I'm half Japanese, half Canadian, and my family celebrates both cultures. I speak a mix of Japanese and English at home, I use chopsticks and knives + forks erratically, i enjoy Japanese and Canadian food, etc. However, I'm noticing that I'm speaking less and less Japanese at home and have trouble reading and writing at times. I'm sorta becoming assimilated into American culture, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
So, I'm just curious. If you are Japanese, how do you celebrate your culture? Do you speak Japanese at home? Do you enjoy Japanese food? Do you hate wasabi? ^_^
