Arena: The Journey Begins
Remember the first battle in BW cartridge with your rival? This battle will be, similarly, inside a small 2-story house. Dig can be used, but if used on the second floor, will do no damage and force the user onto the first floor. On the first floor, it can be used normally. There is a staircase connecting the first and second floor. Whoever takes the high ground (second floor) and attacks a mon on the low ground (first floor) will have +2 base power added to offensive moves, and flat +20% accuracy addition to non-damaging moves.

Because this is a small house, ‘mons in size class 6 or 7 cannot be sent out, while ‘mons in size class 4 or 5 will receive a -10 penalty in speed, and flat +10% accuracy to any attacks directed at them. If a ‘mon of weight class 7 or higher is sent out on the second floor, the floor will break (unless the Pokémon can levitate), dealing 10 HP damage and sending it to the first floor. The battle will start on the second floor.

No weather, limited ceiling, no seismic attacks, no outside water source.
Thunder, Draco Meteor, etc. (attacks that require an open ceiling) are not allowed.
Accepted!
Let's make it 2v2.
Items = only counter producing ones
Abilities = one

Team Woodchuck

Minccino [EVITABLE CONFLICT] (Female)
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
Type:
Normal: Normal STAB; adapt comfortably to any surrounding after 3 actions. Able to use Outrage without losing focus.

Abilities:
Cute Charm: Innate. This Pokemon’s natural cuteness causes Pokemon of the opposite gender in the same egg group to be attracted to it 30% of the time after striking with a contact move.
Technician: Innate. This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2). Because Technician is a multiplier on single hit moves, its effect is applied to Base Attack Power before any additive effects.
Skill Link (DW): Innate, Locked. This Pokemon’s skillfull aim makes its multi-hit moves always hit 5 times. The Energy Cost of multi-hit attacks is increased by three (3).

If Toxic'd, the Toxic counter will still go up each round and Toxic will do the relevant damage for that round should their ability be disabled.

Start off with an Agility, now I'd be assuming that I'm faster, so get that Thunder Wave off before he gets the Substitute off! After that, let's try to hurt the substitute with a Dragon Pulse! I don't know if a STAB special attack would be stronger or non-STAB Extremespeed will be stronger, so we'll find out!

Both trainers send out their pokemon rather blandly. No stupid cache phrase or random yelling at all. You’d think they would try harder considering that this is the start of Amarillo’s journey. I guess they don’t want to make too much noise in the house though.

Evitable Conflict the Minccino is first to act with a technician boosted Tail Slap that hits 3 times! A Dratini weirdly named Squishy races off in panic in panic to other side of the second floor which strangely only consists of one room. You still have to admire that Dratini’s agility though.

The now faster Squishy zaps Evitable Conflict with a thunder wave. In anger Evitable Conflict launches herself at Squishy attempting to slap the Dragon doubley hard. She races off past Squishy though and crashes into Amarillo’s own PC! An obvious miss if you ask me.

Finally Evitable Conflict will get dealt pain as Squishy uses Dragon Pulse at the mouse pokemon thing! Don’t feel sorry for Evitable Conflict though, she uses a powerful Tail Slap that hits four times this time!

As the round ends both pokemon are still on the second floor. That’s a good thing too. I don’t think the mom downstairs would like a Pokemon battle in her kitchen!

OK, down on both HP and Energy? THIS IS SPARTA PARAHAX!!!

I don't think we can exactly come back from this. Let's try to take off as much HP as possible for Shroomish to deal with the last few HPs! We invested 2 turns getting that paralysis off, so we'd better get some hax here! And what better way to abuse a free turn other than attacking?

We’re still on the second floor in someone else’s house and I’m still wondering how this dudes bedroom takes up an entire floor of house! O well, on with the battle.

Squishy the Dratini starts this round off with another Dragon Pulse, only to be slapped back by Evitable Conflict’s unusually large tail (4 times)! That thing must be bony because it really shook Squishy up.

The extremely fast Squishy speeds right into Evitable conflict the minccino. The damage seems to have critically injured Evitable Conflict because she’s dazed. I think she hit that TV, well, I guess that would explain why it’s cracked and all; OK, Evitable Conflict hit the TV!
“It took that long to figure out” Amarillo sighs.
“Woodduck,” Woodchuck says.
OK, ok, but now I’m wondering why Woodchuck’s Minccino hasn’t attacked while we were talking. It seems that Evitable is fully paralyzed right in the middle of the battle!

It was a very bad time to get paralyzed as well, because Evitable conflict was a sitting duck as Squishy aims her Dragon Pulse and it hits Evitable Conflict with great force! Evitable Conflict manages to move again and yet again uses her tail to slap Squishy not once, not twice, O wait hold up, it was only twice.

And on that note, the round comes to a close.

I thought this would be a good arena, with the floor breaking so I could show a weird sprite of your pokemon world mum. But noooo, you just want to mess up your room and make everything boring for me. Anyway, as I said in the OP, go and kill each other.

Squishy takes my last statement to heart and let’s loose a dragon pulse at Evitable conflicts ugly face! The force of the pulse knocks Evitable Conflict into a mirror and she turns around to look herself she paralyzes in fear of what see was looking at; in the mirror. Her hair-do was messed up!

Keeping the hurt on, Squishy again Dragon Pulses Evitable conflict who then get angry at Squishy for messing up her hairdo and uses Tail Slap at the dragon which hits 5 times. I don’t think any Minccino has done that many slaps before!

And that is seems to be the first KO of the match. Evitable conflict is not getting up it seems so the KO is confirmed!

Woodchuck sends out his only option, Dr.Nop the Noface, to finish this battle for him and hopefully net him the win. It’s a good thing Amarillo didn’t send out his Eevee though; that little pokemon wouldn’t have been able to do anything!

Fun Guy the Shroomish, who seems a bit freaked out at the ghost decides to hid behind a substitute. Poor little LC-eligible ‘mon. Dr.Nop starts out on defence by using iron defence which boosts his defence by 2 stages to make his defence a real good looking defence. Did I say defence a lot in that last sentence?

Still hiding behind that sub Fun Guy scatters some leech seeds around the room, I already see Dr.Nop being weakened by the supernatural power! He goes on with his attack anyway and smashes the sub with a meteor mash! It still stands tall however.

Wanting to go first for once, Dr.Nop uses shadow sneak to break the sub! Fun Guy doesn’t seemed phased; in fact he could even be called overconfident! He uses poisonpowder on himself! He doesn’t seem to be getting hurt by the poisoning though. It mustbe some sort of special ability.

OK, start off by using Seed Bomb on Noface, but instead of trying to hit him head-on, try to get the recoil to get him to fall down the staircase! It's a bomb for hell's sake, gotta have some fierce explosives, right? I know he has Levitate, so trying to knock him down by hitting the floor under his feet will definitely not work. Then continue with some Bullet Seed! I know we're getting a lot low on energy, so let's Chill out for a second.

Substitution: If (Opponent's W-o-W would hit), then (Make a 15 HP substitute on that turn and push actions down.)

(If my knock-back move with Seed Bomb works, I'm hoping that you interpret the arena's rules as each hit of bullet seed has +2 base power added.)

edit: did you forget to subtract the HP lost due to leech seed on Noface, or is that just how it works on CAPASB?

Woodchuck

Not sure if you're actually going to be falling down the staircase considering you have Levitate. So let's show how unimpressed with his attacks you are by issuing a giant Yawn. Next, let's use a Shadow Sneak + Meteor Mash combo to hit that Shroomish from through the floor (provided you actually do get knocked down by Seed Bomb) and bring him down with you. Finally you can Shadow Sneak if the combo fails for whatever reason.

Round 6

IMPORTANT NOTE: I will treat falling down the staircase as a 4 BAP psychical typeless attack in addition to the normal damage. While if you fall through the hole that will be created by the combo, it will be 6 BAP psychical typeless attack with 25% recoil. It will be ref’s discretion if either of these effects will take place.

Not-so-important second note: I forgot to take away Noface’s HP and energy last post-round so I’m doing that now.

Finally, some RP actions! Just what this arena was made for!

It seems some guy is getting some seeds, ready to bomb Dr.Nop. BOOM! And there goes the bombs! They seem to have knocked Dr.Nop (falls) down the stairs; however, he did seem to take the hit rather well. The Noface finally gets his turn to attack but Dr.Nop just yawns. Granted, he can be heard all the way up here so he must have put some effort into it but I don’t think it can do much. Can it?

One second Dr.Nop is downstairs but the next he isn’t. He sneaks upstairs to perform a combo using a lot of meteors that makes a hole in the floor. O well the NPC mum can fix it. Fun Guy falls down the hole and Dr.Nop falls on top of him! I guess extra damage doesn’t come without a little bit of recoil then huh? The response from Fun Guy is quick though. He uses a bullet seed attack that manages to hit 3 times! A lot of seeds seemed to just bounce off Dr.Nop though, as if he was made of iron.

Shroomish gets a free hit in as Dr.Nop is forced to combo cooldown but he decided to just chill. Wait what!? Fun Guy just fell asleep! I guess Dr.Nop’s yawn from earlier did do something after all.

Luckily your mum is out shopping so she didn’t scream when THE DAMN ROOF BROKE! Wait a sec, there are no shops in your town. It only has 4 fours for goodness sake! Do you think she hiked all the way to wherever the department store is? Anyway, on with the battle.

Round 7 starts with a Will-o-wisp that someone misses the sleeping body of Fun Guy. Dr.Nop’s Meteor Mash is bang on target though but Fun Guy just stirs in his sleep, not the way I would have reacted really. Finally Dr.Nop tries to use Will-o-wisp again and this time it hits!
