Kadabra [Darth Plagueis] (Male)
Nature: Relaxed (+Def, -10 Evasion, -15% Speed)

Type:
Psychic: Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

Abilities:
Synchronize: (Innate)Pokemon with this ability mentally link their condition to an opposing Pokemon and pass on any status inflicted on them to their foe. Due to their body structure, Poison-types cannot be poisoned and Fire-types cannot be burned in this manner.
Inner Focus: (Innate)When an opponent attempts to flinch this Pokemon, it stands firm and continues its attack. If it has another ability that would be activated by flinching, that ability activates.
Magic Guard: (innate)This Pokemon is infused with a powerful psycho-electric energy that makes it immune to damage from Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hail, Sandstorm, Leech Seed, Poisoning, and Burn. It can still attack itself in confusion, but will not take any damage from it. Additionally, the energy protects the Pokemon from its own reckless recoil attacks. Toxic still increases in damage each round, although if Magic Guard is in effect the Pokemon will not suffer any damage. Life Orb recoil is not negated.

The human mind is an interesting place, full of memories, emotions, love. However, as interesting as this stuff may be, it is still limited. The imagination is still crushed by other factors. However, what happens when you explore the mind of the insane? When the ref has no more of a clue than you do, perhaps you'll unleach an incredible array of fun...

You enter the ref's mind. Unlike most minds, a nice flat plane of thought which is simple to stand upon, this mind is less habitable. It warps constantly, pulsing beneath your feet as you struggle to stand. Even as you get a grip, the surface you stand on pulses, small spikes jabbing you constantly. The plane slowly moves around further, twisting and bending in upon itself, forming a large room for you and your opponent, although it still manages to feel incredibly compact. A small melody flows through, getting slouder and more coherent, it appears to be the overture to Die Flederaus. Out of nowhere, a swarm of bats fly through the room along with the music, as the edges of this chamber turn to stone and rubble, still pulsating. In fact, it pulsates faster, and from the ceiling and floor of this place stalagmites and stalagtites shoot out, impaling whatever bat they manage to. With blood dripping from bat corpses and spikes continuing to try to strike the more nimble bats, the ref's voice booms through the terror... "Begin the battle, fools..." and I severely reccomend following this sage advice!

-The ground shakes beneath you - all those prone to seismic attacks take 2 DPA
- Spikes shoot out of the floor and ceiling as the bats move around. At the end of every action there is a 10% chance for any active Pokémon to take 5 damage - this increases to 10 damage for flying types, and 20 for any active Woobat, Zubat, Golbat, Swoobat or Crobat.
- Bat Blood has sprayed across the arena, a useful device for any demonic being. Dark Types and Ghost Types each increase their Atk and SpA rank by one.
- All moves work, although some may have modified effects... hehehe...

REFEREE

"HAAA! I wanted to send out Trunk, but in an arena where my power is boosted AND I'm immune to the provided residual damage? That is just too great to pass up! (Not to mention the shaking ground might bounce my entry hazards over to my side of the field >_>)"

Baal, destroy the mortals!

"Figures I'd be stuck in this Hellhole with you, Complications. However, we will prevail....somehow."

Sending in Del Lago the Wailmer

A cackling laugh. The chamber vibrates. And may god help you as this battle in what could easily be confused with hell itself begins! Two victims stand to battle, King Serperior leads with Del Lago, a whale who needs to diet. Perhaps Complication's Baal can assist in the process. In fact, this demonic being seems right at home, tearing away some blood from a spike and forging it into a blade of blood. Perhaps we should simply let the battle begin...

And it's no surprise that Del Lago is ready to begin, summoning up a great wave of... nothingness? There hardly seems to be enough water in here to even fill in a puddle, but nonetheless Del Lago seems content to surf. Perhaps he's smart though, as one of the walls begins to shake violently, glowing intently, before completely collapsing and letting in a wave of blood, rushing through the entire arena at a great pace. Del Lago manages to navigate the wave with ease of course, but Baal is completely drowned within a rush of blood... although somehow, the wall where the blood entered from seems to have sealed itself up neatly enough. Well, it seems as if for now we'll be fighting upon an bloody oceanic field, with just the spikes to navigate. Baal, thankfully, can still float and hover around the arena, and manages to secure payback for that blast of water with a thrusted bloody spear into the back of Del Lago, then pulled back out of the beast. The arena continues to shake and twist, and through the water erratic spikes strike at Del Lago.

: 85 HP / 69 EN
: 92 HP / 94 EN

Del Lago isn't stunned for long. Coughing up an orb of blood, he forms a series of disks that are flung at Baal, navigating the spikes in the arena and circling Baal, before spinning into the demon like blades, who seems to have suddenly become bone idle. Perhaps it's not a fan of bloody razors shredding away it's life force? More spikes strike out of the arena, and a few bat cries shriek out in pain, and hence in death.

: 75 HP / 69 EN
: 90 HP / 91 EN

Del Lago now changes the scenery, releasing a lovely cloud of thick... red... mist into the air, giving the battle a lovely taste. Well, the carnivores will like it. But I digress, it seems as if Baal is performing some sort of ancient ritual, drawing in power before sending a metallic orb up... which splits in the air and does absolutely nothing. Great. A few more spikes create some very fresh bat kebabs, and suddenly it seems as if the fluttering of wings has stopped.

As the swarm of bats seems to finally have been vanquished, the room seems to calm down. The floor still vibrates beneath the ocean of blood, but there doesn't seem to be any more spikes of stone lashing the arena and destroying everything in their path. Peace is not long lived though, as a new melody plays, The Lair of the Dragon. As it plays, a huge white flame erupts from the centre of the arena, superheating the chamber in a white flash. Blood boils, completely draining both the bats and the entire basin of water in a flash, leaving the impaled bats dry as a bone, and leaving not even a trace of blood on the arena floor. The boiled blood does rise up, and from the sheer heat it forms a mist. A mist which, in fact, which slowly merges into a most interesting shape... a gigantic red dragon, much like those of chinese legend, a huge monstrosity swerving through the arena blasting the battlers with intense bursts of bloody flame. The bats also seem more existant than you'd like, as their eyes glow with a blue flame, and they tear themselves from the wall, these flying zombies uncaring as to their entrails ripped off in the process, spreading filth upon the arena floor and out batters...

- The ground continues to pulsate randomely.
- Zombie bats fly around the arena, dropping their loose guts etc. around them like confetti. And move that needs focus (Focus Punch, etc.) or has their attack cancelled by multi-hit moves (Solarbeam etc.) fails miserably.
- The Stalagmites and Stalagtites are quite dense now, these rocky spikes make evasion difficult, increasing the accuracy of all moves by 20%.
- Oh, I should mention the large dragon flying around here. The Dragon is immune to all forms of damage, and strikes both players down with a dragonbreath at the end of every round from rank 5 SpA... the only difference being that dragonbreath may inflict the Curse status.
- All moves continue to function in their own unique way.

Darth Vader looks ready to launch an earthquake across the arena, but Trunk tosses up a protective barrier, so Vader simply takes an intestine from the floor and uses it to coat him in a LOVELY red shine of blood and guts, which apparently makes it faster. Suddenly, the dragon above screams "DAMNATION", summoning down a wrath of bloody flames across the arena, in a pentagram shape. In the centre of the Pentagram, a white light forms in a column, pulsating with energy. The bats disintegrate into darkness, their hearts of shadow merging with the great pillar in an unholy fusion, a monument to chaos, pulsating light and shadow. The dragon is sucked in, and the column expands, wider and wider, engulfing the puny chamber, surrounding you and your pokemon...

Blackness. You must've been knocked out. Uncertain as to whether it was just a fraction of a second or an eternity, you and your opponent stand. The chasm is no more, replaced by some charred wasteland. The plants here are barely alive, and as you recuperate a circle of flames erupts from the ground and spins around you and your opponent, trapping you in an infernal hellhole.

- This incredibly warm wasteland empowers flame, giving all Fire-Type attacks +1 BAP
- The air is heated - all Pokémon take 3 Fire-Type damage per action, modified with SE modifications.
- Water Attacks turn to steam here - All water attacks not named Scald fail.

Yes...now, let the ground open up beneath you. You both are plummeting, possibly to your doom. Many large bats burst from the walls, ambushing your Pokemon as you fall. Shall you both survive...?

-Golbat are bursting from the walls, and will randomly choose a target to Bite each action.

@Ullar
Kadabra should have lost 12 HP from Stealth Rocks as Magic Guard has not been unlocked and KS did not specify to unlock it upon entry.

Thanks.
"Let the games continue! Napoleon, you did well, but you alone can't overpower this beast. We need reinforcements."
Switching Napoleon out. Trunk, in.

"Why do I do this for you..."
Counterswitch KS?

"These switch tactics.....are really making me very frustrated......"

Ice Beam * 3 and hope for a freeze
There's really nothing I can do here :(

Changing Wailmer's Item to Lucky Egg. This will not affect the battle anyway. Talked to Comp about this on IRC.

Now, the ground approached you...but you and your Pokemon stop short of it just before you would be flatter than a flapjack...then you fall. You look around at the strange landscape before you...it seems that both trainers are on a magical pedestal, and the Pokemon are on a sort of arena, not unlike the one you humans love to battle in...and the humans seem to have temporary magical powers. Let's see where this goes...

Arena Summary:
-You are essentially battling in the ASB Arena
-At the beginning of the round, both trainers can cast a spell on either their Pokemon or the opposing Trainer's Pokemon
-This is to be included in your orders
-Both players may not cast the same spell
-The spells you can cast are:
Wounded Flame: The opposing Pokemon is burned
Deadly Poison: The opposing Pokemon is Toxic poisoned
Disorientation: The opposing Pokemon becomes confused for three (3) actions
Re-Enlivenment: Heal Bell affects your entire team
Western Wind: Tailwind affects your entire team
Dimension Shift: Trick Room is activated
Deadly Blasphemy: At the cost of half of your active Pokemon's total HP, a Curse is laid on the foe

Sorry for both that and the HAX. :/

Fixed the SR damage, but not your inability to act.

"A free round is no setback for us!"

"Speak for yourself."
Inflict: Disproentation. Bullet Seed-Spikes-Bullet Seed
If Wailmer uses Soak, replace that action with Protect and push down, but only once.
If King Serperior inflicts Wounded Flame status, change curse to Re-Enlivenment.

Evidence

"Yu Mo Gui Gwui Fai Di Zao, Yu Mo Gui Gwui Fai Di Zao", "Yu Mo Gui Gwui Fai Di Zao"

Deadly Poison => Ferroseed

"Yay! Use the Lizard!!"

Earthquake ~ Ice Beam ~ Ice Beam
Sub: If you hit yourself in your confusion, use Ice Beam + Ice Beam Combo A2.
