With an offensive core of Screens Deo-S / EKiller / Geo Xern / DD Mence, this team will default to the standard Screens Deo-S HO build when optimized. You can't really justify Ho-Oh + Deo-S because one is a suicide lead and the other needs anti-hazard support to reach its full potential. The lack of Primal Groudon also means that the roles of this team are less compressed than they can be, meaning that you forgo the ability to run something like Darkrai. If you want to go more in the direction of Ho-Oh offense, radical changes would have to be made.

Echoing what MS said about defaulting to the standard build: Latios is a bad fit on this team, because Defogging away your own hazards set by a suicide lead is counter productive. Darkrai is a better fit to prevent your opponent from Defogging, while being a powerful offensive threat on its own.
