- This set is quite different from the others. This set thrives against slower defensive teams that rely on chip damage to win, or even some balance teams where faster Pokemon may not be as often. Jynx is still really fragile and can really take a big hit from common priority moves like Mach Punch because it.

- Hazard support is essential for Jynx to be effective due to its 2x weakness to Stealth Rock. Pokemon like Flygon or Hitmonlee for Offensive oriented teams and Blastoise for balanced oriented teams compliments Jynx well.
- Fighting types works well with Jynx such as Poliwrath and Hitmonlee, due to their ability to beat Pokemon such as Houndoom and Sneasel so Jynx doesn't have to rely on speed tying with either one of them at +1 Speed.
- Clerics work well such as Aromatisse to provide Jynx reliable support such as Aromatherapy or Wish in case Jynx is threatened with low health or a status move.

- Psyshock and Psychic are more STABs for Jynx. Psyshock can hit Specially Defensive Pokemon such as Aromatisse harder while Psychic hits Physically Defensively Pokemon harder such as Alomomola and Hitmontop.
- Focus Blast is coverage hitting Pokemon that resists both of Jynx's STABs such as Sneasel and hits Pokemon harder that would otherwise live hits from Jynx such as Mega Abomasnow and Mega Steelix.

- Jynx reaches a 476 Speed stat, being fast enough to tie with a Houndoom and Drapion at +1 Speed.

- Jynx can run Choice Specs to abuse its already high special attack, it has the coverage to do so and can Trick opposing Pokemon to possibly make them useless to the other team. Focus Sash is also an option for an item due to how fragile Jynx is and can give it another turn to attack again, but still is susceptible to priority moves.
Checks & Counters
########
- Bulky Water Types- Slowking, Jellicent, and Blastoise can both easily force Jynx to switch out and be able to take it on their self. Without Nasty Plot or Lovely Kiss, Jynx has a relatively difficult times against defensive Pokemon like these.
- Faster Pokemon- Pokemon such as Sneasel and Aerodactyl both threaten Jynx with their faster speed and both can pursuit trap it. Delphox can also witch into Jynx's STABs and threaten it with a Fire Blast.
- Dark types- Dark type Pokemon such as Houndoom threatens Jynx greatly. It is able to OHKO with ease and being able to switch into both of her STABs.
- Steel types- Pokemon like Registeel and Bronzing can Jynx problems due to how bulky they are and their ability to inflict a ton of damage due to how fragile Jynx is. Focus Blast accuracy is shaky when it comes to hitting Registeel consistently and Bronzong could tank it pretty well.
