Yeah, I'm fed up of this complacency... But I also need counters.

0 Recover/2 chill
Accepter's Choice

Let's make this happen folks, moveset deadline for gyms is fast approaching!
I'll drop my challenge to accept that, IceBug.

No items, all abilities, switch KO.

For arena, let's just do ASB
Team IceBug:

Neru Escavalier (F)
Nature: Brave (+1 Atk, -15% Speed, -10% Evasion)

Type: Bug/Steel
Bug: Bug STAB; More mobility in dense brush or forest conditions. Gain an extra guaranteed attack on multi-hit moves.
Steel: Steel STAB; Immune to Sandstorm, highly insusceptible to toxic attacks, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, can be magnetized. Superior senses in high-metal environments like construction sites or factories.

Stats:

HP: 100
Atk: Rank 6 (+)
Def: Rank 4
SpA: Rank 2
SpD: Rank 4
Spe: 17 (20/1.15)
Size Class: 2
Weight Class: 3
Base Rank Total: 19

EC: 6/6
MC: 0
DC: 3/5

Abilities:
Swarm: (Innate) When this Pokemon’s HP is lower than 33% (flat), the Base Attack Power of any Bug-typed attack is increased by 2. (eg Silver Wind goes from 6 to 8, X-Scissor from 8 to 10)
Shell Armor: (Innate) This Pokemon’s thick, bony outer shell prevents it from taking critical hits.
Overcoat: (DW) (Innate) This Pokemon has a sturdy exterior that rebuffs the elements, making it immune to damage inflicted by bad weather. If the Pokemon is already immune to at least one (1) kind of weather by typing or a different ability, Overcoat reduces the Base Attack Power of all oncoming attacks by one (1).

Attacks:

Peck
Leer
Endure
Fury Cutter
Quick Guard
Twineedle
Fury Attack
Headbutt
False Swipe
Iron Head
Reversal

Megahorn
Faint Attack
Screech
Counter

Rain Dance
Poison Jab
Substitute
Protect
Aerial Ace

Team rickheg:

Rhyperior (Dino) M
Nature: Careful (Adds 1 to Special Defense; Subtracts 1 from Special Attack)

Type: Rock/Ground
Rock: Rock STAB; Reduce damage from all special attacks by two (2) Base Attack Power during Sandstorm. Able to use Sand Tomb without losing focus.
Ground: Ground STAB; Immune to all electrical attacks, can Dig through almost any substance, Evasive Digging reduced from 3 per action Energy Cost to 2 per action, superior senses in darkened cave surroundings.

Abilities:
Lightning Rod: (Innate) These Pokemon naturally attract electricity to themselves and away from partners in double battles. When struck with an Electric attack, they transfer the energy into their body, using it to increase their Special Attack by one (1) stage. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts. If a Pokemon has a type immunity to Electric attacks, Lightning Rod will not activate.

Rock Head: (Innate) This Pokemon’s hard body prevents it from taking recoil damage from moves such as Double-Edge, Flare Blitz, and Head Smash.

Reckless: (DW) (Innate) This Pokemon has an innately aggressive nature that lets it use all-out attacks with recoil more effectively. Recoil attacks from this Pokemon have two (2) more Base Attack Power, and recoil percentage is unaffected.

IceBug's orders because rickheg picked arena, right?

#2
Iron Head - Iron Head - Iron Head

Counter on any Digs

Also, rickheg, you should update Rhyperior's ability list, I do not see Solid Rock, ect.

#3
Wow, how did I miss that?

Here's Solid Rock, I have no Rock Head anymore;
Type: Innate

This Pokemon’s body is extremely solid and durable, and the Base Attack Power of incoming super-effective attacks is reduced by two (2).
Okay, this will be tough. Why am I not packing Fire Fang?!

Double Team (4 clones) to help buy some more time. We need to mitigate as much damage as possible. Stone Edge to start getting some damage in, and let's see how Earthquake does against him.

Alright, this will be tricky. However, I count 20 moves, which means I get 2 move subs, right?

Double Team (3 clones) > Dig > Stone Edge
If he uses Faint Attack A1, use Dig instead
If he uses Counter A2 or A3, replace that action with Scary Face

Actions: Earthquake > Stone Edge > Earthquake

The battlers are now reducing themselves to a pure slugout, firing off Iron Heads against Earthquakes, and a Faint Attack versus a Stone Edge. But there's finally a bright spot for rickheg, as his second Earthquake scores a critical hit! ... Or at least, it would have, as Neru's Shell Armour kicks in to prevent the additional damage!

Calcs:
Rhyperior used Earthquake (15 damage, 6 energy)
Escavalier used Iron Head (15 damage, 5 energy)
Rhyperior used Stone Edge (15 damage, 6 energy)

This is going pretty well. With just a little more careful play, we've got this one wrapped up, Dino.

Double Team (2 clones) > Earthquake > Stone Edge
If he uses Faint Attack A1, use Dig instead
If he uses Counter A2 or A3, replace that action with chill

Well played. But I have a solution. Good thing I haven't used any chills yet!

Chill > Chill > Dig (stay underground)

I can simply pop up next turn, when you are unable to endure.

Even if I missed something, and that doesn't work somehow, GG IceBug

Dino (Solid Rock+LightningRod+Reckless)
HP: 31

Speed: 40

It looks like we're coming into the final stages of this epic duel, as Neru braces himself to endure any attacks from Dino, hoping to turn it to his advantage. Dino doesn't, however, and chills to regain some of his energy, twice. Neru capitalises with a quick Iron Head, but Dino retaliates by digging underground, and remaining there, meaning Neru's Counter was worthless!

Calcs:
Escavalier used Endure (15 energy, enduring one round)
Rhyperior chilled out (+12 energy)
Rhyperior chilled out (+12 energy)
Escavalier used Iron Head (15 damage, 5 energy)
Rhyperior dug underground (9 energy)
