Is pokemon online safe to download?

I'm not sure if this question has been asked before, but either way better safe than sorry. I absolutely hate viruses, and need to know if PO is safe. When I click download from www.pokemon-online.eu/ it takes me to this website...

To me, it seems a bit suspicious, but I'm not sure at all. Can you guys tell me how safe it is?

Sourceforge is where a lot of opensource programs choose to put their downloads, in order to save bandwidth for their website, so don't worry it's really really safe.
