic Turtwig is Overgrow btw)

Alright Azurill lets get started!

First use encore on his curse to buy yourself a bit of time. Then lets cool things down with a Blizzard. Follow up with Double Team (2 clones) to set us up for next round.

Okay, so this battle is going to start off with Hunt's aptly named Azurill and Nyx's Shelgon, I mean Sheldon. The battlers get into an offensive stance and stare each other down. Being faster, Sheldon starts things off with a Curse. Instead of being offended, Azurill is enthralled and gives Sheldon an Encore!

Being excited about the Encore; Sheldon lets out another Curse. Azurill takes advantage of this by summoning a fiercely cold Blizzard. This chills Sheldon and his Curses provide no warmth to this special attack.

Frustrated by the sudden outbreak of violence, Sheldon lets out a final Curse. Azurill decides to take this opportunity to create two clones of herself with a Double Team.

Well, wasn't that an exciting round? I appologize for the foul language, but these Pokémon matches can get intense. And we finish the round out with a look at our battlers:

Good job buddy, way to make your teammates proud!

Lets turn on the Charm to lower his attack, he looks like he's getting a bit too strong. Then use Waterfall and while he's still wet follow through with another Blizzard. And don't worry if he starts cursing at you, so far he's been all talk.

Alright,Sheldon, great job with all those obscenities!

First off,Use protect to prevent that Charm, and then shoot some Razor Leaves at all of his various images, and then fire off a powerful Seed Bomb to teach that Azurill we won't fall easily for it's Wiles!

So we begin round two of this exciting battle with Sheldon the Turtwig squaring off against three Azurill. He stands poised to attack but he can't discern which is the real Azurill. Being faster Azurill and her two clones make a move toward Sheldon. Expecting a fearsome attack the Sheldon Protects himself with a barrier of energy. Instead of attacking the three Azurill strike the cutest poses you've ever seen in an attempt to Charm the Turtwig but he misses out on the cuteness of this maneuver because his vision is obscured by the barrier.

Angry that Sheldon spurned her advances the tiny Azurill musters her Huge Power and charges at Sheldon. At the last moment she jumps straight in the air and sprays some water. She lands on Sheldon in a mighty Waterfall! Despite the the sheer force of the attack Sheldon shrugs it off with his resistance to water and his defensive boosts. Azurill seems unfazed as though damage wasn't her goal with this attack. Sheldon backs up and sends a flurry of Razor Leaves at Azurill and her clones. He spends a little extra energy to spread the attack between all three Azurill. The two clones disappear while Azurill takes minor damage from the spread-out attack.

Determined to do some damage to her opponent Azurill summons another fierce Blizzard. Because he is still wet from Azurill's last attack Sheldon is at a greater risk of freezing but he manages to shake off the ice as it begins to form on his tough hide. The attack still damages him badly, however. In retaliation Sheldon fires huge seeds from his mouth hitting Azurill with a Seed Bomb. Still regaining her composure from the Blizzard, Azurill receives CRITICAL damage from the Seed Bomb. Sheldon looks happy with himself as his boosts fade a little.

What drama! What excitement! The two battlers, a little worse for the wear stand about five feet from each other. There are patches of ice around Sheldon from where the water from the Waterfall was frozen in the Blizzard. The remains of exploded seeds are scattered around Azurill. Let's take a look at the battlers stat before NyxNocturne makes his next move:

GREAT JOB, Sheldon!

Now Let's show that Azurill who's boss and spin up a little Sand Tomb to keep Azurill still while you Do a little Swords Dance(and make a little love), and then get down tonight by slamming her out of the Sand Tomb with Superpower.

Alright Azurill we got this, lets start wrapping it up.

Wait until he tries to trap you with sand tomb and use your amazing Splash powers to jump over it. Since he wants to dance why don't we provide the music? Use Sing to put the turtle to sleep. Finish the round off with a nice Blizzard to put a dent in him.

Okay, time for round 3. The battlers are getting fairly tired, now, but they still have plenty of fight left in them.

Regaining some speed he lost from his cursing Sheldon is once again faster than Azurill. He uses that speed to catch Azurill in a Sand Tomb for decent damage. Azurill attempts to Splash his way out of the sand and she somehow manages to get free! She bounces out of the quicksand and rolls along the ground towards Sheldon.

Sheldon looks pretty surprised to see Azurill so close but he does a Swords Dance anyway. He thrusts his hips from side to side suggestively and it seems Azurill enjoys the show. She begins to Sing along to the dance. Sheldon, as thick as his head is, doesn't notice the Azurill's flirting and instead remains focused on his dance.

Done with his dancing, and quite happy with himself, Sheldon shows off his new found strength with a devastating Superpower! That dealt a real wallop to Azurill. There's no love lost between these two as Azurill goes right after Sheldon with another bitter Blizzard!

Wow, some real fireworks this round! The fact that these two are still standing speaks volumes about their toughness. Let's check out their stats before we let Hunt give his orders:

Alright,Sheldon!
I'm so proud of you, you've done so well!

Round 4 is starting now and you get the feeling that at least one of these Pokémon isn't making it out of this round.

Following the success of last round Sheldon decides to reuse his strategy from last round. He starts getting low and shaking his tail feathers with a Swords Dance. This elicits nothing but anger from Azurill as she summons up another Blizzard doing heavy damage to the Grassy Turtwig.

Looking for the knockout Sheldon responds with another vicious Superpower doing massive damage to Azurill. Taking advantage of the hole in Sheldon's defense Azurill delivers a Slam that deals heavy damage to Sheldon.

Both battlers are pretty much done, now. It looks like the next hit would put either one down for the count. It looks like the faster monster, Sheldon, is going to be the one to land that blow. He shoots a strange green beam at Azurill landing a health leeching Mega Drain that finishes to poor blue mouse off. Sheldon restores a little health while Azurill is knocked out. Let's get that poor little guy back in his Pokéball while we give Sheldon 1 KO Counter.

NyxNocturne is up first, but we've got to wait for Huntofthelion to send out his next Pokémon. Let's look at the stats while we wait:

YES!! Great Job Sheldon! Everything went jut a expected! Now,this Larvesta is going to fuck out hit up,so use Sand tomb to keep it around! Then use another Mega drain if possible, and finalize your own demise with a barrage of Razor Leaves!

If he uses an offensive attack, use protect instead of the ordered move, but only once!

After last round ended with a knockout you get the feeling that this round can only end the same way. We've got Sheldon the very tired Turtwig on the one side and a full health Larvesta on the other. Larvesta looks ready to go and with his extreme type advantage it's easy to see why.

Larvesta makes the first move launching a fierce spray of Ember right at Sheldon. The Turtwig looks like he was ready for this as he readies a barrier of energy to Protect himself from the attack.

Larvesta doesn't look too discouraged by this as he follows that attack immediately with the much more powerful Fire Blast. Sheldon is engulfed in the flames for a few seconds before they die down. The heat was just too much for the poor guy and he was knocked out! Larvesta receives 1 KO Counter!

Now Hunt is up next as soon as Nyx sends out his next Pokémon. While we wait let's once again check out those stats:

Well this isn't a great matchup for you Larvesta but lets make the most of it.

Start off with Ember and pray we get the burn. Follow that up with a String Shot to slow him down and set him up for our last attack. Solar Beam while he's still stuck in the string and take advantage of that massive grass weakness.

Alright Unicron, you've got the advantage at this point! But let not waste it and get hit with that Solarbeam!

Start off with a Rock Blast to punish the little bugger, then use Fire Fang to burn away that trapping String Shot, and finish up with a Rock Tomb to trap him for next round!

So Nyx calls back Sheldon and sends out Unicron, a hulking tank of a Rhyhorn. You get the feeling things aren't going to end well for Larvesta. That Rhyhorn looks like he could eat a horde of Larvesta for breakfast.

The battlers face each other and before the bulky Unicron can even get his feet set Larvesta charges right at him. Leaping over the great rock monster at the last minute Larvesta rains down Ember all over him. It does decent damage despite the resistance. What's this? It looks like Rhyhorn's been burned! That's an unfortunate turn of events for Nyx. Let's see how Unicron responds! He takes a moment to shake the Embers off before unleashing a Rock Blast right at the fiery moth. Three great big stones crush the puny bug for BIG damage. Hard to believe that attack came from a burned Pokémon considering the sheer force of it.

Not wanting to waste any time Larvesta looks to use a String Shot to keep Unicron in place for his next attack. Unicron responds by using a Fire Fang to destroy all the string and prevent any drop in his speed. Unicron is still feeling the residual damage from that burn, though.

While the Rhyhorn was feasting on the string Larvesta had charged up a powerful Solarbeam! The beam of energy nails Unicron for MASSIVE damage. Wanting to squash Larvesta like the bug he is Unicron hits Larvesta with a Rock Tomb. Dealing good damage and reducing Larvesta's speed.

What fireworks this round! This match is really heating up! Let's take a look at the stats before we head to round 7 and get Nyx's orders:

Alright, folks. Sorry for the delay but let's get on to Round 7 of this exciting battle between Huntofthelion and NyxNocturne! NyxNocturne seems to have the advantage at the moment as both trainers are down to their second Pokémon out of three and Nyx currently has a massive type advantage. Hunt's Larvesta showed some toughness though surviving the first onslaught of rocks and dealing Unicron a nasty burn.

Our battlers square off now and Larvesta wastes no time knocking Unicron to the ground with a powerful Psychic blast for decent damage! Unicron rises back to his feet and brings with him some jagged rocks capturing Larvesta in a Rock Tomb that deals some heavy damage and slows the bug down even more than before.

On his last legs now Larvesta gazes into the Morning Sun to restore 25 HP! It may not matter though as Unicron sends an absolute flurry of rocks at the moth with a Rock Blast! Oh no! It hits a punishing 5 TIMES for a merciless amount of damage. That has to be the last time we see Larvesta today.

WHAT?!? He's still conscious? How did he survive that!? I don't know but sure enough Larvesta dusts himself off and stands back up. Furious now Unicron responds immediately with another Rock Blast this time launching three big boulders at the poor bug. Larvesta attempts a makeshift shield with a String Shot and while it stops the first rock the next two come sailing in and nail the Larvesta for high damage. His tactic ensured he survived this round, however. As the bug is just hanging in there!

Wow, that was intense! Let's check out the stats as we wait for Hunt's orders:
