YABO
King Turt
Overview
-immunity to water moves with unique stab moves grant an interesting pivot/way to break open common cores
-lovely kiss and nasty plot allow for scary potential damage
-horrid defense
-decent speed
Sets: Sleep Lead, Sub NP, scarf(?)
checks: Delphox, fast things, priority, fat shit, escav, registeel, durant, etc.
this is a really shitty skeleton but don't worry, it will be gorgeous when I fix it up
[SET]
name: Sleep Lead
move 1: Lovely Kiss
move 2: Nasty Plot
move 3: Psyshock
move 4: Ice Beam
item: Focus Sash / Life Orb
ability: Dry Skin
nature: Timid
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
-Cool lead for offensive teams.
-Puts pressure early on by sleeping and threatening to wallbreak.
-Leads favorably against many things but struggles a bit with other offensive leads.
-Life Orb needs to be played much more conservatively as it cant lead against other stuff.
-Pair with sturdy fire resist as Emboar and Delphox can be a major pain (seismitoad, druddigon).
[SET]
name: Fuck Water Types
move 1: Substitute
move 2: Nasty Plot
move 3: Lovely Kiss
move 4: Ice Beam
item: Leftovers
ability: Dry Skin
nature: Timid
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
-Used to really abuse water types
-Gives you multiple choices for setting up based on what type of team you are facing
-Substitute can be the better choice versus offensive teams
-Nasty Plot helps you bust through bulkier teams
-Lovely Kiss incapacitates the primary check that switches in, effectively making there two pokemon that cannot threaten Jynx.
[SET]
name: Substitute Attacker
move 1: Substitute
move 2: Lovely Kiss
move 3: Ice Beam
move 4: Psychic
item: Life Orb
ability: Dry Skin
nature: Timid
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
(maybe combine this although they play differently will also try to get replays since I know it looks dodgy).
-Use this to try to capitalize on offensive teams.
-Sleep their sleep fodder, sub as they switch out, hit something really hard without having to predict.
-I like psychic to hit Alo Harder if it has Knock Off or something.
-Try to heal up on Scalds.
-Meant to play aggressively.
