I cant connect

I have no clue why, but I have not been able to access the main showdown server for a very long time this is what I've been getting every time I have tried to go on the server. I have tried to reset my router many times and still I can't connect, any reasons why?​

I can connect to the frost server just fine but it is an inconvenience and annoyance to not be able to connect to the main server.​
