Jumpluff (Offensive Swords Dance) [QC 0/3]

[OVERVIEW]
<p> Jumpluff has always been known for a common sub-seeder, but slap Swords Dance on Jumpluff and he can do some damage. Especially with the DW ability infiltraitor, throw Reflect in Jumpluff's face, and it won't matter. No one has ever seen Swords Dance Jumpluff for the most part, so if you hit a Sleep Powder, you can possibly sweep.

[SET]
Name: Offensive Swords Dance
Item: Leftovers/Flying Gem
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Ability: Infiltraitor
Nature: Adamant
Moves:
Sleep Powder
Swords Dance
Seed Bomb
Aerial Ace/U-Turn/Acrobatics

[SET COMMENTS]
- Sleep Powder can put your opponent to sleep to set up an SD
- While Your opponent is asleep, you are free to set up a Swords Dance, or do it when you're positive Espeon or Xatu(Which you don't see in OU at all) will come in
- Seed Bomb is a reliable STAB move to hit hard after a Swords Dance
- Aerial Ace is a STAB move to take out Fighting type threats(Mienshao and Conkeldurr)
- If you can't set up, just scout with a U-Turn
- Only use Acrobatics if paired with Flying Gem

[OTHER OPTIONS]
- There really aren't many other options because of Jumpluff's poor movepool, but Return isn't a terrible idea
- If you don't like the accuracy of Sleep Powder, just replace it with U-Turn or Return
- Since Jumpluff already has a high speed stat, go ahead and remove some speed EVs and add some extra bulk

[CHECKS AND COUNTERS]
- Can easily take out Swampert since Swords Dance is extremely rare on a Jumpluff
- Always OHKOed or 2HKOed by any ice attack
- Volt Switch Rotom is a good partner with U-Turn on Jumpluff(If you choose to use it)
- It takes 3-4 hits to KO Blissey with a +2 Seed Bomb, so if they're packing Ice Beam, You'll be dead before it.

How is Jumpluff sweeping with 55 base attack, or rather, how does it do it better than Breloom?

First of all - nice format, which is a major improvement. I would still edit your OP to include the Quality Check tag. (Click "Edit" below your post -> "Go Advanced" -> and select "Quality Control").

Also Acrobatics should be the primary offensive move, since it packs so much power (and Flying is a great offensive type). Remove Aerial Ace and U-turn. Slash U-turn on Seed Bomb instead, since U-turn is still good for momentum.

Also go with Jolly Nature, since Jumpluff would otherwise be missing out on a lot of threats, namely Infernape, Virizion, and Mienshao.

I think Leech Seed is worth an AC. Only Grass-types are immune to Leech Seed, which are weak to Acrobatics (except for Ferrothorn / Cradily / Rotom-C). Encore is also a great way to set-up Swords Dance or other Sweepers that can be mentioned as well.

You need to explain how Jumpluff is viable in OU, though. How is Jumpluff distinguishable from Sceptile or Breloom, both arguably better Grass-type Swords Dancer? You can probably mention its Flying STAB and Sleep Powder (advantage over Sceptile) and faster Speed (advantage over Breloom). You'd want to provide logs to show this set in action, because honestly no body believes Jumpluff can really pull this off well in practice.
