Completed Kaxtar vs Son of Shadoo: quick 1v1 in the ASB arena

Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

    Demi Gravidon the Gallade and Mia the Dusknoir are sent out, ready to battle it to the end. The gallade is first to move, Taunting his opponent in order to prevent non-attacking moves. Meanwhile Mia disappears into the darkness and assaults with a Shadow Punch for super effective damage.

    Gallade didn't like the power of that move, and so he Will-o-Wisps, easily hitting his darget due to his accuracy boosting nature and Mia's decreased evasion. The Dusknoir tries to protect, but the angered thoughts in her head prevents her from issuing her attack.

    Mia charges forward and rams the ground, causing a large Earthquake. However, because of her burn, the damage doesn't do that much damage. Meanwhile, the Gallade hits hard with a boosted Night Slash, dealing decent damage.

    Adding insult to injury, Demi Gravidon Disables Mia's shadowpunch, removing her bets weapon in this battle. The ghost decides to rely on a Shadow Ball instead, attacking off a lower attack stat. Luckily for her, the ghostly ball of energy manages to lower her opponent's special defense.

    The Gallade unleashes another Night Slash for some nice damage, while Mia releases a Hex for some additional damage. Gallade then decides to add one more burden on his opponent, confusing his opponent with a Confuse ray. However, not only does The Dusknoir overcome the confusion, but she also gets a critical hit on the shadowball!

    If Torment is used, replace remaining actions with Earthquake >>> Night Shade >>> Shadow Sneak.

    Ie, if Torment is used A1, use the full set of actions, A2, Earthquake >>> Night Shade, A3, Earthquake.

    The Gallade lunges forward, Hitting with a powerful Night Slash. Mia takes the hit and retaliates, firing off a Shadowball despite her confusion!
    As a last ditch effort, Gallade puts all of his effort in a NightSlash + NightSlash Combo! Unfortunatelly for him, Mia still stands while he collapses out of exhaustion.

    Yay! I turned around his trickiness and strategy through the power of hax!

    Sorry Kaxtar, but that's the way the RNG rolls I guess. You fought extremely well anyway, I hope to fight you again soon. With less hax. rewindman, thanks for reffing. This is probably like the fifth one you've done for me now?
