So I've been using this team for a while, and while It's really fun and seems good, I'd like to know what you guys think. I use an Anti-Lead Infernape, Choice Scarf Latios, Hydration Tank Vaporeon, Defensive Politoad, Bulk Up Toxicroak, and Life orb Jolteon.

No offense but that Vaporeon is just bad. Change the moves too:

Scald
Roar
Rest
Ice Beam

No Pump or HP Grass. Leftovers as the item. Put some EVs into HP.
