Imagination! Objection vs. Solstice

Not open for further replies.
Welcome to this day in the wonderful world of battling. Here with us today is your not so lovely host loudkirbyking! Now, how about we check on what our conditions for battle are.

2v2 doubles
No move restrictions whatsoever (yes, that means unlimited recoveries and chills)
Send in only two pokemon: one fully evolved and one unevolved (unevolved cannot be single stage)
DQ time: 3 days for battlers, 7 days for the ref
Switching=KO
No Items
All Ablities

Looks like a nice double battle for us today. This should make for a fun area. Now, for our arena! The Dream Wo-, oh wait. It's not the dream world? It's... some weird park? Oh, my bad! Looks like it really was...

Arena: Park of Imagination

A grassy park with a pond in the middle. Pokemon cannot be damaged by any moves. They are susceptible to status effects and other non-damaging effects of moves and any abilities that might cause damage can still do so, but they cannot be damaged directly by attacks. Instead, before each round begins, several random objects will appear (the ref decides how many and what they are - they can be literally anything so go nuts) and pokemon must use these objects to do damage to their opponents.

Good luck to all competitors! Speaking of which, let's show what we're using!

Now you know who you're up against, so let's go on to who does what.
(Objection sends out pokemon)
(Solstice sends out pokemon) Solstice does orders
Objection does orders

Objection does orders
Solstice does orders
I ref.
Same cycle, but without sending out pokemon.

At the start, you all notice that there are unclaimed: three Party Poppers(2 fixed damage, instant flinch 100% accuracy), five of Dodge balls(Assault, base power is double your attack, accuracy is whatever your speed is), two sleeping Koffing (When woken, will poison or Toxic whoever is closest. Accuracy is unknown.), and two magical darts(Base power is double your special attack, accuracy is whatever your speed is. 10% chance of flinch)

You also get the feeling that the dodge balls and darts might vanish at the end of the round.

Good luck, and may my imagination scare thee. Also, oddly enough, there are no items in a game filled with me making items... something sounds wrong(Kidding.)!

Ok, c'mon out Rogue the Murkrow and Bushido the Breloom!

Ok Rogue start us off by Snarling angrily at the two Koffing to send them towards the enemy! Then swwop over and grab both darts in your talons! Finish by throwing a dart at Hades.

Ok Bushido lead off by Seed Bombing in front of the dodgeballs to make an explosion of balls towards them! Then Mach Punch grab a Party Popper to grab it quickly, then finish by throwing the Party Popper at Hades

All right then.

Hades, begin by picking up a party popper in your clawed hands, then throw the party popper at Rogue. Finally, Flare Blitz one of the dodgeballs into Rogue to give it extra oomph.

Scar, begin by picking up a party popper. Then, when the Koffing come your way, Roar them away. Finish up by throwing the party popper at Bushido.

Doesn't everyone love party poppers? Anyway, where was I? Pokemon! (Also, sorry for not putting any energy costs for throwing items earlier. I'll add that into the results, along with making sure to add that on to the next one)

Looks like a guy wars to me. Anyway, everyone begins by coming out of their pokeballs. As both sides examine the other, poor Bushido notices it's the only pokemon that has no flying type in its line. Beyond that random trivia, the pokemon seem to all begin with the intense energy of 1,000 Solrocks. Which isn't saying a whole lot, but the ref thought it might sound nice, so he went with it.

Action 1 time!

As all the trainers begin to prepare their screams, Rogue the Murkrow rushes out first, only to be pranked by a Scar! The little Scratchet grabs a party popper before anyone can see him. Rogue starts Snarling at some sleeping Koffing! This startles them a bit, but they're still a bit Drowsy as they flee towards Scar the Scratchet. Hades the Charizard takes advantage of this time of nothing coming towards him and grabs a party popper in his hand, er, claw. Either he's going to have a party, or just really likes loud noises. Meanwhile, Bushido the Breloom seems to enjoy more... explosive means of movement. It launches a Seed Bomb at the dodgeballs, sending them flying in different directions. Three of them hit Hades, while two others head towards Scar and Rogue. Both seem to miss Scar and Rogue, but the three all hit Hades. However, since the bomb was slightly away from the dodgeballs, it didn't have quite as much power as one hit truly hard(-2 base power). Poor Hades, pummeled many times by dodgeballs.

Action 2 time!

After all that madness, Rogue starts off heading by to grab both magic darts, but is suddenly outsped by Bushido, who rushes out of his wits just to grab a party popper. He must really like that thing. Rogue snatches the darts in it's talons, just in time for Hades to slam Rogue right in the head with a Party Popper! It went off right on him, seeming to startle the Murkrow into flinching! Next, Scar is seen Roaring the Koffing away, but they seem to release a poisonous gas, which miss poisoning Scar. The Koffing, now fully awake and fleeing, flee off to Rogue, and release a much more powerful Toxic gas, which badly poisons Rogue. Koffings don't like being snarled at.

Action 3 time!
Rogue appears to be preparing something as it throws a dart right at Hades!. Or not. Rogue is still flinched! Hades seems to be ready and fire away by Flare Blitzing a Dodgeball right into Rogue. That's going to hurt, pretty bad. Looks like the dodgeball caught on fire from the Flare Blitz! It didn't burn the bird, but it did add some extra damage from the sheer force of the hit.(STAB boost, +5 base damage). Moving on, looks like Bushido enjoys throwing the poppers as it hurls one right at Hades! This flinches the dragon a bit, but he seems fine with it. And, out of the blue, Scar hurls one too! Looks like Bushido got flipped out a bit by the flinch also.

Items rain!

Looks like Every dodge ball and magic dart vanished into air. Also, The Koffings floated away from the fight. From the sky, many objects begin to appear. First, a Materia filled with Fira!(Does 8 fire damage. Special attack. 100% accuracy, 7 energy to use. One to pick up. 20% chance of burning foe, 10% chance of burning you when you pick it up. Is destroyed after three uses.) Then, a television fell!(If thrown or slammed into opponent, 10 normal damage. Accuracy is Speed-20. 8 energy to throw. Physical. If you can power it up, who knows what will happen. Also, 3 energy to pick up.). Next, ten 1-foot diameter rocks fell onto the ground!(6 rock damage, 80% accuracy when thrown. Physical. Costs 5 energy to throw. 2 to pick up.) Finally, a cart on wheels comes down.(Cannot be lifted. If hit by any attack, will be sent rolling across towards an opponent. Whatever attack hit it, this cart does a fixed damage of that attack's base power+3.). Good luck with these new props. You also seem to feel that after a rock is thrown, it will shatter.

Action 1
Rogue's Snarling: -5 energy.
Hades grabbing party popper: -1 energy(Sounds right for the grabbing process to me.)
Bushido seed bombing: -5 energy.
Hades taking 3 dodgeballs: 12.5 per dodgeball(8 base due to lowering)=38 damage.
Scar grabbing party popper: -1 energy.

Action 2
Rogue grabbing magic darts: -2 energy(1 per dart)
Bushido mach punching to grab popper: -4 energy(One added from grabbing)
Hades throwing Party Popper: -2 energy(Sounds right for throwing small objection from giant 'Zard)
Rogue's damage: 2 damage, flinched

Also, Objection, your move.

OK. Hades, begin by Flare Blitzing the cart into Rogue. Follow that up by picking up the Materia and then throw the Materia at Bushido. If, however, the opponents pick up the Materia before you can, pick up two rocks and throw one at Rogue instead.

Scar, begin by picking up three rocks. Then, throw one at Rogue and then throw another one at Rogue.

Ok let's try and finish this quick!

Rogue lead off by flying up to avoid the cart. Then pick up the Materia before Hades can get it, and then throw it at Scar.

Bushido
lead off by picking up 3 rocks. Holding them in both hands use Mach Punch twice on Hades, smashing the rocks into him with more velocity!

Well, life continues. Let's see how our fighters are.(Sorry for the wait. It took some time to plot up this one.)

Action 1 time!

Looks like Rogue is taking a quick flight up. However, while the bird is looking up to fly, looks like Scar rushed over to pick up three rocks. However, due to his small size(Only 1 foot 8 inches tall) and the size of the rocks, he is only able to lift 2 of them. Looks like size strikes again. By now, Rogue has flown up a small bit, while Hades flare blitz's a cart straight for Rogue! Oh, wait! That cart took that hit terribly! Looks like that Flare Blitz hit the cart critically! It's travelling at a huge speed! Unfortunately for poor Rogue, the cart still hit. It only hit with the handle, however, so damage was lowered!(1/2 damage). Then we look at Bushido, who is picking up rocks. He somehow is able to pick up all three of them. One in each hand, erm, thing? And somehow he has one balanced on his tail. If he gets hit, he might drop one, though.

Action 2 time!
Rock fight! Nah, actually, it's Materia fight. But before that, let's go to Bushido. Looks like that crazy Breloom has rushingly Mach Puched Hades with stones, causing the rocks to shatter all over both of them!(Damage split between them. Hades receives more of it, however, since it did hit him more. Also, the power of the move was boosted by 3 due to the Mach Punch.) Rogue rushes off and grabs the Fira Materia. Black mage class: Activated. Hades decides to pick up a couple of rocks, however. Rocks, dragons, sounds like this could be one fun ending. And finally, we see a small Scratchet called Scar throw a rock at the Murkrow. Oh, wait! That murkrow took a rock right to a place we cannot say in this battle! That's a critical area!(hit) That's gonna hurt in the morning. Rogue sure has taken a beating so far...

And for the final touch...(Action 3)
We lead off as we see another punch being thrown. Looks like that Breloom doesn't want to give up. Bushido smashes another rock on Hades, though the vibrations from the shards both times cause Bushido to drop the third rock. Iron grip next time, buddy. Rogue decides to throw the Fira Materia at Scar. Though using it might have been better then throwing it, it actually criticals the tiny birdy, erm, thing. That might have hurt. Maybe. It went down a bit on power since it was just thrown(-2 base power). Hades seems to be winding back to throw a rock right at Rogue! Hit, just like the old rock throw. And finally, Scar hurls a rock a Rogue. It smacks the bird nice and good. With both rocks, Rogue returns to the ground from the hits.

Djinn Storm!
Oh snap! Looks like the Golden Sun has arrived! And by that, I mean we have Djinn coming in. Which ones, you say? First, Geode!(8 base power Rock move, special. 100% accuracy, must be used to do damage, no throwing. Takes no energy, but will vanish after use, and must be approached before being used.) Then, Zephyr!(Your team will gain +4 speed for the next 2 rounds, then the boosts will vanish. Must be used, no throwing. Takes no energy, but will vanish after use, and must be approached before being used.) Next up, Cannon! (9 base power Fire move, Physical. 95% accuracy 10% chance of burn, must be used, not thrown. Takes no energy, but will vanish after use, and must be approached before being used.) Finally, Mist! (7 base power Water move, special. 40% chance of intense sleep, must be used, not thrown. Takes no energy, but will vanish after use, and must be approached before being used.). Also, if you can get Geode and Cannon, or Zephyr and Cannon and use both before the round is over, something special might happen at the end of the round! Also, pixy stick landed in the middle of the arena. Better eat it!(Heals 2 HP, adds +1 speed for the next round, then -1 speed for the one after that. Costs 2 energy.)

Let's get started.

Action 1 time!

We see Rogue running off and approaching Zephyr. The little Djinn joins his party for now, so happiness all around. Then, looks like Hades decides to fire one last rock at Rogue. It hits the bird, dealing a good amount of damage to it's wing as it begins to fall down like a crashing plane until... KO'D! That's gotta hurt. Busido, meanwhile, picks up two rocks, ready to throw them when requested to. Scar, seeing as he doesn't even have a rock, does nothing.

Action 2 time!
Hades decides he doesn't like watching television(Nobody ever powered it, after all), so he Flare Blitz'd it right into Bushido. OR NOT! The television flies right over Bushido and into the pond. Someone's missing Tom and Jerry today. While this happens, Scar seemed to have approached and obtained the djinn Cannon! It's Mars power can be scary. And finally, Bushido decided to hurl a rock right into Hades. It... HADES IS KO'D! He couldn't take that rock well, and he's down.

Action 3 time!
One-on-one now. Time to end this once and for all! Bushido looks around, but decided to hold onto his rock for now. No Hades to hit, after all. Meanwhile, Scar decided to hold up Cannon, sending the Djinn flying in a giant explosion of fire into Bushido. That had to hurt bad. Well, that's all for this action.

Randomness!

Looks like this time, only one item fell. Gust the Jupiter Djinn has hit the field (6 Flying damage, physical, 60% chance of hitting twice. Must be used, no throwing. Takes no energy, but will vanish after use, and must be approached before being used.). If Scar can get it or Geode and use them, something special will happen at the end of the next round!

Action 1 time!
We begin by noticing Bushido mach punching right at Gust. This, however, makes the Djinn flip out and flee in terror. Scar, however, just calmly walked over to it as it joined him. Try being a little calmer next time, okay? And... oh, wait, that's it? Okay!

Action 2 time!
Bushido stands there like nothing happened. Why? Because his order was messed up! Instead, he just stares at Scar, nobody really knowing why. Scar, however decides to use Gust in an eruption of winds! It's a direct hit! Only one, but a hit!

Action 3 time!
Scar takes this time to get the fire burnin'! He runs over and grabs the Fire materia! Bushido, however, decides to throw a rock. Ouch. However, the sky begins to get brighter as two lights, one red, one purple fly up into the sky. Out from it comes a giant being known as Megaera! It's a... big girl with wings and a bunch of swords? Someone forgot their Zagan this morning! The swords fly around, and yet all that hits the Breloom is some mist... wow. But, this mist does sharply raise Scar's attack!

Items again...
Looks like it's coming from the sky... a pokemon card? Looks like not just any pokemon card, but a Zekrom card! (Comes out of card to use one Wild Charge. Power off of 6 Atk, and the recoil is given to the pokemon who used it. STAB power also. No energy cost to pick up or use, since it IS just a card.). Looks like a Nerf gun fell down also! (Normal attack, fires 6 rounds. Each dart does 2 damage. Can fire as many shots as you want in one action, but each shot loses 5 accuracy after the first one is fired. 4 energy to pick up, 2 to fire one dart. 100% accuracy for first dart. Also physical damage). Finally, a Sword comes down from above. You think it's either Excalibur or Excalipoor, but nobody's sure yet. As for what they do, swing it at a foe to find out(Or throw it at them)! (4 energy to pick sword up, 7 to swing it. Accuracy: 95%. Physical attack.). How's THAT for boosted items?

Action 1 time!

Looks like Bushido decides to prepare for war. A nerf war, that is as he picks up the gun. Meanwhile, Scar doesn't like the way that gun looks as he throws the Fira at Bushido. Ouch. It's so hot, it burns! And not just that, it hit Critically! OUCH! Hax attax... Wait, huh?
