The move upgraded from a 10 base to a 25 base, but shoddy servers still have it as a 10 base. Is this just something I'd have to wait on them to edit?

I ask because I'm using a Skill Link Cloyster.

Shoddy servers only run fourth gen, so it'll stay at 10 base power until 5th gen is edited in.
